Burnett repaired my flat tire and did not try to oversell me new/additional tires that I did not need at the time (like the 1st repair shop that I tried). They also gave me a courtesy ride to pick up my car when it was done. The repair was quick and at minimal cost and the employees were honest & friendly. I ll be back for service again. A well-kept secret!

I had a tire that was going flat and made it to Burnett Automotive - they were very busy on a Friday morning, but still worked my car into their schedule and got it fixed by the afternoon. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, understanding, and truly wanted to help. This was my second time at the location off of Metcalf and both of my experiences have been great!

5/5 no question, not a review I give out lightly. They had excellent customer service. They answered all my numerous questions in a timely fashion with as much detail as they could in a way I could understand. The service itself was fast and efficient. In my case they fixed 3 significant problems (I m not a mechanic but they seemed to be quite larger than 1 or 2 broken things) within 2 days. They were very up front about the situation and what would be required to fix it. There were no hidden fees, the initial quote matched what was done aside from a small problem they found later that needed to be fixed. When said problem was found, I was immediately notified and told how much it would cost to fix said problem. When I got my car back they said they topped off my coolant (I had an ac problem) for free and nothing was missing from my car (I triple checked as I ve had issues with this in the past). All around they did an excellent job making a very stressful and expensive situation as painless as possible. This is my second time going to Burnett auto in two different locations and both times have been this efficient and stress free. I m definitely a customer for life and would highly recommend to anyone who asks.

Very helpful, friendly and polite staff! I had a slow leak in my tire for a few weeks. So I called and they were able to fit me in same morning. Which I am very thankful for because a snowstorm was coming in and turns out there was a 2 inch screw stuck in my tire! Very happy that I chose Burnett. Will return for future car maintenance! Thank you

Let me explain the 4 stars. Truly it should be 5, but the repair is new so I ll update once it s had time and I know that it s solid. But I don t have any reason to think it wouldn t be.Otherwise, this place is the epitome of professional and courteous. I had a major repair needed, and they not only got it done in the time frame that they gave me, they never once made me feel as if I was annoying them by calling for updates so I could plan. They knew I was traveling the following week, so I needed to plan for my transportation, and they gave me quality details and updates when I called.When I picked my vehicle up, not only was the repair done, they had checked my tire tread, aired my tires, and filled washer fluid. This may not seem like a big deal, but I ve been to places (popular places) that won t touch anything that has nothing to do with the repair unless they re trying to upsell you. Here they were just making sure the vehicle was ready and safe.They have definitely sold my wife and I on a place we can go to for our vehicles.

Great to work with. They responded quickly to my request for service. They also got to work on my car right away and had a plan in place within a couple hours. They didn t try to sell anything extra but certainly could have. Price was quite reasonable as well.

Great service, all of the guys in there were super nice and helpful. I called right before they closed to set an appointment for my brakes and they were able to get me in and out the very next day.Overall great experience!

Simple tire repair. Fit me in on a full day. In and out in under an hour while I waited. More than reasonable low-cost. Great service. No attempt to upsell me unnecessary items or services.

I am very thankful for them! They were efficient, trustworthy, polite, and had great service! They put all my tires on, with an alignment, and replaced my lug nuts that needed replaced. It didn t cost an arm and a leg either! I will be going back for all my car service needs!

My family has been a long time customer's of Burnett for over 18 years. Nobody likes to spend money they were not expecting and has it been perfect over 18 years, no. What I will tell you is that a good relationship is built on what happens when things are not perfect. This is an organization that responds, communicates and makes things right, even if you as a customer are just upset and frustrated. They do have your back, they are running a business and they earn mine. If you do business at the 145th & Metcalf location, know that Gunter, Keegan and the entire team will do their best to listen, provide options and get you back on the road.I have young adults in another city where there is a Burnett location and this has been invaluable as I can't get to them immediately when there is an issue. Burnett Automotive understands this and has been an extension to provide information, which honestly, gives me confidence they have our families best interest in mind.

We've used Burnett Auto for many years, for tires, service and repairs. Earlier this year, they did over $3,000 in repairs after a trailer pitches a log onto the highway in front of me. Had a problem with one of the components they replaced and they took care of replacing it at no charge. Last fall we spent over $2,000 for new tires for both our vehicles.As far as I'm concerned, they are friendly, fair and competitive.Last year I attempted to replace my own brake pads (done it many times) but the locking screw on the drum was frozen and I stripped the head trying to remove it. I took it to Burnett, expecting to pay up to $300 for them to drill out the screw and do the brake job. Boy was I surprised when I went to pick it up and got the bill. I highly recommend Burnett Auto.

I plan to go back to this automotive repair facility. They were quick to respond, professional at all times, and worked with me to find the right solution within my budget. It was also nice that they could do the brake repair within the same day and had a courtesy driver to get me to and from their facility.
