Anthony was a big help to me after my tire went flat at home. He directed me to find the size and type of tire I had over the phone, ordered 2 new tires for me that arrived the next morning and my tires were on that day! It was a breeze due to his good service and the techs at Burnett Automotive.

One of the best experiences. Recently needed a jump for dead battery. They sent someone out within an hour (AAA would not). I then brought my vehicle in to have the battery diagnosed and replaced(per testing). Everyone was kind and helpful. Thank you for being the Best!!!

This is a professional outfit. I went in late afternoon yesterday with what appeared to be a bad tire pressure monitoring sensor. They identified the issue, took me in, fixed it in less than 2 hours for a reasonable charge. The service staff was courteous and friendly. I recommend them for any work without any reservations.

Burnett Automobile is the place you can trust for your car repair. Recently, my car was broken down. Found some good reviews on the web, I decided to give a try. My car was towed to this shop because it was not drivable. Worked with customer advisor Josh, From the beginning of diagnostic the issue, then worked with me on the repairing cost, to the end, fixed car, this store gave me a good impression that they are very professional and very easy to work with. Treated the customer in a respectful and honesty. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs the car service.

It took 3 days to find someone to repair or replace my flat tire. I finally took it to Burnett and not only was I back on the road but I had the car back in hours. What a relief. Burnett ok great care if us. Thank you.

I'm extremely happy with Burnett Automotive. I'd definitely recommend this place.They accepted to bring my own engine oil. Next time I am planning to do drain + double flush oil change and I hope they will accept my request again.Thanks

I am very pleased with my experience at Burnett Automotive off 135th Street and 69 HWY. They were very friendly from start to finish and transparent. They were not pushy at all with selling and made sure I got what I needed at a reasonable price. I will definitely be back to them in the future!

Burnett is the greatest! I had a low tire alert and drove up. They were able to schedule my car and provided me a ride home so I didn t have to wait. They revealed an Allen wrench had punctured my tire! They had my tire fixed in no time! We ve gone to Burnett for minor and major repairs! Trustworthy and dependable!

Service was fast and friendly, but I was quoted $50 to $60 dollars to install a skid plate over the phone and they charged me $110 for 30 minutes of labor. Pretty disappointing that they would take advantage of me.

$500+ for a new battery and $20 of gas unbelievable in a 2006 F-150. If you hit the lottery this is the place to take your car. Burnette Scamautomotive (Owner) went through all the trouble to type that out, but on the phone just over talked me, and could careless about how the customer felt about the service. Also fuel guage isn't broke and you only put $10 worth of gas in the car. If so you would of had documentation to show for but instead you implied. Whoever reads this review please note. If you keep scrolling through the 1star reviews everyone feels the same about the services. Also if your a minority, or a person of color stay away. They will treat you like nothing once you pay.

I had taken my late model Acura MDX to the dealer on Friday afternoon for some maintenance. I learned that my tires had sustained some damage and needed replacement. We were leaving Monday for a 500 mile Thanksgiving trip.On Saturday, Mitch and his team saved the day for us by changing out all 4 tires before closing. Great service!!

I wish I could leave 0 star review. They tried to sell me a battery for $321. Went across the street to Sam's, bought it for $139. What a rip-off. Do not trust this place, everything is charged 2-3 times higher than any other automotive shop. Think twice before going to this place.

I suppose to get my break pad done at the shop based a dealership recommendation. Turns out I have more than enough pad left so no job is needed. Really appreciate the honesty of the shop.

Excellent service and care. I dropped off my car to get a light repaired, and they started work almost immediately. After I gave them a last minute repair request, they again got to work immediately and I didn t even have to leave because they were done in 20 minutes.Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the lobby with comfortable chairs and free coffee as well.

Burnett Auto is the best! They had the best price in town for replacing struts on my Jaguar. The store associates were very courteous and responsive. They took great care of my car which is a vintage, low-milage creampuff, so I am very particular about who works on it. This is definitely a five-star place to take your car for great service!

Took 45 minutes longer than promised. Also did not match the three new tires to the one staying on the truck. Instead put the same brand and kind but with white lettering but doesn t match. Also didn t inform me of any of this until I had received the truck back

I have been using Burnett Auto for 5 years Now. Josh, Anthony, and Mitch are awesome to work with and Very Professional and Courteous and knowledgeable about their trade. Understand your needs for all your vehicle needs. They also go out of their way to make you feel welcome when waiting for your vehicle. I watched through the glass as their technicians went over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb and cleaned my windows as well as vacuumed my vehicle out. I highly recommend Burnett for all your Automotive Service needs. Great Team!
