Great experience. I have a new Ford Maverick that has long lead times on replacement parts. B Street beat the estimated schedule on repairs by over week. They worked directly with my insurance company with minimal input needed from me. Their regular updates on the work progress were great at keeping me informed. Highly recommend.

The personnel at B Street Collision Center were professional and friendly. They kept me updated regarding the status of the repairs to my vehicle, and actually completed the repairs almost a week before the established date. Additionally, they did an outstanding job on the repairs. I would definitely use and refer others to use their services.

B Street saved my car and me from another body shop who let it sit in their lot for nearly two weeks (while telling me it would be another few weeks before they could even get started on it).Once contacted, B Street had the car towed to their shop and reached out to me within hours. Nash, James, and Jenniferkept me informed throughout the process and were more than patient with my endless questions. They completed repairs ahead of schedule (before the other shop would have even started). And I have to add - they were so professional, never badmouthing the other shop; that impressed me.I hope I never need a body shop again. But if I do, B Street will be my first and only choice. Thank you, B Street!

Was told to bring my car here by a friend and I am SO SO glad I did! They were super detailed and really took the time to talk me through any question or concerns I had and gave updates as the process went along. Overall just super friendly and really went above and beyond! I would highly recommend to anyone! :)

Very pleased with my experience from start to finish with B Street Collision! They got my daughter s car in for repairs on short notice.My daughter goes to college out of state, and we only had 3 weeks to get repairs finished. It was the busiest time of the year, but Jennifer was willing to work with us on a tight time frame. She even got us in a week early when they had a cancellation! The car looks brand new! They even detailed the interior to perfection! Everyone we came in contact with at B Street was extremely professional and helpful! I would highly recommend them & we will use them in the future for any body repairs on our vehicles.

Perfection perfection. Perfection! I don t think I have ever received better service from a collision center than at B collision! The staff was incredible. My car was done in less than one week. I got two messages every week about the progress of my vehicle. The insurance side of things they had handled, smoothly and efficiently, and I simply could not be more pleased and impressed! They are fabulous!

When I arrived to pick up my car there was a noticeable gap between the fender and the door. It was large enough to see pieces of weather stripping and more than twice the size of the gap on the other side of the car. When I pointed it out the guy shrugged and said it needed time to form . I asked it be looked at again. It was taken back into the shop. Another guy came out and agreed the gap was too big and said they d need to keep it overnight. This is after I drove an hour and stopped at enterprise to drop off my rental. I had to go back and get the rental again and drive another hour home without my car. I was extremely disappointed they tried to give me the car back when it wasn t right. I was assured it would look good as new when I dropped it off. I had let them know that this was my almost new special order Audi that had been involved in a hit and run. I came to b street as the only certified Audi shop. I expected the work to be right and consistent with that certification. Being told a piece of metal needed time to form was insulting. It needed to be adjusted, period. By 4:30 the next day I had heard nothing so I finally called. I was apologized to and told the car had been ready all afternoon but they forgot to call. By then it was too late for me to get all the way over there to pick it up. I had to wait until the next morning to finally get it. Overall I expected more in quality and service. I m unlikely to use this shop again.

Outstanding service with special Kudos to the front line staff answering the phone to those handling the estimate and making the repair. Excellent teamwork with the car rental company so that we were without a car for only a brief interval. Timely progress reports and repair completion ahead of schedule. Outstanding!!

Great experience! After going to the dealer for them to just clear the code and not fix the problem, we sent the truck to B Street. Nash was very knowledgeable and got the problem fixed the first time! Everyone in the front was friendly and Jennifer was very timely with updates. Thank you for everything

My insurance company offered B Street along with 20 other collision repair shops. I picked B Street based on its ratings (all 5 Star) and proximity to Shawnee. When I called, they said Enterprise Car Rental works with them multiple times each day, too.I took my truck over there for front end repair. The only guidance I gave them was that I would be leaving town for an extended time and if at all possible, it would be great to get the truck before I left.With the customer update features, I followed the progress via texts and phone calls. They finished four days early and I couldn't be more pleased. From the team at the front desk to the estimators, my experience with B Street was terrific. I recommend them in the strongest fashion: trust them with your vehicle and your schedule. They will deliver and will make you happy you used them. Many thanks to the whole team!

We were very impressed with the professional approach B Street displayed. They texted and contacted by phone updates on the process of repair to our car. We always felt well communicated to and knew we were being taken care of. When we picked up our repaired car the detailing they did was outstanding. We would give B Street a 5 star overall.

Highly recommend B Street Collision. After my 16 year old got in a pretty good wreck my vehicle was towed to their shop. They have been amazing with all communication and got the vehicle back to us 4 days earlier than they told us. My car was recently damaged by the winter storm that happened earlier this month. My repairs were completed before the expected date and when I went to pick it up it looked like a brand new car. Both receptionist Jennifer and Bobbi were super sweet and estimators Dominic and Dillion were helpful and communicative which I really appreciated it. I am happy with my repairs and experience, thank you B Street!

Be aware that when they say that their services are life time guaranteed it s not what they mean. The first time I took my vehicle there it was a pretty big job as I lost control of my vehicle the day of a snow storm while I was on my way to work. That following spring I noticed condensation in my rear taillight that would not happen before, when I asked they said it was too late because Toyota would not fix it even though my insurance paid them to fix that tail light. Shortly after the rear axel on my vehicle began to give us issues and when I called to ask they said they would not fix it. When I asked about the life time guarantee they told us they said it was not applicable because it had been a year since the accident and the life time guarantee did not really mean life time. The folks were nice but I was truly disappointed that the work they promised to be solid was really not solid after all. Just consider that before taking your car here.

B Street Collision Center s consultants Brett and Nash provided excellent customer service, from walking me through their process to answering any and all questions I had about the repairs. The actual services were done impeccably and completed earlier than they originally anticipated. I also very much appreciated the regular updates they would send me throughout the two week process. They also had a company deep clean and detail my vehicle, and when it was returned to me it looked and felt brand new. They handled coordinating with my insurance seamlessly and even offered to coordinate with the my car rental provider for pick-up. I chose this group after seeing they only use OEM parts and have a lifetime warranty. Many others do not. They do a great job coordinating with the local Enterprise rental. Really nice group doing great work.

I had a great experience with B Street! They communicated well, and my car was ready a week before they initially told me. My sister-in-law backed into me, and her insurance took care of everything - which I was shocked went so smoothly. They even buffed out and painted a deep key scratch that Ive had on one panel for FREE while they were fixing my hood which I was really impressed by. I feel like my car looks way better than it did before I got hit. Thanks B Street!

Best place to go to get your car repaired! When I got my car back after getting repaired, it was perfect, if not better than before the accident. Not only did they wash my car but they cleaned the inside like it looked the day I bought my car. I was really impressed with everyone and everything!

Absolutely the best collision repair facility I ve ever dealt with. Extremely easy to deal with. Very accommodating and polite staff. They got my wife s vehicle fixed in less than a week and they handled everything with the insurance company.

I had my Audi serviced at B St. after I hit a deer. While I understand that I have a foreign car and parts take a while to come in, the reason I m giving four stars is because towards the end they would tell me that it would probably be done a certain day, and then it wouldn t be and that went on for a week. I wish they would have just said we have no idea. It would have been more helpful. Other than that, my car came back in tiptop shape and detailed! Towards the end, they really pushed hard to get it finished and into my hands so I could be driving again! Everyone was very kind. Would recommend.

Outstanding service! The folks here at B Street have always gone above and beyond for me. They even stayed on the phone with my insurance company for hours sorting out details when I accidentally took my car to another shop first.My car was returned clean and running like new. I hope I never have to go back, but if I nail another pothole or curb I'll always trust these guys to undo the damage. I can t say I m in a big hurry to return, but I will happily recommend B Street to anyone in need of repairs following a collision! Their customer service and communication throughout the process were friendly and informative - I can see why they are a preferred shop of my insurance company! The coordination with the rental car company made things seamless for drop-off and pickup and, of course, the repairs themselves were top notch!

Second time bringing my car to B-street. Always have done a great job. I have an electric vehicle and many shops don t know how to work on them. The only feedback I have for b-street is to make sure a car is more charged before a customer picks it up I had 20 miles left on my battery. Thankfully I was just going home, but if I had plans to do anything else they could have been delayed. I brought my car in at 80% and got it back at 12% Still, y all are great. Would recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The team at B Street is great. They do a great job of updating you on the status of the repair from start to finish. They re an approved shop by my insurance so there s no back and forth getting repair costs approved. I d highly recommend them.

Had body repair done car was supposed to be ready on the 6th. The Wednesday before they call saying it would be done by Thursday for pickup. Great 3 days early saying needed to align the camera. Now it is Tuesday the 7th they have to wait on a bolt to align my car. Why call me before it s ready giving false information. There has been no communication other than me having call up to check status on car. It is now Wednesday and car still not done. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I do not see how there still In business. Got car Wednesday night and noticed front grill discolored from shop detailing it incorrectly and already have to take back next week to get fixed.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Nothing but good things from this place. Would call me with updates and changes, they let me know when my car was going to the paint booth. They cleaned a spot on my interior that I had told caliber collision to clean because these thieves left pink slime in my seat. Thanks to b street it s gone! Couldn t be more satisfied with the staff. Rick was the lead on my accident claim.
