Took my car in for a simple oil change to this place for the first time. After waiting with no tv or WiFi available to customers (it s whatever) - I was then informed my car needed $2,500 worth of repairs and I could bottom out soon - took my car back to my normal place & was informed all the needed repairs were fake. It s a good staff here but 3 stars cause you gotta watch your back in this world & us ladies can t go places like this alone I guess.

Just this last month we had major repairs done. We drove our family to Utah for Thanksgiving. While there we started smelling a very strange smell from our car. We called Auto Doctors for advice. They were not sure what the issue was, but they spent the time to call around to find a close NAPA shop who would respect the warranty on our new parts AND had time to look at our car two days before Thanksgiving. Thanks to them our car was looked at, and the mechanic found nothing wrong. We were able to drive the 16 hours home without drama. We are so grateful to take our cars to honest, service-oriented people like Auto Doctors.

I called first thing this morning. They confirmed a price and that if I came that minuet, that they have the parts as I described on phone. They also said two hours and I would be out. I got hear at 9:10. It s now AFTER one! They still don t have the part they claimed they had and were waiting on a dealer to deliver it. It s 1:10. (Two hours longer.. so far they cannot call dealer or delivery service to get me an idea of when I might get out of this waiting area. So assuming this place is competent, the best I can give this place is two stars

I took my 09 Nissan Murano in for service. Was hard to steer. They said they replaced power steering pump and it did help. I took it back and they said it was a faulty power steering pump and replaced under warranty. When o picks up it seemed like it was the same. He said I needed rack and pinion.I chose not to do. Took forever to get and when I picked it up the battery was dead.Took the vehicle to another mechanic to have rack and pinion done. They told me the power steering pump was bad. I said it was just replaced twice. I guess I got hides by auto doctors. Proceed with caution.They are crooks in opinion.Your mileage may vary but I will never step foot inside as long as the same manager still works there.

You are very thorough and that is good.However, when I first came in to see what you actually repair I was not told there was going to be a charge. All she said was I could drop it off for the day and they could checkout my issues. If I knew it was going to cost that much I would have never had it checked. I already knew my old car had issues. So basically I paid close to $300 to hear what I already knew; my car is old and I just need to bite the bullet and buy another car.

Hello Jeff, yes I am pleased with the work and service done to my Jeep! It was nice to have a shop who could overcome parts challenges and still complete the work same day.Thanks for the great service would definitely refer others to your shop.

Very friendly and efficient automotive repair/maintenance business. They made sure to have required parts in house prior to setting appointment. Updates were provided during the repair process. I would definitely recommend Auto Doctors.

My radiator hose needed to be replaced. I called Auto Doctors and I was given very special service. They told me to bring my auto right over and I did. And my auto was fixed within an hour! Can't beat that anywhere! I highly recommend Auto Doctors. Thank you! You saved me from a big problem.Also I would like to give Kanyon a 5 star review. He was very professional and friendly.

The people at the desk are incredibly kind and personable! We are new to the area, and they helped us learn a bit more about things and feel welcome. This is our second oil change with them, and everything has run really well after both times. They also helped us get our brakes up when we did not know the pads were so thin. Our family had a safe spring break trip thanks to their help. They do good work!

Been coming here for years. Great service and nice people. My only criticism is that I ve literally been taking our cars here for almost 10 years and they never treat me like they ve seen me before. They ask every time if I ve been there before. I guess maybe a little work in the customer relations department wouldn t hurt but our cars are taken care of so I guess that s what matters!Service: Tires

Great customer service and I always trust them with our vehicles. Been going there for years... they know what they are doing, are fairly priced, and go out of their way to provide the best service. First time using Auto Doctors since we got a coupon in the mail. Really great and friendly staff! They made a mistake when initially fixing our vehicle, but they were very prompt with communication and took full measures to rectify the situation. Overall really pleased with the experience!

They are a family run business and very nice to work with. I drop my car for service, which is convenient since it s across the street from my office. If you need to wait for your car, there are several restaurants right behind them that you can walk to.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Auto Doctors did a great job on my elderly Mom's car. They quoted me a great price to complete 30,000 mile check up and did only the service that it needed after completing checklist; an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived to pick up car, they advised there was no charge. I am not sure if I mentioned to them when I requested quote, that my father had recently passed away. First time going here. We were pleased with our first experience. Great customer service from the first phone call to the explanation of what was wrong with car. Got work done in timely manner. We will be back!Post script: car was returned to us bit it is still not fixed. Need to use it for work and don't have any other car so have not been able to take it back but needless to say I'm pretty disappointed. Someone from there texted me to ask me about my service, I texted back that car was not fixed and had no oil in it after the oil change. I got no further messages after that one.

$7800 major engine overhaul. Returned truck to me with engine misfire. Check engine light came on within 50 miles. 4 months later they say engine cylinder ri ngs are bad.If you need easy normal maintenance this maybe your shop. Would not refund any part of the $7800. Stay away if you need major engine work done.Never received call from Owner as promised.Took truck to another shop. Another $2000 but now check engine is off and truck runs fine. Mechanic found many items not addressed by Auto Doctor after $7800. If you have a major engine issue with a Ford 150 please stay away from Auto Doctor. If you need an oil change this maybe the shop for you.Service: Engine repair

Worst experience I've ever had getting a car serviced. Was lied to by Alex multiple times. He stated that they were waiting on a response from my warranty company for 2 weeks. I called the warranty company and found out that Alex ever called them to submit the claim. Went 2 and a half weeks without a car and got no where.Side note, the lady who I spoke with multiple times on the phone during this nightmare was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately Alex was not.

The reason I didnt use this business is because they tried to charge me 1,000$ for a replacememt of hydraulic brake lines I was able to complete within 4 hours. I found the parts I needed and bought a brand new hydraulic Jack for 100$. The way they justified the cost was by wantinf to replace my brake pads as well as the rotars due to brake fluid being exposed onto them. When I asked if they could just clean off my close to like new brake pads and rotars they said that isnt a legal way of doing so. I would advise anyone going to this shop to find what each price costs before allowing this shop to rip you off because you cannot do it yourself. Make sure they are giving you a fair price.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Very professional and know what they are doing. I took my car to two other places for the same problem, Auto Doctors was the only place that was able to fix the issue and they did it the same day.
