The only place I'll go to when it's something I can't do or figure out myself. They are fair reasonably priced and offer 3 year or 36,000 mile warranties on most repairs and services. They also will go out of their way to make sure they find out what's wrong and will explain the solutions and what makes the most sense practically and cost wise. Very knowledgable and professional and I plan on coming back whenever I have an issue.

I ve been telling everyone who lives in the area about what a great experience I had here!I drove into KC for the holiday in a car that s honestly been on its last legs for months. The team at XM were able to identify the major issues and get them fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. They communicated very clearly and honestly about what I was looking at. Diego even fixed up a small thing he noticed free of charge because he saw it after we had already agreed on a quote. Anna, Diego, and the whole team are incredible. You can trust them with your vehicle!

My dealership listed a ton of work for my car. I wanted a second opinion. XM could ve charged me anything and I would ve followed blindly as I know nothing about cars. Instead, they inspected my car for FREE and told me I was good to go. Great integrity. I ll be coming back here in the future.

Very reliable and honest. I went to have a part replaced and after the inspection he told me that I didn't need to change it and he gave me a complete courtesy inspection for free.

The staff at XM Automotive were awesome they got me in and my truck fixed same day. The dealership had a 3 week waitlist. Anna and Diego were great to work with. I will definitely bring my truck back to them for maintenance. My engine went bad they replaced it. They did a great job had a small problem with a loose ground but they fixed right away.

They are friendly, honest, and reasonable price for Starter replacement, belt drive, left and right valve cover gasket. I definitely will take my truck for more repairs if my truck needs. Thanks! Chris

Super folks! Diego and Anna are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and highly customer service oriented. I got up to the minute information while I waited and when they realized it would entail more than I thought, Anna drive me home, so I could continue to work! They were hinest and clear in their communication with me and even called a week later to see how things were going! I mean the customer service was amazing! They are my new car place! I was referred to XM Automotive from a co-worker and would definitely use this business again! Our 2018 Fusion had the front bumper nicked when someone was in a hurry and didn't stop at a stop sign. The parking sensor got knocked behind the bumper and the dashboard was going crazy. These guys were able to get our car in and out the very next day! They did the repair for a great price and touched up some other bumper damage at no cost. As an aside, I tried CARSTAR (before I knew about XM) and all three locations nearby said it would be like 2 months or so before they could our car in. Nice job XM!Service: Body & Trim

XM Automotive is by far the most trustworthy mechanical place I know. Their customer service along with their work is top tier. Not to mention, they are quick in their service and finance is an option. Also they are bilingual which is a win for many! I recommend 100% because they offer many options that best suits you and your car.Shoutout to Karen, Diego and the receptionist!

I highly recommend XM Auto for any auto repair needs. They have fantastic customer service and they are very quick to diagnose and fix the problems you have with your vehicle. I hit a raccoon in my van. I called the shop I USED to always use. He said 3 weeks. I was like, ok? That seemed weird. So I searched around and found this shop on the next door app. Well, I called and told them what was going on. The owner sent a tow truck to pick it up in 24 ish hours. They went off the insurance adjustment and stayed in touch weekly. We had to wait for the insurance company so many times, and he kept in touch, and when I finally got my work back, it was done top-notch. I can not say enough great things about the owner and his shop. Went in, told the cashier that I needed a headlight for my car. He looked it up , told me to wait at the register and he went to get it for me. That's service with a smile. I would definitely recommend XM Automotive..especially to women!

Took my car with built suspension in for an alignment, this is my second time using them, and they knocked it out of the park as expected. Also they got me in last min as i needed my car for a weekend event. While there my car encountered a fuel hose issue that they knocked out as well same day. They are the only alignment shop that can touch my vehicles.Service: Wheel alignment
