Fantastic experience at this Subaru service department. Skylar, the shop team member who helped us, was fantastic. Great communication and sense of humor! The techs were prompt at diagnosis of needed maintenance and texted / showed me photo evidence of needed repairs, replacements, such as: Brake pads, engine filter, cabin filter, etc. cost breakdown was clear and concise and fair. Mind you, not cheap but you are paying for technicians who are trained on these makes and models of cars specifically. The facility is top notch and very clean, and the whole process was well done. I highly recommend this Subaru dealership for maintenance and repairs on your Subaru! Thank you to Skylar and the maintenance techs at Olathe Subaru! I will definitely be using them for servicing my Outback! :)

Been to Olathe Subaru for service twice. Both times we received excellent service. Our second time we required a loaner car because the repair was supposed to take 3-4 hours. They had the loaner ready for us, and they completed the service on time which is something we were not getting from the Subaru dealership we had been using for the past 6 years. Overall excellent service at Olathe Subaru!

Great service experience here! They were honest and helpful, plus I was in and out quickly with everything done exactly as promised. Not to mention their tire prices were competitive with Discount Tire and Costco Thanks Hector!

Amazing facility. I dropped my Subaru off because it threw an emissions code. I cleared the code, which in hindsight I shouldn't have done to make it easier for the techs to diagnose. Despite that they did a full emissions leak test conforming the system was in good shape. Kyle did a good job as my service advisor. They also followed up to address any concerns.My only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to some growing pains with coordination. I got a call to rate my service before the car was done. My opinion is that the team is still learning new systems and process as part of the upgraded facility. However, the commitment to taking care of the customer is there.

Great place to get your service done. I wish they had more discounts or have comparable service charges. For example, a quote from Van Subaru was 350 for CVT transmission fluid change, and Subaru of Olathe quoted nearing $500.I wish Subaru in general have more clarity on fluid changes, describing clearly what fluids they put.. I for one have no clue to read the service done is Full Synthetic or blend or conventional. Whatever Subaru recommended means nothing for me. I look for details. Who would not love to have Full Synthetic fluids?Otherwise, fantastic place to get your services done

They were very nice.Seemed to have done a good job (60,000 mile service)The new location is much nicer than the old one.(Love my Crosstrek with the Adventure pkg)

The service department is amazing. They worked hard to solve my problem. When they couldn't figure it out the first time, I was no charged. Oh and they will wash you car for free if there is time .They are honest.The waiting area is super clean, coffee, water and soda. They even have snack. Bathroom sparkles. Everyone is freindly.

I never feel taken advantage of at the Subaru Service Department. The guys in the service department are friendly and honest. I have been taking my Subaru in for service since I purchased it in 2015. I have never felt spoken down to because I am a woman.

The guys and gals here are so efficient and helpful! Its as quick as can be and also be aware if its just an oil change you can just head over no appointment necessary!!! Overall great experience!!!

Got my oil changed here last year. The person who did my oil change left the oil cap off when they were finished. Drove the car next day on the highway and smoke was coming out of the hood.Called the general manager he was nice enough to give me a refund. I won't be doing business here anymore so please stop calling me with those automated messages and stop sending me mail.

Couldn't have been better. From check in thru the Express Lane and final outcome the experience was excellent. Angie greeted me at check in. Friendly knowledgeable and efficient. The service advisor was excellent too.

took 45 min to check my battery. and they told me corosion is normal for my healthy battery....hmmm not sure about that
