My husband and I bought a car from this dealership this week and we had a great experience. Rafe was our salesman and he was absolutely fantastic! We really struggled to decide which vehicle we actually wanted but Rafe was extremely patient with us and showed us every option within our budget. We came in looking at SUV's and ended up leaving in a K5, which we love! The finance guys and sales manager also really worked with us on bringing our payment down to something we could manage and feel comfortable with. Although we were there for an extended time (no fault to the dealership) and all ready to call it a day, Rafe still took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and he showed us all the awesome features the K5 offers. Rafe even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied and provided access to videos that were more in depth on the K5's features. Overall, this was a great car buying experience and we would 100% recommend visiting Rafe if you're in the market for a vehicle!

I highly recommend Olathe Kia. Trista helped me find a car that I've been interested in for a few years. She went above and beyond and found exactly what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle, and very friendly. Trista has excellent customer service skills, and was able to answer all of my questions. If you're looking to buy a vehicle in the future, I would recommend Trista to anyone.

The purchase experience was painful. The old bait and switch. They offered to sell us a lesser vehicle to drive while we waited for our model to come in. Then would give us a full refund when we traded it out with the one we ordered. They added $5,000 to the 1st vehicle, and switched the extra $5,000 over to the New Vehical, after they priced it out in the beginning for the lesser amount, plus added their $800.00 financial fee on both vehicle.Needed service at $4000 miles due to transmission problem, Radio and setup screen locked up and warranty repair needed on a rim(that had minor damage same day we picked up). They scheduled us out 3 weeks for service. Kept it an additional week, before even looking at any of the 3 problems.They didn t give any update! Service wouldn t answer or return any phone calls, give any updates.When we picked up vehicle, Radio was done with software update, Transmission they stated they couldn t find anything, technician had to go for a ride that was just a drive, then manager said the hammering noise during shift is normal for AWD, but it doesn t stop until you let off the gas and accelerate again to stop noise. The rim damage they declined after we had approval from sales, same day we bought it.Lastly, they change the oil without asking, now I have an oil leak, the bottom plastic shield is dripping oil on our garage floor.

Went in to get a defect/recall notice checked out. They said the engine was fine after inspecting it. A week and a half later the check engine light turns on and car starts idling and shaking super hard.never had a problem like this before. Took it into another shop, and they had to replace a coil and the spark plugs.Dealership also said I needed to replace my brakes on both axles. I didn t. The front brakes were half way through their life cycle.I don t know what they did to the engine but that s suspect.

Rafe helped me out a lot and answered all my questions. I went in one Monday with a boatload of financial questions and came back the next Monday to buy my new car! He's super personable and patient, the atmosphere in the dealership was very friendly amongst the sales people. It was very comfortable and easy

Traded my car in at the beginning of the year. My previous salesman no longer sales cars but recommended I come here. I lucked into getting Rafe to help me. He was great! No pressure and some good laughs as he pointed out the car I ended up getting was great for his mom and she was short. (he made sure not to call me short!!!!) I was reluctant to test drive the car but ended up getting the KIA SOUL! I like it so far, has done me right in the recent extreme cold, snow and ice. I also would recommend it to someone who doesn't have long enough legs to get in and out of a suv without sliding out (aka being short). Everyone was great, from Rafe to finance, service and John (a great general manager) who actually recognized me from buying a Kia Optima over 15 years ago at a different location. Customer service here is great and if you need a sales person just ask for Rafe!

Rafe was the reason I came back here. I went searching for cars one day and in a heavy snow he came out to ask if I needed anything and gave me his card. This guy goes above and beyond to make the car buying process easy and simple for you. My wife and I wanted this Kia Telluride but it was pushing our budget and Rafe stepped in with his team and truly worked with us and didn't try to push us out of our means. We truly appreciate him and his whole team for the car buying experience. We highly recommend checking them out!

Olathe Kia did a great job on a recall on my wife's kia. I dropped it off and only had to wait 30 minutes. They also topped off the fluids and aired up the tires. Service desk was great and so were the techs. Awesome work team!

My experience with Robert Brogden's Olathe KIA was a pleasant one. What was taken care of on my KIA Soul was taken care of in about 2 hours which I thought that was grate. The gentleman that took care of my KIA and I was very knowledgeable for what my KIA was in the shop for. I left as a very happy customer.

We recently visited to check out the Telluride and Sonata. Rafe was our salesman, and I would recommend him to anyone. He was very patient with us, explained the features very well, and was a great person! We enjoyed the time we spent with him, and he does not fit the negative stereotype you may have about car salesmen. Ask for Rafe!

Poor customer service Our sales representative was totally clueless on the trading process. We traded in a car for one of their used cars and had to the make several trips to the dealership because the Representative not doing their job. We don't live that far away, but still. They wanted us to provide information that the sales rep and/or financing is supposed to handle. Very annoying since we had arranged for a babysitter to watch our child while we delt with the car buying process.I was also surprised to find out that my Credit had been run without my consent or knowledge. We verbally agreed to buy the car but had not signed any paperwork or anything. Nor had anyone asked if they could run my Credit. I found out from an email from experian that my credit had been run. I'm not even sure if this is legal? But I let it slide though I was upset they didn't contact me first.Now that we have the car, I took it to a different Kia dealership to have it serviced because of some noises coming from the shocks when going over bumps. Found out it needs $2,000 in repairs. It's a used car, I get it but still. We just bought it and now it needs $2k in repairs. Frustrating. It was "fully inspected" prior to us buying it so I don't know if they just didn't want to spend the money to fix it or just lazy? Not sure but I'm VERY disappointed.We have not been impressed with the Kia dealerships in the area thus far. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Came in and was greeted by Tracy, who ended up being a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman. His main focus was meeting my needs, not upselling me on "premium" packages or worrying about a commission.I would highly recommend asking for Tracy is you are in the market for a vehicle.

Inventory is up so let me Bump this from a year ago.I've heard of dealers price gouging the community lately and after visiting a few dealers this one was the worst. $5000 over msrp to start. They try to hide it as a mandatory dealer insurance that covers windshield, pdr and all kinds of doublespeak. Didn't even bother sitting down as I am positive they had plenty of other "specials' they would be glad to tack on. Also they have one of the highest Dealer admin fees at $699.One of these days the pendulum will swing back and all these metro dealers will have inventory. I hope dealers like this are remembered and avoided by the hard working people being taken advantage of.

Absolutely will never return to this dealership. I knew dealerships over charged but this was just plain taking advantage of people that don t know a lot about cars. We went in for an engine diagnostic and was quoted $4800. Knowing we couldn t afford that we called some other places and no one came close to that. We found someone else to do it for less than half that cost. Didn t stop Kia from making $550 off of us just to diagnose the issue. Please do not take your car there!

We had a wonderful experience at the dealership. ALL involved (sales, managers, finance, etc.) were great! Not pushy, they were knowledgeable and/or if someone didn t know an answer they quickly found out for us (we asked a lot of questions). The guys were just personable and nice! If you want a quick, reliable and personal buying experience look no further. Oh! Our second Kia is great too!!

I would highly recommend to keep driving and avoid Olathe Kia.They have gone through multiple General Managers, and their Sales people are just interested in SALES and not People and Service.Their only fair rating would be mechanical service department.We have purchased multiple cars there for 20 years and what a disappointment of change over the years. 2023 is not their best.Drive On!!

Nathan Hill and Chris (in finance) @Bogden Kia in Olathe KS is my new go to when it comes to finding a new car, getting a good deal on my trade and overall making a great purchase. I m no newbie when it comes to buying, trading and selling a car but that doesn t mean it s always easy and pleasant. Since the first message with Nate at Bogden Kia, it was a good deal. No BS, zero wasted time, the process was quick he listened to me, kept his word when they told me something & respected my wishes and goals with the entire deal they kept it 100% honest and fair. That s something you definitely don t get at too many dealerships these days. If you re in the market for a new or used vehicle get with Nathan. He won t steer you wrong.

I got in a wreck & they didn t even check the full car over before charging out not even half of the work that needed done or fixed they claimed it was fixed & I had to take it back multiple times to get more things fixed for over a course of 3 months. The car is new & bought from them. They go through staff like crazy, nobody knows what is going on ever, nobody communicates.. so bad!!Terrible service overall. I do not recommend at all!!!!

This was a great buying experience. We started everything with a credit app. Melissa reached out on a Sunday and helped me get things moving quickly, the car I wanted was confirmed on the lot so we moved fast to get credit at least per-qualified and got all the income proof and stuff in quick to get the car reserved with a sold sign. We continued to talk back and forth and got everything in line for a fast delivery at the store. Got a deal we liked and loved the car so we drove away very happy customers. Love my 2023 Forte GT Manual
