Call to get a price to replace some tires on my trailer and my tractor.. Asked if there was a discount for doing ten tires. Got the response You are not even buying tires from us. We're not giving you a discount. how rude! And on my birthday?

We have a had a lot of trouble recently with one of our trucks--it broke down, was repaired, broke down again the same day, and repaired again! Chris at Pomp's was very helpful and saved us a lot of money by saying that our troubles were not tire-related. Thanks!

The old lady is very rude, doesn t show respect. They have good tires prices but they added a lot more money on the bill for shop tools, labor, .Almost $200 dollars over the tire price

Needed a tire and wheel replaced. Got me in quick with very little waiting time. No muss no fuss, in and out quicker than most shops I've used. Service writer was friendly and informative. I appreciate the job they did so I could do my job.

I got a flat tire I needed patched and since it is close to the New Year, every other shop I contacted in the area quoted me multiple days, even a week, to get it done. I called Pomp's and they had me in their bay within 15 minutes. I waited in my car as they patched the tire, probably took 20 minutes max. They were so quick and polite! They even charged less than anyone else I spoke with. I will definitely return and encourage others to give them their business.

These guys are AWESOME! Took a tire to them for a TPMS valve stem and tire repair. This was a repair that 2 other big name brand stores (Big O and Discount Tire) wouldn't repair due to the fact that it had been repaired before at the spot it was leaking. These guys didn't hesitate a bit, repaired the leak and installed the new valve stem. And it was 1/2 the cost that the other guys wanted just for the valve stem. ROCK SOLID customer service!

Good price on tires. But I guess you get what you pay for. The tire lasted less then a month. It shredded. Something went wrong when this tire was made. Anyway it's been 4 months now and we are still waiting for their call. I am doubtful they will do us right on reimbursing our money. We even brought the tire back to them to show what happened to it. My review will change if they treat us fairly. Since this review we called several more times. I am hopeful they will take care of this issue. But as of now we are very disappointed.

O/O delivering a load nearby 3/26/2020. Had a nail stuck in one of my trailer tire, went to Love s but was told it will be more than 2 hrs wait. Came here and they got me in & out less than 45 minutes. Nice folks and a great service!!!

Had a jet fuel truck lose a valve stem recently and the staff did what they could to get us in line. The service truck showed up within the time that I was told and got the job done quickly. Easy to work with and I'll use them again.

We had our Goodyear G670 tires on our Motorhome replaced with Michellin XZA2 s Chad, the service manager suggested that the Michellins were a much better tire, and he was right. Right away I noticed a great improvement in Handling. Some of the aluminum rims on the Motorhome were scratched during the tire installation, But Chad took care of the issue for us. I really appreciate the great customer service and follow up service. 5 star rating for us. We will definitely be using them again Thanks !

I went here to have my spare tires mounted, the guy told me that They will not mount spare tires, you have to buy from them to have them mounted. I thought this was strange because they have mounted my spare tires before. Luckily there is a new Boss truck shop in edgerton,Interstate 35 exit 207. They got the job done fast.

Horrible service. Was told an hour and a half for tire to get swapped. After 2.5 hours I left. Came home and just did it myself without the proper tools in 10 mins. Lesson learned.

One star is just because they awnsered phone. Told me over the phone that the service hours are 8 am to noon on Saturday but service guy said it will be after hour charge because they are still on winter hour. What an excuse !!! Don t believe them if they tell you some story over the phone and don t waste your time. I wasted 16 hrs because I believed them.

Really great place for big truck tire service. Always friendly and very efficient at what they do. I have been lucky enough both times I have stopped by to get right in and out quickly. Highly recommended!

Good location. Had a long screw go through my tread and sidewall. Replaced it for a reasonable price and even re torqued my steers.

O/O here.Was driving thru with semi around 3pm wed,thought to get quote on some steer tires just bc i had extra few hours.Hour later i was out with new steer tire,my old steers went on my trailer.i got credit for my trl tire.ez in ez out.Shop manager and crew were professional and they answered my all questions with all attention and details. Will stop again!!
