These guys are good, smart, and do good quality work in a timely manner. They have a great tool/report that tells you all the things you need to attend to with your vehicle. The report can be a little overwhelming beyond just the basic thing that needs to be fixed and the reason why you brought your vehicle in for initial repairs. This initial diagnostic fee comes with a price that may seem a little costly, but in today s world with electronic vehicles, things are not quite as easy to diagnose as they used to be.Overall, this is a good bunch of guys who s reputation for quality and performing a good service is priority. I ll be back for all those things I can t fix myself!

I went to another shop today and they told me that I needed an $1,100 repair, so i came into Peerless for a second opinion & another quote, after an incredibly comprehensive inspection, they told me that I didn't need the original work that the other place said I needed & that it was something else entirely. After a timely repair for a fair price, they have earned my business for life! This is an excellent shop with competent technicians that are honest and fair

Peerless Automotive are awesome, Steve and his team of technicians are thorough and honest in the work they do. Especially when we brought all three of our cars to him with lots of damage done by squirrels. We appreciate Steve so much. It's a pleasure working with him under awful circumstances. We highly recommend doing business with Peerless Automotive on Sante Fe.

I had never used Peerless before, but my experience was fantastic. They worked with my warranty company and got approval for the repairs needed. Communication was great. Everyone that I came in contact with was awesome! Highly recommend.

My first time using the team at Peerless. My car was being towed to a neighboring mechanic I had built up a lot of trust in when I found he had retired He referred me to Peerless and I was impressed with Brad and his quick response to getting me some answers and solving my problem.Could have easily taken me for a new PCM since this was an insurance claim but these guys are honest and fixed what needed to be done. Thankful!

Peerless Automotive and their team are the best. They provide great service at a fair price. Steve and Brad are very customer focused and will do whatever it takes to meet their customer needs. They will provide a ride, loaner car or rental and will try to service your vehicle on your schedule. Thanks, guys for taking care of all our family vehicles the last few years.

Peerless has been my go-to place for car maintenance and repairs lately. They have excellent customer service and offer great coupons for savings. They are always respectful and patient with me, even when I have a lot of questions or concerns and can't afford to do everything at once. They back up their work and parts with a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty and provide loaner cars when needed. I have three cars in my family and finding a trustworthy shop that can work with my budget and schedule has been a challenge to say the least. Peerless has exceeded my expectations and made my life easier. Just recently, they replaced my rear shocks and my car feels like new! I know I am not an easy customer so thank you Peerless for all your hard work and patience!

Peerless is the only place I will take my vehicles from now on. Very straight forwardThey give you all your optionsThey send photos to back up why they believe something should be done and they get things done in a timely manner.They also won t touch anything before you accept or decline services.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They are super fast at getting your car back to you and they are very thorough and thoughtful with the repairs. They are quick to respond to questions and help you work with your insurance. I will go here for all my car needs forever now!

Best experience I ve had at a mechanics in a long time. They were able to get my car scheduled taken care of in much less than 24 hours and didn t try to charge me for issues they couldn t find. Definitely recommend!

It was running worse than it was when I brought it to them if that tells you anything about their expertise. If your vehicle is any kind of performance oriented do NOT take it here they will not take the time to troubleshoot everything that they should. Normal maintenance then sure.

Just had an awesome experience at Peerless Automotive. My auto had no heat and with this weeks freezing temps, I called Peerless snd asked if they could help. They told me to bring my car in and within five hours they fixed the problem. We LOVE Peerless! Friendly, on target, educated, timely, reasonably priced, and clearly passionate about vehicles and their customers. We take all three of our vehicles to Peerless and trust their recommendations for repairs and needs. We bought a used Expedition last year and it has had some serious issues; Peerless has been great to work with through it all. Just great, honest, and friendly business. They are quick to respond and to update on what they find. They don't try to sell you a service you really don't need, and they SHOW you what's wrong and why.Edit: Wish they would have honored the coupon they mailed me, acknowledged that they had sent it to me, but would not honor it because I didn't physically bring it in, nor would they perform the service and let me come back later with the coupon and pay. I had a great experience at Peerless. They did a vehicle inspection on my car and confirmed that my car was not worth fixing. The next day they did an inspection on the car I was looking to purchase. Both were expedient and detailed! Left feeling confident in my car purchase!

This is by far the cleanest and up to date automotive garage I ve ever been to. There is a calm feeling while waiting for an oil change. I m pretty sure I found our next go-to automotive repair.
