This service department is the best in K.C.!! They always find a way to get me in for service, even though I'm always contacting them on last minute notices. Adam is amazing, and the dealership truly stands behind their work. I'm excited to see their newly remodeled service facility in the near future. I wouldn't trust any other dealership with servicing any of my Toyotas. I'll definitely be back here for all future services! Thank you, Olathe Toyota!!

Rich Duvall was a pleasure to deal with. From the introduction, through the purchase and his follow up. This is how you sell people an experience that brings people back again and not just a vehicle. I will be recommending him to anyone I know that is looking for a Toyota.I also had some extras added on and that whole process was efficient, well communicated and easy. Kudos to the service and new equipment team.

This was my first time visiting Olathe Toyota as we just recently moved to the area. I liked how they let you drive into their garage, check odometer and explain the work to be done right there. Easy and fast for everyone. I was promised 3 hours for the work and they were done after 2 1/2 hours. The advisor explained what was done and recommended my tires be replaced soon. That was very helpful with the snow and cold temperature that was coming at that point. I went ahead and changed my tires and my car is doing great in the crazy weather we have right now. Definitely coming back for regular maintenance.

SIMPLY THE BEST Olathe Toyota has been my go to Toyota Dealer for over 26 years. I cannot begin to express my pleasure to all the crew at the dealership. Kenny Thomas has built this dealership to a customer centric experience.No hard sale, no pressure when taking my cars in for service. A special shout out to Adam and Edvin they are Great Service Advisors.This almost 73 year man has and will continue to go for all his car needs to Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota.

I have bought many new cars over the years. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales, finance, and support staff were excellent. When I buy another new car I will definitely go to Olathe Toyota first. Carlos Soltis and Victoria provided superior service. I could not be more pleased. I hope that when it is time to service the new car the experience will be just as good.

I bought my 2023 Toyota Corolla a week ago and Clayton was my sales person. I was initially nervous going in to buy a new car because the last time I had a new car was in 2008 when I was a teenager so I had not gone through this process by myself before. I was nervous walking in and meeting with Clayton, but after 5 minutes of interacting with him I could tell he wasn t going to pressure me into anything I didn t want (and I knew going in I wanted the Corolla.) He was a great listener and his communication with me throughout the whole process was amazing. He told me it could be 3 weeks up to about 6 months before my car could be at the dealership. I was surprised, but understood that the manufacturers were still recovering from the time during COVID. I had already been without a car for over a month at this point and believed because I wasn t picky with what I wanted the timeline would be on the lower end. After everything I waited about 2 and half months for my car, but it was worth it! Thank you to Clayton and the team at Olathe Toyota for your great customer service and communication throughout this whole process!!

I appreciate how he has assisted my parents in the past when they had questions on maintenance well after they bought their car, and how easy he made my most recent car buying experience. I had been wanting a RAV4 Prime for about a year and a half. My salesman, Gevon, kept in touch with me, and finally found one for me. On the day of the sale, he spent most of an afternoon helping me understand the leasing process. He was patient, and not the least bit pushy; his goal was for me to be happy, and to get the car that I wanted.

Gevon was great to deal with, and provided frequent communication while waiting for our car to arrive and then on the day of delivery. Everyone at Olathe Toyota provided a seamless and quick transaction for our car purchase, which is one of the reasons this is the fifth car we have purchased from them over the years. It starts from the top with Kelly Thomas, and we can t recommend this place more.

Olathe Toyota and Bob Tucker made purchasing my RAV4 about as easy as it could be. Bob is terrific: friendly, no pressure, and very knowledgeable about their vehicles. He was transparent from the get-go. He let me know I d have to wait due to the demand and updated me as he found out information. It did take six months, but it was so worth the wait! If you want a really positive car buying experience, go to Olathe Toyota and ask for Bob!

We have bought 25 new cars in our 41 years of marriage. This is our first Toyota. Our experience with Olathe Toyota was excellent. Greg Beaumont, Kendall Kile, Scott Crume, Isabelle Cota were all great to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. We sincerely appreciated getting the exact 2024 Grand Highlander we wanted, in just over 3 months.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought a NEW 2024 and added additional services. When the car was ready for pick up it had scratches on all four doors and they seem to try to tell me that it was weather related and a black car shows everything .the vehicle had never left the parking lot as of that day! General manager came over and was extremely unprofessional and the first words out of his mouth was to dissolve the contract! No, I m so sorry this happened or what can I do to fix this nothing. just plain RUDE! He did not care if I took the car or did not take the car. I undertsand the shortage of vehicles, but talking down to your client and being disrespectful is unacceptable especially when I m about to give you $55000! Unbelievably rude and the words that came out his mouth were in poor taste for a general manager or anyone in customer service. He did not have any compassionate in regards that they in fact had scratched the car while adding the extra services! I would tell you to take your money and go down the street to the other Toyota dealership! Once I had told the salesperson that I would take the general manager up on his offer to dissolvethe contract, the general manager did not say one word to me at all .he refunded my down payment and walked away! This was the worst car buying experience in my life and I ve bought five cars prior to this. I would never recommend them.

I had taken my car to Ledgends Toyota 3 different times for this same problem, so I decided to take my car to Olathe Toyota hoping they would be able to fix the problem. They took their time and even loaned me a car while I was getting mine figured out. Adam would update me and that made me feel better. I received a call saying they found the problem and the part came in, it was fixed and I was able to pick my car up. I was so very thankful and at peace. No more stressful rides home, because I drive an hour to work and back home every day! I will bring my car back to them anytime!! They even washed it for me!!

I just purchased a Toyota sedan and the process was simple and everyone that worked with me seemed genuine and kind. Clayton was my salesperson and he kept me up to date as the car was built, shipped and when it was received. I've only had horrible experiences in the past with my past cars from various dealerships, it was a pleasant surprise when nothing went wrong at Toyota and people at the dealership seemed to care.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Olathe Toyota. When my lender was being difficult, Daniel offered a competitive rate and my application was processed in a timely manner. My car took about 7 months to come in but Clayton kept us updated every step of the way. Gevon was extremely helpful and courteous when I went to pick up my car. My only complaint is that not all of my add-ons were on my car when I picked it up and they will have to be added on a later date. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

Was told there was an issue but NOT that it needed repaired right away and then a couple of days later car stopped working and had to be towed. Not happy with this dealership. if it was a critical need then should have been informed recommend repair. In addition the suggested repair was not on the receipt for services with recommendation.

I purchased a new Toyota Camry XLE awd 2024 and my experience was terrible so far I was shipped in and out like a factory assembly line when I asked how to use the remote start the sales person told me it wouldn't work for 24 hours after I got online it was incorrect looked up the information online when I got home and found out you press the lock button two times and on the third time hold down for remote start and then I didn't receive my warranty information from the finance person so I called him he said I should have gotten two envelopes when I purchased the vehicle and I said you were the one helping me had to return to the dealership to receive it and then I hit a pothole in Kansas City and bubbled my sidewalls on driver side tires the first one was replaced no problem and discovered the second one and tried to call the dealership to see if they had another tire in stock got the receptionist who transferred me to parts was on hold for 15 minutes and was disconnected and called back and got in touch with service the lady from service said she didn't know if they had a tire in stock I should talk to parts department that's her job by the way and was put on hold for 15 minutes no answer I hung up and called again the receptionist said she would put me through to a manager and i wasvonnhokd for 15 minutes and i hung up and called again she said she would put me through to a manager in all i was on hold for about an hour very unprofessional so i showed up to the dealership to find no one on the phone in the reception area she was playing with her cell phone 8 people at the sales counter and no one on the phone in the parts department and when i asked to speak w a manager to explain what happened his only concern was if i purchased the car there finally another manager came over and apologized about what happened but no one asked the lazy receptionist what happened i planned on buying my daughter a new camry there but aftet the terrible customer service there I'll go to Adams Toyota in raytown my brother in law said they were customer friendly and walked him through everything until he was satisfied not Olathe Toyota hope no one has this kind of experience like I had shame on them I spent 43000$ and wish I could go somewhere else now

If you are buying from another Toyota dealer..... you should question your life choices!Mason McGraw and the team at Olathe Toyota were awesome! Bought on a Sunday (yes, they are open on Sunday!!!) In and out with a Brand New SUPRA in two hours....... can your dealer do that?Micah Ray had the car activated and ready to go in minutes, even synced up my phone and adjusted all my settings for me.Website was easy to use and allowed me to shop for what I wanted pressure free. Then, a few text messages in the morning, a quick phone call and we were willing to drive over 2 hours to this dealer (at least 5 Toyota dealers along the way), because they had the car I wanted, at the price I wanted and had me in and out quickly. Could have gotten out of there faster, but we were watching them Chiefs beat up on the Tom Brady's!!!!!!

My Husband and I had been researching about our toyota highlander for months comparing it to other cars. etc. . we had gone to 4 different toyota dealerships ( with not very good help at all if we were even acknowledged!) the VERY BEST experience we had was with olathe toyota with Clayton he helped us through the whole process answered all of our questions phone calls, and text messages. from the 1st time we walked in till the following week driving away in our new car from the sales person -to the finance team- to the young man Jordan helping to set up the cars functions everyone, was truly wonderful and helpful!! thank you all so very much.

My salesperson was very pleasant to work with and he followed up with me throughout the sale.But, his management did not allow any price negotiation and I paid the full window sticker price for my new car.Very nice people but, don t go there with expectations of a good price deal.
