They always take good care of me! My battery in my fusion died one morning recently so I got it jump started and took it in at seven am. I was on my way to work by seven thirty!

I had to take my Explorer in due to catalytic converter warning. Due to emissions laws, they replaced it for free. I called to check and Chris answered the phone and said he already had it ready to go. I thought I was just getting an assessment, he had it ready and they sent a car to pick me up. Best experience at a dealership I've ever had. Will be going there when it's trade-in time. Service so big, and most places and people today are terrible at it. I'm glad there are still people who care.

This service center is great! Having been to a variety of shops for my car around the metro area, I can say this one meets all expectations with fast, friendly service with integrity. And when they are busy, they let you know and make a shuttle or uber ride available to help you asap. Lube oil filter always gets done promptly and about the same prices as quick lube shops and they run the full inspection including potential recall notices. The tires here are great quality and mine were in stock ready to go while some of the big box shops nearby turned me away and told me the tires wouldn't be available for some time or would be a poor quality. I really can't say enough good things about this place! Your search for a good car shop ends here!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Bought a new 2019 Explorer in summer 19. Engine badly burning oil in April 21 (24k miles) , bad valve cover that tech botched and stripped the attachment point to the engine requiring total engine replacement. 6+ weeks before I got it back. Had it towed in early Jan 24 for a bad starter, told me they found an oil leak (less than 13k miles on new engine) said it would be another few days. Contact them a week later wondering why I don't have a vehicle still, say it will be early next week because they had big jobs come in. Contsct them again the next week and again 'it'll be early next week, they had more jobs come in.So with 37k miles on the car it has spent more than 2 months sitting at the service center. Had bought multiple cars at Olathe Ford previously, but if they can't handle servicing their cars might be better to look elsewhere.

My F-150 was due for Transmission and transfer case service. Two weeks after Olathe Ford did this service I started having problems with the transmission shifting into "Limp home mode" Spoke with service advisor at Olathe Ford. He had never heard of Limp Mode and told me their tranmission shop was booked out for 5 months. So took the truck to Certified Transmission where they diagnosed that Olathe Ford had NOT added the proper level of transmission fluid.Service: Transmission

Excellent work and excellent communication. I've been to other Ford service departments, and this is the best one I've dealt with. I plan on coming back with my other car.

Friendly and proficient. Just took my daughters car in for a duplicate key. They informed us of an open recall on her vehicle that we were unaware of. They took care of the recall and got us on our way pretty fast. Great service.

Called a couple times to get a quote on some services needed for my vehicle. I got transferred to an advisor and nothing I left a message and never got a call back. I'll just go somewhere else. Thank you guys for the outstanding failure of customer service.

Very disappointed in the Olathe Ford service department. Was unable to quote a cost for windshield replacement without me driving in. I purchased this truck from Olathe Ford and one would think they have the records on file. Somewhat short and rude in their explanation. If other companies can quote on line I am unsure why this company can not. Olathe Ford parts was quick to provide a quote on the cost of the windshield and found my VIN and truck info with no trouble. I have purchased two trucks from Olathe Ford and will likely not return to this business.

Took seven minutes at the service entrance to be greeted. Several fellas on their phones. Two folks with head sets doing nothing. Not like in the past when they respond promptly, treat you well, offer you water or a snack, etc. Took my coupon and told me to wait in the lounge. About an hour later, a guy came and said they couldn't do the tire rotation because my lug nuts were stripped out. Funny, I recently got new tires and they never mentioned it. So I agreed to skipping the rotation. Overall, not happy right now with this locations service. Pretty sure I won't buy my next car here - which I am in the market for since mine is a 2014.Service: Oil change

Olathe Ford service sold me a non-FoMoCo key fob and said it would take 2hrs to program it, Plus I had to leave the truck.Bob Sight Ford in Lee's Summit MO sold me a FoMoCo key fob and programed it immediately in 30min. Same part number RTDKEY 164-R8134. Same price. Shows you who wants customers to come back and who doesn't.

Professional service but taken by surprise how much my repair end up costing. Probably would be same price at any other dealer. Very busy place so must do good work.

My visor broke, car was under warranty. Took forever to get in to get it looked at, part came in and they never called, finally got in and the new visor is a cheaper version of what broke. This place gets 2 stars.

I have continued to be impressed by the impeccable service at OLF. It is inevitable that we will all have vehicle challenges at some point. OLF has precluded me from having the chagrin that we all experience with vehicle purchases/repairs.Phenomenal experiences from all facets of my purchases!WELL DONE AGAIN, OLF!I'll be back!

They always have taken care of my family's cars. They give you the info/data along with manufacturer recommendations for you to make a decision on a service for your car. They cost a lot, but do a good job...and want to change your air filter everytime - LOL!

Called in to schedule an oil change and had to wait a week and a half (not that big a deal) then, while getting the first oil change on my brand new Bronco, they let me know there is an oil leak. Then said its something they can't address right now and the earliest they can get me in is March 14th over a MONTH away.. now I risk a small problem becoming a big problem on my brand new Bronco which I also have all protection and maintenance plans on.. very unhappy and they don't look out for you at all

I wanted to share my experience with the Olathe Ford Service department.I had a new vehicle with 1500 miles that had an issue. I called Olathe ford and they said they can service it but I would have to wait 5 days until they were able to see it. I waited the 5 days then took it to the service center. They had my vehicle a week and I received a call from them stating that they were unable to fix the issue, which was a warranty issue, because they were unable to figure out how. They directed me to take it to someone else to be serviced even though they represent the manufacture for issues.I then took my vehicle to Bob Allen Ford on Metcalf. They were able to see me immediately. I dropped my vehicle off expecting to have a several day wait however I was pleasantly surprised when they called me 2 hours later saying they had fixed my issue. It took them literally 2 hours to do something that Olathe Ford couldn't do in a week. Kudos to Bob Allen on Metcalf! Olathe Ford, poor overall experience.

Found the car battery I needed. The service desk employees were pleasant. One young man even carried the battery across the lot for me. Very kind gesture!

Jill was a great help getting my car set up with an appt.. then since dropped it off the night before, she made sure to call and let me know they saw it was there and would let me know what was found. She called later in the day, I missed the call and we started playing phone tag, causing us both to laugh. She did let me know what was wrong and how much to fix including the diagnostic. Once she got the word they get it done swiftly. I have never had any bad service from Olathe Ford.

I had great service having my Escape warranty work completed and oil change, tires rotated and general inspection for brakes and coolant check.
