Bought a new car in January. In February the indash screen was acting up. Took it in. I used their shuttle system to get home. When they called the next day and needed more time so they got me a rental. It was a pretty seamless process for me. Got my car back after a few days and has been fine ever since.

I went in for a specific issue. When I dropped it off, the "service consultant" tried to up-sell me with other maintenance. When I said no, he asked if I wanted to "check with my husband" first! They called to tell me what the problem was and when I said that I had already had that fixed elsewhere and that I would have to go back and have it made right, they again asked if I wanted to check with my husband. There was a $31 dollar charge for parts on the bill and I pointed out that they didn't fix anything or supply any parts so then they said it was for the use of their equipment. I have been thinking about getting a new car but it won't be from here.

This had to be the most unprofessional customer service that I have ever dealt with when it comes to my vehicle being repaired. My truck was at their shop for going on three weeks. I had to repeatedly call to get updates on my vehicle whenever I did tried to call, it went to voicemail and nobody would return my call. Also, the text messaging was a complete joke. I received a letter from Dodge stating that if I had water damage inside my cab that the damage should have been covered through a dodge dealership warranty. Water had leaked into the back of my cab shorting out my key fob which disabled my truck, there was a window kit on back order, and when I asked them how long it would be before the part was Going to be in they told me they did not have any idea. I asked, could it be a month from now and the service manager said maybe. I showed them the letter and Tony the service manager said that I called him a liar when I asked him take a look at this letter. Do not take your vehicle to this place Communication is a joke and the service manager Tony is unprofessional. I will never buy from Dodge, nor will I ever recommend anyone go to this dealership.

We literally bought a car from here two weeks ago and had an appointment for today where we actually had to buy another key for the car. The appointment was at one. We got there to pick up the car at 4:30 and they said they had not even gotten to it because they had to rearrange cars. They never even gave us a call.

Since they inheritated Nissan and moved the dodge service area to the jeep service area we the customer have seen over a 35% price increase and a complete staffing change the mechanics arnt even doing there jobs and are guessing on repairs. I came in with 1 request and they didn't even check it and failed to check. After this repair is finished I'm done with using olathe dodge service department. Previouslyi had my last 3 dodges services and repaired here. And I was willing to pay more because they were knowledgeable and got it right every time.Cassy was nice, but she is not the mechanic.Shame on you dodge olathe.

The workmanship seemed to be fine once the repair was finally completed. However, this was the worst and most frustrating customer service experience I've ever encountered. Every time I was actually able to get a hold of someone, they gave me limited information about what was going on with my Chrysler with the promise of calling me right back. After no call, I tried calling and texting (which they kept saying was their quickest way to get back with me....it wasn't) with no response for days. This happened several times. The communication was terrible. It seemed every time I spoke with someone (usually the same case worker), he would ask the same questions that had been answered several times before as though they hadn't actually looked at or recorded my concerns since the last time we'd spoken about it. The whole process took almost a week. We were just fortunate that our warranty covered a rental. One of the issues kept getting forgotten. We will never go back, and I would not recommend the Olathe Chrysler Service Department to anyone.

I've previously given 5 star reviews about the service at this dealership. Unfortunately, everything has changed since. Nothing is the same. The Service "Reception" entrance has been moved to the sales building. Where your car is actually repaired is unseen. The service folks who are supposed to greet you, spend more time looking down at their computer screens than acknowledging your presence. My car was returned after an oil change, without the oil life reset, without a window sticker and without the engine cover being replaced (it was lost somewhere in the service department for 3 days). I'm glad I looked under my hood when I got home. I had to drive back across town just to get my Engine cover back. They found it and reinstalled it, but without so much as a "sorry for your inconvenience." Something has gone seriously wrong at this dealership. I won't be returning, unless they find another part of my car that they took off and forgot to put back on.Service: Engine repair

I had wind noise coming through my new challenger s window and took the car to the service center. They couldn t identify the issue for weeks and eventually ordered a small part to fix the noise. After months waiting for the part to come in, I finally dropped the car off for a second time. When I returned to pick up the car I found a few things out. They didn t install the new parts but instead had a second technician take the car on the highway to re-identify the issue and try and fix it the technician changed all settings from street mode to track mode when testing driving it. Who knows what else. The issue was not even fixed upon picking up the car. I can t speak for the body shop, but the service center has been a 3 month process, no progress, and a Ferris Bueller s day off situation.

The folks here are very nice but... In the last year my car has spent over 48 business hours in the service department on two occasions. Here is what I'm comparing this to:1. I've owned 2 Fords. Only one had to be in the shop once for more than 48 hours. It was 50% older and had double the miles of my Dodge.2. I've owned 2 Kias. Only one had to be in the shop once for more than 48 hours. It was older and had more miles than the dodge AND the dealership covered the cost under warranty.3. My Wife's 2 Toyotas: neither have been in the service center (or in any shop for that matter) for more than 24 hours. Both saw 10+ years and 200,000+ miles.(FWIW I only drive 20k miles a year. And I drive like a reasonable person...)If you want a car that you keep long enough to need any sort of maintenance or service don't get a Dodge. Again the people there seem nice enough, they are trying to make a living like all of us; but either the product is terrible or they haven't been provided the training to do a good job.Services: Electrical repair, Auto power window repair, Auto exhaust system repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

This place is a nightmare. I purchased two vehicles from this dealership and had a decent experience but my service experience has been horrible. Earlier this week I made the mistake of taking my wife's Pacifica to the service department to diagnose an inoperative remote start. Upon drop off the service advisor told me it would be a few hours to diagnose because they were busy. I told them they could have it until the end of the day, if necessary, and to call me when they figured out the problem. I received no call by the end of the day, so had to call back to find out what was going on. After sitting on old for several minutes I was finally told the diagnostics had been inconclusive and they would need the car overnight but that they would complete the diagnostics the next morning and call me. As expected, they did not call, so I again had to call them after lunchtime to follow up. I sat on hold for, no exaggeration, over 20 minutes, to be told that the diagnostics was not yet complete but should be done by the end of the day. Again, I received no call by the end of the day and had to call back to follow up. I was told the car was ready to go but that they would be closed by the time I could get there. So I waited yet another night and got dropped off the next day to pick up the car. After checking out I sat and waited over 20 minutes for the car to be pulled around while people that came in after me got their cars and left. Again, nobody communicated what was going on, so I asked the cashier what was taking so long. She checked in with an advisor and was told they couldn't get the car started because the 2 year old OEM battery was dead. This told me that the technician left lights or other accessories on, draining the battery. I suggested this but the advisor played it off as an issue with cold weather. As a former ASE certified technician for over 20 years I never saw a 2 year old battery killed by cold weather. The technician made a mistake. To his credit, the service advisor offered me a loaner, which I did not want, but with no other choice I accepted. He, again, said he would contact me the next morning when the car was ready. I got the loaner and came home. As is clearly standard operating procedure with this service team, I again received no call the next morning, so I called after lunch. After sitting on hold for over 13 minutes, THEY CONNECTED MY CALL TO ANOTHER WAITING CUSTOMER. So I, again, called back and sat on hold for another 6 minutes before finally getting a clear answer that my car would be ready by the end of the day. I'm sure I won't receive a call and/or the car will again not be done today. Regardless, this dealership lost not only all of my service business but also all future sales. My Durango lease is up in June but I will not be getting any future vehicles from Olathe Dodge.Update: I finally got my vehicle back but nobody has reached out to offer an apology. I did, however, receive a call today from a sales associate attempting to get me to come in as my lease is ending, proving that only money matters to Olathe Dodge. The customer experience means nothing.

They ran up the costs on diagnostics instead of looking at the actual problem part first. The express oil service did not complete all the checkpoints and I left with no windshield wiper fluid and low tires. And it took 2 hours.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil changeServices: Auto maintenance, Oil change

They have had our accessible van for a couple of weeks and have not furnished adequate updates. We have tried texting which has been ignored. We have called and been put on hold several times and told we would get an immediate call back. That didn t happen. Still no word as to when we can expect our van.

The communication from the service department at Olathe Dodge is terrible. You can drop off a vehicles for service and never hear back with any updates about what's going on with your vehicle unless you call in. If you do call and you can't get to a person to talk to about it. There's a text message service but they don't respond. I don't understand how this place gets any business.

I don't like non-appointmentpractices because a 1hr oilchange has evolved into a 3 hr process. There were 2 black grease smears left on the outside of my car neardoor handles.

Only had my oil changed and tires rotataded. Guy was super friendly. Place was hard to find but now I know where it's at. I wish they did appointments since waiting almost 2 hours isn't that great.
