I ve been loyal to these guys since 2002. Here s why I needed a new alternator and they sold me one that had the wrong set of teeth. This in turn chewed up my belt and caused an even bigger problem. I had the car towed to a repair shop and called them and told them the situation. They were apologetic, asked where my car was at and they paid for the entire repair and had a new alternator delivered amd my car was repaired and ready to go all in the same day. Every time I ve gone in there, since, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in helping me repair whatever needs repaired. You deal with the other guys and the level of knowledge and genuine friendliness is nowhere close. O Reilly is the best and no one, based on all of my dealings with them, could tell me different. Don t waste time with other spots, let these guys get you what you need and beget on with it.

This was a good experience. The associate was helpful and seemed to be the only one working the registers at that time. He was able to complete the transaction well.

This store is well stocked and well ran if they don t have the parts you need they can get them fast most times same day if you arrive or call early enough.

Sure are slow with picking orders. I wouldn't recommend anyone order online for pickup if you're planning on a project the next day. These people will have you waiting.

The guy came out, checked our alternator which was fine and then checked our battery found out we had a dead cell. So we bought the new battery there, and he put it in. It saved us a lot of money from going to the dealership.

I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. They checked my battery. I needed a new one. They figured out which one I needed and rang me up. James was so fast getting my old battery out and the new one in. It was raining a little so he had me wait inside like a gentleman. When he was done he said to try it and he would watch to make sure everything was ok. What great service! It's like this every time I go there. Highly recommend

My significant is an mechanic and he absolutely loves O'Reilly.We spend more time here than we do at home. not complaining because the customer service is always great. But sooner or later you guys going to have to offer afterhours date night or cocktails my guy. Lol.

Unfortunately, this place is becoming almost like a second home. With my vehicles getting older, they seem to break more often than not.Fortunately, they usually provide pretty good service and they always seem to be helpful. I've had really positive experiences with Alicia and Allan.On the weekends this place is usually pretty busy and sometimes understaffed, but that's expected almost everywhere you go to now.This location is the first place I check before I go anywhere else, I would definitely recommend.

Went in looking for a new terminal bolt because the thread on mine was messed up. Dan walked up to see if I needed help; proceeded to fix the thread on my current one and provided me with the correct nut replacement. I was having a hard day - his no hesitation to jump in and help me with everything I needed will keep me coming back to this location.

I came to Olathe from Oklahoma to help my family. My husband swapped the motor in my vehicle 2 days before heading up to KC. Check engine light came on the morning I was to head back home. Came to O'Rileys and asked for help. This very kind young man working here named Allen immediately offered to lend a hand. He figured out the issue (a plug wire had come loose) and put it back on for me. He didn't have to do that, but he did. I'm so very thankful for his help and kindness. This is why we do all of our business with O'Reilly, because there commitment to service is so outstanding!

When I went in a couple months back I had the best sales associate help me with my car lights, he suggested how to make a repair to my tail light and went above and beyond. All the men there were very nice and eager to help the people that walked in while I was there. Very impressed!

Went in and asked where something was. Store clerk immediately opened a register on the isle I was on. I understand shoplifting is a thing but I spent my money and would never return. At least be a little less obvious when you're watching someone.

Stopped by today to get a battery and it's 4� outside and I don't own any tools. Parker found exactly what I needed and removed and replaced my battery in the cold without hesitation. Great service. That young man was fantastic. While sitting here writing this I watched him help 2 other people. Great service.

The young men working are always very helpful to getting me my odd out of ordinary needs covered. I was struggling with finding the right gas cap, this guy got it right first try and it was less than $20! I only needed one caliper bolt, he sold me a package of two for what I had to spend on it! I won't go to another party store unless I have to! I've known mechanic people that always go here, now I know why! Very knowledgeable and helpful!Only four Star because oreilly could be a little cheaper.

Managers Dillion and Alicia were very helpful in answering my questions and helping me get a faulty alternator replaced. I purchased a remanufactored alternator for my minivan and after 3 days my van died and had to be towed to the dealer. Alicia texted me a picture of my receipt so I could take it to the dealer and have them take it off and replace it. Thank you!!

Employee, Parker, assisted me by phone of a list of parts for my car. One item needed to be ordered. The item came in the same day.When I came in to pick up all the parts, Parker had the list ready and gathered together the items quickly. He even volunteered to carry them to my car. I was very thankful as there were many and looked to be heavy.I am grateful for Parker's quick, organized and patience with someone that doesn't have under the hood knowledge.

Very helpful and knowledgable staff, the store is usually orderley, but they're also very busy, as they are the "hub" store. Anything they don't have, they can order, and their drivers deliver to many local stores, even out to to KC MO. I've seen in multiple occasions their staff go all the way to the dc center in KC MO, just to pick up a part that a shop desperately needed. Sometimes rough around the edges, but hey, that's just car/mechanic type style; straight forward, no B.S.

I went in for a simple oil filter and some oil today. There were a total of 3 customers (including myself) and 4 employees. After standing there for 10 minutes, because only 2 employees were helping customers, I put my items back and left.This is the last time I try to go to O'Reilly. It'll be AutoZone or Napa from now on. Employees clearly care more about stocking inventory than helping customers.

This and the Bonner Springs store are the only O'reilly's I will go to and there are 2-3 on the way to this one and I still choose to come to this store, for the employee's being easy to talk to and not screwing up parts I order or grabbing the wrong parts. 1 young man even came out to help me put a serpentine belt on my 1999 F-350 Power Stroke because he could see that I was not getting on my own. I love this store, thank you guys. Matt Kooken

Great experience! The gentleman picked out my new windshield wipers for my truck and installed them with assistance of one of the other staff in windy cold & wet weather quickly!

went in this store on 1/5/22 about 3pm to drop off recycled oil, counter help said tank was full but would check to confirm, meanwhile i was picking out wiper blades when the same person came up to me and said tank was full but i could take my oil to advanced auto so i did and spent 90.00 dollars at advanced auto for wiper blades and ice melt, poor customer service

All-star customer service. I can use their tools to replace small parts on my car, they give me those parts on a loyalty discount, and they help me when I need it.I save hundreds each year by buying their parts and replacing them myself.

Went in for a simple and instead of taking the bolt that I had in the back and match it up, the kid stood there at his computer for 15 minutes. What is wrong with the youth of America! Off to the hardware store.
