Every time I bring my vehicle here I get the best service beginning from the first phone call, all the way to payment and pick up. Everything is explained thoroughly and they work hard to call my insurance company. The BEST part I think is they don t treat me like a girl. They treat me like a patron!! I highly recommend them!

It s hard to find a place you can take your vehicle and feel like you won t be taken advantage of. This place however, never disappoints! The employees are hard working, reliable, and honest. They send you quotes and pictures to make sure you know exactly what the problem is. Trust your vehicle no where else!

Was very pleased with the service I received here. I brought my car in for an oil change and to check on a sound coming from the suspension.After servicing my car they provided me a clear and well organized report on my car's status. Each aspect of the report was then thoroughly explained. The suspension issue was diagnosed (a sway bar) and the needed repair was reasonably priced.These mechanics are experienced and knowledgeable and I will return here for future maintenance and repairs. -jk

Called for appt. Spoke w/John. After explaining my head light problem, he said they could help me. I was quoted a price and was told I could pick up my car later. I received another call back telling me there w / b an additional charge in order to get to the problem. After listening to what had to be done to fix the problem I was quoted an additional $100.00. I agreed to the charge. I mentioned to John since the weather was bad I could get my car the next day there was no rush. John agreed and thanked me and said your car will be ready tomorrow. The next day I picked up my car and was very happy with the job.I use to take my car there when it was owned by Bret s. I was concerned when I found out there were new owners, but decided to give them a try. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend them to my friends/family. The staff, John, Mark, Kelly & Ryan were very professional. Ryan was the mechanic who repaired my car. The shop was very clean & organized as well as the front office.Great job, New Concept. Recently I had a problem with my rear airbag suspension and a washer bottle leak on my 2017 BMW X5 Msport. These guys were fantastic. They offered a loaner vehicle for me and kept me updated on the status of my repairs. The washer bottle leak was a bad pump which required removal of the front right fender to replace. They did a fantastic job on that. The second problem was a bit more complicated but they got it figured out and did an amazing job getting it resolved. They had the latest technology and were able to deal with my vehicle on a timely schedule. I would highly recommend New Concept Auto to all of my coworkers and friends. These guys are kind, courteous, and considerate of your personal needs.

The team here is great. Love the diagnostic videos. I ve had two repairs done here to an older BMW and both were great. For the bigger repair they presented several options (dealer parts, after market, salvage) and recommended the cheapest option. They did great work and it came in under the estimate. Everyone is friendly and professional.Service: General repairs

Even though they changed the name of the business they are still some awesome people there. Always a great experience. Always up front with you. They will not take advantage of you. They are very professional and I feel very comfortable every time I go there. I highly recommend this place.

Had our Range Rover Evoque services here. Mark was fantastic to work with. Very straight forward and attentive. Provided a loaner due to the waiting for parts to arrive.

Fast and Friendly service. I had multiple things I had wrong with my car and they managed to get the warranty company to respond quickly and get my car back to me in 24 hrs while letting me use a loaner car. New Concept will be my go to auto repair place from now on. Thank you Mark and crew for helping keep this single mom on the road!

Service was outstanding! I was so frustrated about the issues my car was giving me and the team here was so caring and thorough. They reassured me every step of the way. I didn t have a mechanic and blindly went in, hesitant. I m so glad I did! I will definitely recommend them Thanks guys

Made an appointment and dropped my car off in the morning, didn t look at it until after 2pm, so had to take off work due to no ride the next day for a simple hose fix. Do NOT take your vehicle here unless you have to take it somewhere else to get fixed for bigger problems that they have caused. My wife took her Jag in after driving it from Central Mo with no overheating issues and when she FINALLY got it back it overheated and the cost is $7000 for Jaguar to fix it. This place is under new ownership as of 1 Aug and they are scammers. The owner makes all the decisions and is NEVER AVAILABLE. BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I reached out to Bret's Auto works because they work with CarMax in repairing cars sold at their dealership. I told them what the issue was with my transmission;they tested it and gave me a call back promptly to let me know what they found and the estimated time of repair. Matt said it would probably be at least a week before they got a refurb trans so they would probably have my car for a week to 10 days. I actually got my car back 4 days earlier than expected. They found an issue with the wheel bearing and fixed that too. Great service!

Matt was easy to talk to and he went above and beyond to help me understand my oil consumption concerns.Plus I got this personalized thank you card in the mail.Such a great small business.I got a windshield replaced and an oil change service, which includes a video of my car's inspection.

I came in from out of town and my vehicle needed work. They diagnosed the problems, gave decent estimates, and on some of the items they even gave a recommendation for a specialty shop that might be able to do it better. I was very impressed and felt very respected as a vehicle owner. These guys are the real deal!

The Bret s team is always so friendly, trustworthy and informative. We have taken our cars here for years and have never felt like we ve been asked to pay for a service that wasn t needed. We have used Bret's for years, and have had repairs made on all of our vehicles. Over the past couple years it seems their charges have been high, but we have continued to use them. We recently brought my daughter's vehicle in to have a repair done on the driver's side door when her outside door handle came off. Their quote for parts and labor was $983. This seemed very high and with our past history with Bret's I decided to call two Mazda dealers to get a price on the parts the service advisor at Bret's said were needed. Parts were lower at the dealer and would be received in 1 day compared to 3-5 days. Luther Mazda is making this repair for $432! This is less than half of what Bret's was going to charge us. I will never use them again for any of our vehicles.
