This is the best Napa I have had any experience with. I've been a mechanic for 16 years so I've dealt with my fair share of parts stores. Even asked about measuring ball joints or even matching thread diameters and was perfect every time. The customer service is outstanding as well always worked with me, always found best price and quality, was always excited or happy to help people out. Always had the right part every time. When they had to order the parts. They would actually call me to tell me my part has arrived!!! I've never in my life have had such wonderful service from a parts store. These guys are my #1 recommendation for a good and honest parts store. I can't thank you guys enough.

Just got some brakes for my 2013 Yaris. Was helped by a young man that was super friendly and passionate about cars and fixing them. He gave me a cool tip about a drum kit to make my job easier :D This place is super welcoming!!! Thank YOUUUUUU !!!

I needed an air filter and they were the only one near me that had one for a 63 Thunderbird. The counter personnel were very helpful.

I went there after my husband informed me of a really good experience there. I bought a battery and got help from Ben installing it. He went above and beyond also helping with the hood latch that won't latch. When I asked Ben questions he answered them professionally without talking down to me because I'm female. Will definitely use their services again.

My poorest experience at NAPA yet. Was clear across the city and decided to get some things I needed. They didn't have some of the items so they said they would have them shipped from another store. The attendant said he would have my order pulled and waiting for me. Fine, I'll drive clear across town before an appointment later in the day. I come back 1/2 hour before my appointment figuring I'd simply pick up my order which was supposed to be pulled and waiting and head to my appointment. 1 person was working and he was particularly slow. After waiting for 20 minutes while he helped 1 other customer, I get to the counter only to find my order has not been pulled and so he goes to look for things. Long story short, he could not find one of my items. I left late for my appointment without everything I needed. I'm very disappointed.

TL; DR - Took thebfuy behind the counter 3 tried just to find the right taillight bulb.Ran by here on my lunch break from work to grab a tail light. Pretty simple right? Give the guy my make/model/year, he gets me two lights, I pay and leave. Get back to work, go to replace it. Wrong bulb.I figure, whatever, people make mistakes. Go back on my afternoon break, this time take the burnt out bulb in with me so he can match. Get new bulbs, pay and leave. Back at work, still the wrong bulbs.Finally have to go back yet again after I get off work to get the right bulbs. All the explanation I get from the guy behind the counter is "Still wrong? Wow, that's weird."Overall wasted over and hour of my time and cost me twice what it should have because I trusted the guy behind the counter. Double, triple check anything you get here. Or just avoid.

Nice employees here. I tried to do an online order, turned out they didn't have what I needed. But the guy I talked to helped cancel my order and we found a different brand to go with that was still on sale. Was still able to get my oil change done that afternoon. Thanks!

Customer service was great. Quickly tested my dead battery and got me hooked up with a new one after showing me the results of the test.

Thanks. I walked in with thier competition telling me it was not possible for my brakes to squeal from having the rotor ground down. Do to a sale this place was the cheapest and I end up walking out without paying a dime and getting the answer that fixed my issue. Seeing that that the competition and Napa are a couple bucks apart I think I have found a new to get my parts. It's amazing what competent people can do for your business. And my pocket.

Went in for wiper blades and the guy helped me find what fit my car and he even put them on for me, I really like this place

I went in hoping they would have another belt since I bought the only one that O'Reillys had. I was in a huge hurry but because I was about 25 miles from home I wanted to make the trip worth my while. There was only 1 employee working the front counter and I was the third person in line. I waited about 20 minutes for the other 2 people to get their parts before it was finally my turn. Luckily they had the belt I went in for and it was cheaper than O'Reillys but they only had 1.

Good stock and they can often get things the same day if they don't have it. I'd rate it 5 stars for that but the staff typically isn't very enthusiastic about helping / learning.

The new employees are awesome they know about my old 1972 mustang in my 1965 Chevy I almost stopped going there because the old employees were completely ignorant but now I will go back every time

I stopped in here on my way to work with a desperate need for wiper blades. I had no idea which kind I needed and the gentleman working there took care of it for me including putting them on for me. Very helpful!!

If your check engine light comes on they will still check it with the computer for you. Advance auto parts doesn't anymore due to covid-19. U will have to plug it in yourself.

I like napa but their computer system sucks especially in store. It shouldn't take me 20 min to buy sale items because the employees have to do the math and manually inter prices cause it's not in the system.

Store is clean. The crew is friendly.They have nearly everything you need. If they don't have it they can find it or help you find it. Great place.
