Excellent customer service! They were efficient and thorough. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! You can either wait in your car while they are doing service or step inside the waiting room to watch some TV, use the bathroom, coffee, and stretch your legs. They keep a nice clean space for all to see. Thank you, God bless

I also came for a tire rotation but the equipment needed service. This was my second trip to this location without receiving a tire rotation. I do not blame the employees what so ever. I have received Excellent customer service from them. Maybe the corporate should do repairs in a more timely fashion. Thank you. Shout out to Jason S for ensuring that he'd provided excellent customer service!

I used this location for the first time and they had trouble just changing the oil. The did not have the right size of oil wrench to remove oil filter. I watched them try for 20 minutes to remove it and continued to slip off the filter. I also saw them try to use a hammer. It was quite amazing. Then after breaking and having to replace the filter cover their explanation was it was too tight. I will never come back.

With today's busy life style (especially after work and wanting to get home to make dinner for my family), in and out is what I like. The guys were great!

I've gotten service here before, and it was fine, but I have been turned away multiple times when arriving between 5:15 and 20 after five. On several occasions there were even open bays, so it's not like they were full. I get that an oil change can take half an hour, but it would be better if the business hours reflected when they actually stop serving people.

The service was EXCELLENT, they were extremely busy thru the lunch hour ( packed ) I requested the oil change plus tire rotation and still was in and out within no time, these men and women are the reason I am a repeat customer. They are just great people and pleasant to do buisness with !!

Jiffy Lube just put me way ahead of schedule for my whole day. I guess for some reason I thought it would take longer than 15 minutes, but no! They got me done so fast I ve got time to kill before my next appointment!

Horrible service! I've used this location for 8+ years with great results until my last visit 8-21-23. Ford 3500 oil & filter service. I specifically asked them to check tire pressure twice when I checked-in along with all fluids. I double-checked before hauling a 40ft boat 200 miles the next day and antifreeze was low, P/S fluid was low, washer fluid was low and all 6 tires were at different pressures ranging from 30lbs to 90lbs. Don't trust your vehicle to this current bunch of slackers!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

I have a newer car and unfortunately this store did not have my oil filter in stock. Rather then sending me away Service Manager Johnathan called multiple stores, found my part, drove over to pick up my part and completed the job. He was friendly, personable, and very up beat among the chaos. I will be returning based on the service alone.

This experience with Jiffy Lube was completely horrible...I would not recommend this location. They are extremely slow, customer service is terrible and is completely dirty and unorganized.

I had a wonderful experience at this Jiffy Lube! The customer service was amazing everyone was so friendly. Also, they did a great job servicing my vehicle in a very timely manner. Additionally, they were honest! I wasn t pressured into doing additional services. I really had a good, speedy experience here! Great job all around :)

Got my fuel filter s changed yesterday, this morning I went to warm up my truck and one of my buddies came inside to let me know that my driveway was covered in diesel and when I went to check it out these so called technicians over torqued the fuel cap and sheared the O-ring in half leading to fuel leaking. I do not recommend coming here for fuel filter service.

I pulled up and there was only one car ahead of me in the bay, one of the workers came out to tell me it will be another 20 mins or so, I say that's fine. I sit there and wait the 20 mins until another worker came back to get my VIN number and mileage, only to tell me they don't have my filter in stock. So I waited the 20+ mins for absolutely nothing.

Quick and efficient! Loved being able to stay in the car during the oil change. The guys were wonderful. Elmer is extra friendly, explained the process well and was entertaining. I found myself chuckling throughout the oil change. As a female, I m always nervous I ll be talked into a more expensive or unnecessary service - but I never once felt that way here. Very happy.

The service was so fast! The got me right in. They were very polite and worked fast. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. TJ was informative, very personable, professional, and helpful. Super polite and quick. I was getting ready to head out of town when I noticed I needed an oil change. They were very polite and got it done in no time! The lobby was clean, quiet, and cool, which felt great since it was crazy hot outside. Will definitely be going back there from now on for all my vehicles.

Attention All Ladies-I highly recommend this location. My oil change experience was the best I have ever experienced anywhere. The night I arrived at Jiffy Lube Sam & Nate both greeted me with a smile, even though I arrived so close to closing time. I felt comfortable and did not at all feel intimidated talking with Sam about my car maintenance. I was pleasantly surprised to find out Sam short for Samantha is the manager at this location. Thank you both for you excellent service, attention to detail and quality care plus zero intimidation.

Very impressed with the service for a quick oil change company. Samantha was spot on and helped fix a problem that was caused by a competitor. The staff was friendly and helpful. No pressure to buy or replace items that you normally get from others looking to upsell you. Will be returning for all future oil changes and basic maintenance as needed. Excellent service. Went in to make sure my little car could reliably withstand a 9hr road trip. Arianna, the employee that greeted me and handled the service, was very polite and helpful and cute in her mechanic outfit. :) I received a long list of services for a good price. You can see the work done to your car through the huge glass wall in the lobby. The lobby was very clean and comfortable, with nice chairs, some magazines and coffee. I left impressed, and my car left in a better mood. I no longer have to put anti-depressants in the gas tank! ...give it hugs when its feeling grumpy. And i got a discount too, for being a first time customer. 5 stars.
