Was essentially scammed. Was sold a car that had an issue the day after I got it home. The problem was "fixed" for about 2 months until it popped back up. Took it to the dealer and it's going to be almost the price of the car again. Was told there's nothing they can do. Buy at your own peril, I recommend anywhere else.

I had a leak in my coolant and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule, and had my car by the next day. Good customer service

Needed new tires, got a great quote, promptly ordered and ready to schedule for service. No back end changes on the quote. I hate waiting in line when Ive went thru the trouble of making an appointment. My truck was in the shop and up on the lift within minutes.Overall great experience.Service: Tires

This repair shop was recommended to me by a Facebook friend and I'm glad that I listened to her. They fixed my car in a very timely fashion and it runs like new. I am glad that I used their services and will continue to use them in the future and refer them to all my family and friends....

Bought a used truck here. Vehicle was in excellent condition. It was a great experience working with Ritchie . Will definitely do business here again. Highly recommend if you want to buy a used vehicle but don t want to deal with the pressure of large dealer salesmen

Came here for an intoxalock calibration. The man at the desk tried telling me I couldn't do it here if it wasn't my "home" store, which never matters anywhere else I've gone. He proceeded to cuss and grumble the whole way out to my car and without saying anything aggressively tried to open it. He then cussed and grumbled the whole way back in where he asked me to spell my name over and over because he was angry. He slammed my device around and opened and slammed drawers and didn't say almost anything else besides "there's your device". Coming alone as a woman I felt so unsafe and absolutely will never return.

I have been using In Motion for 5 years. They are very honest. Always call with what is wrong and get approval. Even saved parts to show me what was wrong one time. They are affordable and honest with their pricing. I feel like treat my car like it s their own. Will never go to another mechanic. They are very quick with fixing and get my car back to me within hours. The owner even drove me home to my house and picked me back up once when I first used them when I didn t realize the repair would take a few hours.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Dave and his staff are wonderful! We were referred from a close friend when we got into a pinch with our son's truck being stolen, then found and needing immediate repairs to get it running again. Dave got new locks - keys ordered and installed and had the truck running within a matter of a day or two, along with adding some tighter security to it. He put in many hours to get this done for us in such a short amount of time and we are greatly appreciative. Would highly recommend In Motion!

I ve worked with lots of shops in the area and none of them compare. Their service is incredible and their customers are their priority. They give honest quotes at a great and reasonable price. They get strait to the point and fix the problem, unlike other shops who tell you your car needs repairs it doesn t. I highly recommend this shop, go to them and you won t regret it!Service: Engine repair

My experience has been nothing but amazing. Mike has been a tremendous help to me for so many things. As a 75-year-old woman I know very little about cars. I had a serious problem with my tires and their pressure continuously turning on a signal that there was a problem with my car. I must ve come in to see Mike 10 times regarding this issue. He was so gracious and his expert team always resolved the problem. When my windshield was cracked, he offered me an incredible price to replace it. Recently I came in for a 70,000 mile check up. He apologized and indicated that if there was nothing wrong with my car, I should go ahead and wait till 75,000 miles. How many auto repair services do that. My CRV is a 2014 And it is in mint condition because of in motion auto. I have recommended Mike to numerous people. Took my car in to find out why my AC wasn t working. They charged me $90 to tell me it was the AC compressor and wanted to charge me $1200 to replace it. Found out later it wasn t the AC compressor so I called to let them know they wrongly diagnosed it and they didn t even offer to refund me. My friend told me a similar situation happened to him and another friend of his. Don t recommend.Service: Air conditioning

Dave and his staff were friendly, efficient and thorough. I went in for an oil change and mentioned that my tire pressure light had been on for 2 months because the dealer said it would cost $300 to repair . Dave s guy reset the warning light and it went out! They didn t even charge me for the testing. I will be going to this shop for all my car maintenance and repairs from now on!

These guys are amazing!! My car is still with them and I trust them to do honest work. They are also a part of a wonderful non profit agency, Helping Hands Olathe Ks. Which is collaborating with In Motion Auto to repair my car affordably! Awesome crew.

I drive a 2005 Dodge Ram Hemi 1500... It has pretty high mileage but "THANKS!!!" to In Motion Auto, it's still running great!!! My last visit, along with the check engine diagnosis and oil change, it needed several sensors and it was ready to hit the road again without dying and having a really rough time running!!! I've NEVER had an issue with their work and needed to take it back in for more... Honest, affordable, professional and great to work with!!! in my book!!! Was looking to buy a vehicle, found one on fb market place so I casually messaged Arlington velasquez who I guess works at this establishment! Only to be messaged back with nothing but sarcasm and rudeness def look else where if your in the market I hope not all of there salesman are like this otherwise don t see how they remain open! No one really wants to deal with a car salesman but when you get a sarcastic cocky one rite off that s an obvious sign to shop elsewhere!!

I totally love this place! The people here are the best! The honesty, the work and total overall experience is one of THE BEST I have encountered. I have vowed to never take my vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE! My car needed a water pump, serpentine belt and thermostat. I contacted In Motion at the recommendation of a friend and I am VERY PLEASED with the quality of their work and professionalism. These guys are super nice and they know their stuff! They provided a quote that was spot on and my car was ready exactly when they said it would be. They called me a few days later to make sure everything was o.k. and I really appreciated that. They have won me over and I will not take my car anywhere else. As a female, I am always skeptical of mechanics as I know nothing about cars, but I trust In Motion! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! #HIGHLYRECOMMENDED

I bought a car from them and they were professional, genuine and welcoming, not the typical pushy car sales. I had not heard of the auto repair shop and plan to bring the car I purchased as well as my other car to them for any maintenance and repairs needed from now on. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience! All staff members were not only helpful, but incredibly nice. I went to get an oil change and I was very surprised how fast the service was. It was my first time and I would recommend it to everyone.

My vehicle was towed to the shop. With in minutes of its arrival to the shop, In Motion called me to let me know it has arrived safely. Work was completed and car was running in less than 24 hours. I m on disability with a tight income needed a reliable vehicle. Was very nice about selling me a junk vehicle. Seemed really honest and upfront about the vehicle but apparently it was all lies went to get it Safety inspected and honestly it wasn t safe to be driven off the lot. The shop i took it to gave me a list of problems oil pan was rigged together, cv axel bad, rear wheel bearing was so bad the wheel was about to fall off. Front brakes were bad Said it was checked out by their mechanics all i can say is the mechanic must be blind otherwise i was severely lied to. And the warranty is a joke for sure didn t wanna cover any of the problems even though it states it covers driveline problems which shoulda been the oil pan the axel the brakes and wheel bearing which all affected drivability but said nope not covered what a joke of a shop

Very good service, a little slow, but they did have to wait a few days for the part to come in then it was a day and a half later to get the part put in my car. They need to have loaner cars for the customers who will have to wait more than 12 hours for thier car to be ready

I was so lucky to find this place, the staff are fast and professional, job was done before estimated, price was exactly what was quoted. I will be bringing them all my work for all 3 of my vehicle and am going to tell everyone to go see these guys.
