I called with a flat and they were able to get me in immediately. Service manager was helpful and informed me that I had a road hazard warranty on my tires so the service would be free of charge. The technician identified the issue and repaired it quickly. Great experience!

Every time I've needed to get in, one way or another they manage it. I'm single and live by myself so I can't drop a car off. They always manage to find a time slot that works.. They are extremely nice, very helpful. The price is a little high honestly but you're paying for quality not just product.

I was charged more than other places charge. I was not fully informed about all of the work they did. The final price was $100 more than I was told. When I tried to call back with questions, no one answered the phone. When I picked up my van, the clerk who completed the payment did not answer any of my questions. And, when I walked in to get my car, the phone was ringing and none of the 3 employees answered it. It was still ringing when I left to find my car in the lot. I had to look for it because they gave no indication where it was parked.

Randy there was amazing and Pete on the phone before him seemed to know and set it up. Randy truly is a Master Ace. He has moxie. After talking to Pete I felt that somebody with super powers was there; what would be required to align my car. It had gone for 2 years after many trips to a body shop and having new tires put on many times with nobody bothering to ask if I didn't even want to get an alignment until yesterday when I found out about the Firestone (car) lifetime alignment. Essentially two sets of tires were changed nobody bothered to think about the alignment before I had brought up that the tires were deteriorating in like 15,000 miles. I was getting pretty afraid that the car was effectively no longer usable I'm relying on ultimately my shop manager to be able to align it. I ended up in Olathe yesterday after a blowout. I talked to Pete yesterday at Firestone in Olathe far from home, and he ultimately said to come at 10:00 the next day.Initially due to being short 2 staff members, I was going to have to wait more than 6 hours in the shop for the car. I had just agreed to this when it turned out that several people hadn't shown up for their 10:00 appointment when I was there. Furthermore there was the shortest of a delivery person at an auto parts store which held up another repair. Randy was super cool and good enough she just fit me in right away given the chance. Randy is a real can-do type!I was very lucky to have ran into this fellow. I'd give them 500 Stars if I could. For about 220 bucks all in, you can get a lifetime alignment. They align your car and then anytime you feel the need to bring it in, they check it and align it if necessary.In any event a very magical experience and Randy's experience paid off! In Olathe Kansas: hometown of one of the guys who penned the song Low Rider!

Guess what? I took an enterprise rental car for oil change yesterday. I get there, all went well until they gave me the car back. I don t live in town. So when I got on the road I realize the car was shaking when I go over 60. I turn around and went back. Soon as I get in, the guy at the front desk was on the phone and didn t even bother to ask why I came back. He started yelling we don t have anyone to look at it without me even telling him the reason I came back. That s very suspicious. Looks like he knew something wasn t right before they released the car to me. I asked well can you guys get me tomorrow since I have to travel back to Wichita right now but I can wait till tomorrow. He was very rude and disrespectful. NO WE CAN ONLY GET YOU NEXT WEEK . Bro I just told you I don t live here. Knowing how to communicate is key to a successful business. Now I am stuck in town trying to find a different location to get the car fixed. Wowww

These guys are always fantastic! They don t give you the run around and they explain things to all customers. I m an exmechanic and it is nice to take my car to a shop that isn t going to try and screw you.

In town this weeked to see my Mom and had to fix a tire warning light. Firestone took care of my problem within 5 minutes. These guys were great. Highly recommend them.

I had a tire that had a slow leak, and I discovered a nail in the tread of the tire. It was not in the sidewall so I knew there was a good chance the tire could be fixed. Concerned about it going flat on me, I wanted to get it fixed right away. I initially tried a tire repair business across the street but the best they could do is have it fixed by the end of the day if I dropped it off and came back after it. Having no means to get around if I did so, I chose to try this Firestone store on Blackbob. They worked me in and in fact, had my tire fixed and I was out of the store within about 30 minutes of when I first went in. I really appreciated their willingness to get me fixed up and back on the road. Kudos to the men at Firestone on Blackbob in Olathe!!

The alignment,$109, was not included in the original estimate of costs for the replacement of 2 front struts. My less than $700 estimate ended up over $900. So obviously it wasn't just the cost of alignment that was left out of the estimate.

My oil light barely flashed one day so I pulled into Firestone and they were booked but they came out to see how they could help me. They ended up adding five quarts of oil to my engine for free just to get me going. To me that is excellent customer service.

I would not go here rude person answering the phone cut me off made me wait after calling twice when I finally got through in the middle of making an appointment after being interrogated dropped my call them put me on hold again.If I was the owner I would fire that guy bad customer service on many levels. I would suggest go to the Firestone on 95th and 35 those guys are so nice. I only inquired at this location because of where I live never again!!

Words cannot express our gratitude for this Firestone location. Hands down the best and most honest service I have ever come across. Not only do they help take care of our fleet, but they do everything they can with preventative maintenance, and ensure the safety of our drivers and passengers. Champion Shuttle Inc. has had full fleet care from this location for about 3 years now. As the owner of this company, and being female, there are times where I have been in other situations where I know I am being lied to, or potentially being taken advantage of. I have never experienced this with these guys. They go above and beyond to help my business grow, and help me grow as an individual. I can not count how many times they have taken me in the back to have a look myself to know what to look for in the future. I am so incredibly thankful to have Doug, Eric, Sean, Neal, and Pete in my life! Along with the rest of the Olathe Firestone Crew. Thank you guys for all that you do!

They just lost a customer due to new manager not knowing how to communicate. I made an appointment online to drop off my vehicle at 7:00 to get a simple oil change and rotation, requesting it to be done prior to noon for my wife to go to work. Generally if that will not work, under old management, they would have given me a courtesy call and told me that it would be impossible to have done before noon. At that point I would have probably made a different appointment or made an accommodation for my wife to get to work. But, I did not receive a phone call. Just a deadpan look this morning at 7am when I went to drop off the vehicle from the new manager. This place was so good under old management. I wonder what happened.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Scheduled a 7:00 am appointment to get my car aligned. Told them that I d need it back in the evening at the latest, but scheduled the early appointment in the hope that they d have it done sooner. Went up there to pick it up at 6:30 (30 minutes before closing) and they had closed early at 6:00. They had a barely noticeable piece of paper typed out in small font that relayed this information, however, I had spoken with the staff four different times throughout the day at no point did anyone tell me that the store would be closing an hour early. If your hours deviate from what it says on your website, it would seem like a totally reasonable courtesy to ensure that your customers know this information. Either way, my wife and I are down a car this evening so it really complicated our schedule for tonight and tomorrow morning as we were both counting on having my vehicle returned.

Brought my vehicle here to get an alignment. ended up having a suspension issue. they gave me an inflated price for a ball joint. I declined the service. and when I picked up my vehicle and went to do the ball joints myself. I discovered that the lug nuts were extremely over torqued and they cross threaded one of the nuts and the stud beyond use. I would never bring my vehicle here again.Service: Wheel alignment

This place is a joke,I came in and i was the only customer inside, the guy there didn t say a thing. Then another worker came and barely said anything. Anyways they gave me an appointment in 5days,and there attitude was so unwelcoming.Good thing there re other places,i went to walmart and they did the job in less than an hour.I really regretted about the previous times i went there for care repairs.I ll never ever go there.

I had a 7:00 am appointment that I had made and confirmed weeks in advance. My car was here at that time. All I had done was an oil change and new tires. My car wasn't ready until 4:30 pm.

Came in for an alignment and to get a noise checked on the passenger side. Get a call that my (brand new) brake pads were installed incorrectly, are destroyed along with the rotors and that I need to replace them as well as get a flush or else it ll damage the car further.It didn t feel right so after getting home we removed the tires to find rotors and pads in mint condition (their provided paperwork reflects that well!). All it needed was a clip readjustment.I understand having to run a business but driving the bottom line with dirty money by creating $ 550+ of nonexistent problems and using fear of potential further damage is beyond unethical. I got lucky but who knows how many people didn t.Services: Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

Don t come here. Used to be great. Now they don t have enough workers to get to anything and can t get parts. Don t waste your time. Just go somewhere else.

Took my car to them to get my ac fixed and had to come back due to the same symptoms coming back. After the fourth time dropping it back off, and after spending over $1,000, they told me that they don t know what the problem is. Glad that they fixed it the first three times and wasted weeks of my time.

I had an ongoing issue with some tires I purchased and this location was the only one who took me seriously and found the problem. I got the problem fixed and had the best customer service I could even imagine! The manager Bill went above and beyond for me, in helping me get my issue fixed! Great place, great workers, great all around environment! 100% will take our business back to this location!Service: Tires

These guys tried convincing me that their tire balancer cannot handle a 35 in tire. I was also informed that my 1978 Jeep cj5 is too old for them to work, on apparently they are incompetent! I was also informed that my wheels are removed from the vehicle differently than newer vehicles and their techs are not able to work on them! They have 5 lug nuts like every other vehicle you Un bolt remove tire nothing different!

Appointments are worthless, they won t even attempt to let you wait for anything to get done. They assured me if I dropped my vehicle off at 10am it would be done by 3. I was only getting tires. When I still hadn t heard anything by 3 I tried calling with no answer. Got a ride up there at 415 and they wrote a note with a pen closing at 3 today, sorry. My car was locked inside. Only reason I made the appointment that day was because they assured me I would get my car back that afternoon when I needed it. No call, no voicemail. They claim they called but didn t leave a voicemail, phones record calls . No call. Thanks for nothing. People don t have jobs they need a car to get to, so it s fine .

I called earlier today to see if they could squeeze me in for an alignment, they were happy to try to get me in today. However, I had more issues that needed to be taken care of before an alignment could be done. Bill called me and notified me and gave me a run down of priorities I needed to take care of. They weren't pushy at all or rude about it. Very friendly and efficient staff, I will definitely come back.

Once again I recieved great service. I purchased 4 new tires & the Techs had them installed a lot faster than I had anticipated. Always happy with these folks.
