This place is how all businesses should run!Stopped in today looking for tires. Was immediately assisted and sold good tires at a fair price. They were installed within 2 hrs on the spot. No hassles. Upfront prices. Fast and friendly service. Simple.You just cant get much better than that!

Arrived at 8am for a walk-in rotation/balance/alignment. Drove away at 8:30am. Vibration was completely gone and my 2010 Mazda3 with 213k miles drove like it was brand new. Both the guys that moved my car had no problem with it being a manual.The guys at this store always do a great job and are a pleasure to interact with.

Always great service and great products from here. Their time estimates are very reasonable and usually pretty accurate unless they run into some unusual issues with the wheels. I mostly love the tire warranties and the fact that almost anywhere you go, there is a Discount Tire somewhere close enough to get service on your tires.This location always has people who are helpful and polite and who really seem to want to help you.

Always super busy. They manage to get people in & out. Usually not waiting long. Excellent service & people working there. Great prices, definitely worth getting the warranty on tires. Plug & patch, even replaced if bad enough

Great customer service. I was leaving work and noticed I had a flat tire. Drove to this location and they did a free flat tire repair, all the guys there are so helpful and in such a great mood.

All I can say about this location is, they are some of the best people I've ever done business with. Their business model is truly built around providing quality, good prices, and some of the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of receiving.We are truly life time dedicated customers.These pics are during the tire repair they performed on our son's car. Not only quick, but no charges. Wow, you guys rock. Thanks for setting the bar for others to follow.

I had the best experience at this location today. Joey went above and beyond. He helped me find the best deal and broke everything down for me. He was very helpful and I didn t feel rushed to get off the phone. The excellent customer service continued when I arrived at the store several hours later to have my new tires put on. As I was waiting in line to be helped. I also watched him help others with the same patience he showed me. There was another young man helping customers as well, believe his name was Zane. He had the same customer service excellence as well. I didn t get the name of the young man that installed my tires, but he was friendly also. Everyone that was working when I arrived at 4:45 gets a huge shout out from me. Every single one had a positive attitude and smile on their faces. In all my 49 years I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. I will definitely keep giving this location my money. Way to go guys.

Great customer service. Booked appointment on line the same day for a tire losing air. In & out in 30 minutes. Staff was polite & hard working. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

Very busy but still took the time to check all 4 tires due to my low tire light came on. Nicely explained why low & what they should be with no charge. There were several vehicles lined up behind me for the same reason and the gentleman who helped me met them all with a smile

Good tire shop! Friendly staff, good prices, and top notch service. Plus they got me in and out fast. My new tire shop! 3-1-24 update. This shop continues to do great work for me. Just really appreciate a tire shop that is fast, efficient, careful with my vehicles, and excels at customer service!

I will never come here again! I've been here 2 hours and people coming in 2 hours after me with an appointment are getting in before me. They could have completed my rotation and balance before these other people even left their house to come here!!

They were great to work with. Bought the tires online. They called, and we set up an appointment, and they had them installed within 30 to 45 min. Would work with them again. Several interactions after the original post. I needed 2 flats fixed, but when they measured, it was 2/32, so I bought 4 new tires, but when they didn't have those in stock, they upgraded them, and I've been really happy.

I made an appointment to get 2 tires replaced. I arrived a little early, but they had the tires mounted and balanced in less than an hour. Plus, they were super busy.

If I could leave a zero rating I would. I have used this particular store for many years. I have found over the last few years that the quality of the front desk staff has gone dramatically downhill. Today for the second time I called in for an appointment and was told be here at this time and we ll get you in and out. I showed up and they tell me 45 minutes to an hour, which was the whole point of me calling earlier in the day. This is what they used to call a bait and switch. Tell you come on in we ve got you covered and you get there and find out that they re going to keep you sitting around for an hour or so. I will never go back to this particular location and if they cared to check, they would find out how many sets of tires I ve purchased here over the years.

Fast service and very professional team. Knowing what I know now, I will never go back to a cheap back road tire shop anymore, it is not cheaper at the end. Discount Tire prices are very reasonable, and they guarantee their work, nationwide.

Have bought multiple sets of tires and a set of wheels from this store. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but this store can never seemingly get the tires balanced properly. Every time I have to take my vehicle to a different discount tire to get tires rebalanced.

Awesome location!I showed up without an appointment, and they had an entire new set of tires installed for me within 45mins! They even resolved an issue I had from a different Discount Tire location.I highly recommend this store.

I've used discount tire forever because they were speedy and would repair tires instead of requiring you to buy new ones every time.I don't know what's happened over the last year or two, but even when you have an appointment you stand in the lobby for 20 minutes while no one even acknowledges you're there before you even get checked in. And then every time I've had an issue with a leak, for the last 2 years, they've found a reason for it to not be eligible for repair.Feeling a lot like there's no longer a reason to stay there when they won't even repair the tire I asked even since I had already made an appointment, wasted my time driving there for the second time in two days if I'm going to be made to buy a new tire every time something goes wrong, then I'll definitely be going somewhere else and giving them my money

So frustrated with this location. I've had two bad experiences with them, and both times they haven't cared or tried to rectify the issue, which was their fault on both occasions. I just recently had brand new tires put on here and 5 days later one is completely flat and was met with rudeness when I called in about it. They never call to tell you when your car is ready and don't seem to care at all about customer service or doing the job right the first time. It took 3-5 phone calls to just find out what caused the flat, and learned they messed up the sensor in my tire, causing a flat. Took up my entire day to get it fixed. They do not even try to make up for their mistakes. Terrible and won't waste my time here again!

First class service here. Called around 10am, had tires delivered by 4pm and drove off with them installed by 6:30pm. Quick and easy, second time using these guys and will continue to in the future.

It s interesting that a company that does tires(and more) stands out as one of the best customer service examples across any business type. Every single time and regardless of location we are given the best service, professional support and they go out their way to take care of us and not just focus on a sale. We will be back forever for our vehicle needs.

Fast friendly service but scratched wheels up pretty bad from changing tires out. They had no marks before took them in to be replaced.

Giving a one star because it s required to give that in order to leave a review. Buyers beware since giving my business to discount tire I have gone through what seems like excessive amount of tires on my vehicle. My most recent experience is the icing on the cake. After spending over $1k on tires less than a year ago at discount tire & far under the mileage for the tires my dealership referred me back to discount tire due to their warranty and possible manufacturer warranty related to concerns on improper wear on the tires. During my visit I was informed that I would be required to pay over $400 to replace the tires having the issues. Again keep in mind less than a year old and far under the mileage for the tire! If you have endless funds to spend on tires shop here, if you expect to be a valued and taken care of customer run don t walk.
