I have several items to share about this great place. First, the timing, which the staff was on point with the time. Second, the staff was very professional and great customer service. Third, Alex which was my consultant to did a fantastic job. Fourth, they kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle repair. Overall, I had a great experience with Caliber Collision, I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Caliber Collision did an excellent job fixing my car. Everyone was very friendly and the communication with every step of the process was phenominal. I was very happy with my service and would recommend to anyone needing body work done.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Caliber Collisions. Our agent Markey was so pleasant and made the entire experience so easy. She kept us well informed every step of the way even when we ran into back order problems and she really had our best interest at heart when talking through decisions regarding my vehicles repairs.

Poor service. Brake work done incorrectly by their own vendor services. When brought up, they refused to pay for the work or to fix the problem. During the discussion with them, I found out there was no testing done after the 3rd party "fixed the issue". A quick test drive would of shown them the issue wasn't fixed correctly. They were too focused on "our vendor signed off". Had to pay extra money to have a different mechanic fix the brake part they messed up. Would not recommend them.

Jesse showed just as much care for my car as I do & it was much appreciated. He answered any questions we had promptly & kept us in the loop on the progression of the repairs. We are beyond pleased with the work we received & we got the car back cleaner than when we dropped it off. I had the pleasure that the insurance company used Caliber Collison to fix the damages on my bumper from someone rear ending me. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Christi at the front desk checked me in, she was a delightful person. Austin handled all the insurance claims and scheduling for my appointment and was knowledgeable and informative with the work and the timing to fix my car. Brian, the service manager went out of his way to make sure I had a ride to the rental car place, oversaw the work done to fix my car and made sure it was in perfect condition when completed. He went above and beyond of any service manager I have ever worked with. Wiring this so that others do not get affected by their bad service. Please do not go there at all they did a very bad job on the car and they do not warranty their work and push it on sublets. I had given the car after an accident and after i got it back it was sounding while turning when i went back they said its not the job they did and it was something else on other side. later found that the job they did was not right they had bent the ears of the new parts that caused the noise had to spend money out side to get it fixed.

Everyone here was so polite and quick to respond with any questions I had! Derek was in charge of my vehicle and he was so good about updating me and giving me the details of my case. They worked quickly and my car works wonderfully again and came back cleaner than I ve ever been able to get it.

Following a rear-end collision I was referred to Caliber Collision by the liable party's insurance company. I was impressed with the appearance of the facility and the comfort of the waiting room, but more impressed with the customer service. Austin was given my case and made sure that I was aware of the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The repairs were done quickly and, since I had just had surgery, Austin brought my car to me and returned the rental. My car looks as good as new and I will definitely refer Caliber Collision to others. Kudos to cheerful, efficient Chrissy at the front desk!Service: Body & Trim

Needed the back lift gate replaced on my Explorer. Tim Muller (General Manager) was very helpful courteous. He was able to get a new rear lift gate & kept me updated. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I was involved in an accident and took my truck (GMC Denali 3500 dually) to Caliber for repairs! Everyone was very friendly and very accommodating! They kept me up to date with weekly text messages on the progress of my truck!! Very pleased with Caliber!!

I have taken several cars to Caliber Collision body shops. They fix cars in any shape, and I like their pricing. They are honest and won't do extra stuff to get more money. 5hey are also quick.

Highly recommend Caliber Collision in Olathe. They were able to get our vehicle in quickly, communicated the progress on a regular basis, repaired our vehicle perfectly, and had it cleaned and ready to go when promised. I was having issues with the rubber molding around my passenger side door. Stopped by Caliber Collison and Austin Feuerborn was quick to assist with reattaching the molding with some clips at no charge. I don't have the right words to express how amazing Austin, Christy and Tim are! I was rear ended and when I dropped my car off to get worked on Tim was more than happy to get me back to my second vehicle that was 25 minutes away from their location. Once they did a diagnostic, I wasn't hearing back from either insurance company, Austin went above and beyond to insure someone reached out to get my vehicle back to running condition. Without his help I dont think I ever would've heard from anyone and as soon as he had the approvals was on top of getting my car back to me! Austin was also regularly checking in with me to see if there was any updates on my end and was always sure to tell me what he'd heard immediately. When needing a ride to pick up my car, once again Tim didn't hesitate to come and get me! Such an amazing crew who truly cares about the people who bring their vehicles in. Tim was awesome! We had an insurance claim on our traverse and they kept us up to date throughout the entire process. The traverse looked brand new when we received it back. Not only did the pick it but they delivered it back to us with there delivery service.. Thanks again, I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

We were involved in a hit and run in our brand-new Cadillac. Tim, Austin and the whole shop made the XT5 look brand new. Perfect body work, perfect paint match.
