Total experience from initial assessment to final detailing was exemplary. Periodic progress updates definitely helped, with completion a day earlier than expected. Highly recommend to all who need this service.

I loved the daily updates and the pictures during the repair process. This is our second time having the work on our car. We had an all around great experience and we will use them again if we have any body work needed We would recommend them to anyone who needs high quality work done by an experienced and professional team

Let s be honest, nobody LIKES having to get their car fixed. But, if I ever have to get anything repaired again I will 10000% choose B&F again.The communication is top tier. Usually when you drop your car off to be repaired, you re left in the dark until a week or so later when it s done. This is NOT the case at B&F. I got daily updates with pictures of the progress, as well as notes on what stage they were on.Everyone is incredibly friendly over the phone and in person. My whole experience was incredibly stress free and pleasant.I don t hope to get my car repaired again (because who does?), but in the case that I do, I will be looking forward to coming here again. My friends & family will be made well aware of this place.Thank you B&F Body works!

I can t say enough good things about this place! Aaron was amazing to work with and their service was above and beyond. Their estimate was much less than I expected, they got me in quickly, and the work done was top level. I hope I don t have a reason to go back anytime soon, but there s no question this is where I ll go when I have another mishap, and would recommend them to family and friends. My experience truly couldn t have been better.

Had a rear bumper replaced. the paint was not matched well, and the response was 'it cannot be matched perfectly, need to blend it'. The blending supposedly not allowed by Geico, so I have a badly matched color on my bumper. During the phone and in person talks they tried to tell me that paint on plastic cannot perfectly match paint on metal. Tell it to my perfectly matched front bumper. Anyway, I chose this shop instead of Eveland Brothers (yes, this is an UNPAID advertisement) I always used before. They were very busy. And now I know for sure there is a reason some shops are busy, and some shops are not. This one is not very busy for a reason. If you can wait, wait and chose a good body shop.

They were very friendly. The inspection was speedy but perfect. Will add more when the times comes for the repairs .The before repairs. Will post a after one.They did a really great job on repairs to my vehicle you can't even tell I had any dramge to the right front area of it . In fact it looks better than it did before ., I hit the deer.Well I came back with another vehicle for a deer .

So glad I had my bodywork done here! The process was easy. I dropped off my car on Wednesday for a 3 day repair on my front bumper. Once they got in there they noticed I have more extensive damage than originally thought and had to order more parts. They called immediately and let me know and I agreed to that as well as extending the time in the shop to a week. The staff is very considerate and communication was amazing. They even sent me daily pictures of my car! I loved that reassurance that everything was going smoothly. The only complaint I would have is that the schedule was booked 2 weeks out to be seen for an estimate and another month and an half out for repair; but with the service I received I can see why they have so many customers!! <3Services: Painting, Body & Trim

BF Bodyworks has an amazing staff and terrific communication. I was sent pictures and updates on the progress of my repair throughout the process. I had no surprises and was given a heads up when my finish-by date was extended. My repairs were amazing- my car was brought back to its pre-collision state. I highly recommend this bodyshop.

This is the third vehicle over the years I ve had BF work on. Every time, super easy transactions from beginning to end. Insurance companies could learn a thing or two from them. Seriously though, overall Class A act. Kim works at the front and she s amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to get you in and out. Give Sophie some love from me. Took my car here to get fixed after it was involved in an accident. At the time they fixed the car, it was quick and easy and the car looked good as new. Now, 5 years later, I contacted them to get paperwork to prove what my mileage was at the time of the accident to sell my car to CarMax. They had such thorough documentation of the vehicle, what they did, and a full photo report they were able to email me instantly while I was on the phone with them. Their great service and documentation literally saved me from getting ripped off by CarMax so I could get the full worth of my vehicle. Would absolutely go back for future work and highly recommend!!Service: Body & Trim

A big thanks to Aaron and Kim in the front, and to the skilled technicians in the back who repaired and painted my car following a fender bender earlier this year. The repair work was well done and I'm very pleased. Looks new. I'm glad USAA insurance recommended BF. My review could echo so much of what others have already said--the professionalism, the prompt communication, the almost daily status updates (with photos), estimate cost updates (if any), finishing the repair on schedule, doing a great job, etc. I have experienced other car repair shops and have never had the transparent, professional, and prompt service as what I found with BF Bodyworks. After the accident, Aaron was the first to look at my car. I was amazed that within 30 minutes of arriving at BF, that Aaron had an estimate for what the repairs would cost. I walked out of the office with that paper in hand. Impressive--and a first. Because the wait time to get the car repaired was over a month and a half out, I thought I would try another body shop. After the run around I got there, I went back to BF. I thought, "If BF Bodyworks does repairs anything like what I saw with Aaron, then it will be well worth the wait." (Btw, when I went to the other body repair shop and mentioned who had done the estimate at BF, the guy looking at my car said, "If Aaron did the estimate, then I don't need to look at it. He's that good.") Kudos, Aaron. Kim, the BF Bodyworks "Written Warranty" for repairs was great to get. Thank you for that and the other paperwork you handled and communicated. Aaron and Kim, such a pleasure to work with both of you. I didn't get to meet the skilled technicians in back but a big "Thank you" to you as well! What a refreshing and positive experience. I've already recommended BF to my family and friends. On a scale of 1- 10, I would give them a 20+. Or more.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We just had our third vehicle repaired, and I am so impressed again. 10k damage to the front end of our 18' VW Atlas, and now it's like it never happened. The whole experience, from estimate to delivery, was top-notch. Near daily photos of the progress, status page up to date, and text message updates are all exactly as you would want; not too much, nor too little. You never want to need them, but I am glad they do, what they do, so well.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very minor fender bender... a pittance of a repair for them, I'm sure, but they knocked it out of the park promptly, with professionalism, courtesy, and my car was returned to me better than I left it. 10/10 would use again.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This was our second recent visit (with the same vehicle) They are beyond professional and expedite the process with excellent communication. Pictures and information sent with each step of the process. They go over and beyond to do meticulous work. Once we got home, we realized they cleaned the entire inside of my teen s VERY messy Jeep and we are just so impressed. That is amazing customer service! Thank you!!Service: Body & Trim

Not only did they do a fantastic job on fixing my car, their communications via text messages throughout the process was outstanding. I would receive updates as well as pictures of my car at different stages of the repair. I will highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repair work done to their car. Work was done as promised. Quality work in a timely manner. The shop was spotless and staff was very friendly. Would have been 5 stars but im curious about seeing my car out driving around after the work was completed and services paid for. I stopped by while working and paid for the service. While paying a guy was finishing detailing the car (which looks great) and pulled it in front of the shop and brought the keys inside. I was told "it's all done and ready to go". Great, I'll have my son come up in a little while and pick it up. To me, that means done. When my son went to pick up the car he followed it back into the shop from out driving around. Was this a road test to make sure the rear bumper would stay on?? Do you need to road test a rear bumper replacement after you already said that the work was completed? Maybe someone forgot something but I thought it was odd.

I received great work that was fast and complete, great pricing, great advice regarding the work I needed, and great customer service throughout the process. I was impressed!BF Bodyworks was recommended to me by a friend who said, "They're the best." And I found out that they are a preferred service location of AAA, so my buddy wasn't the only one who would recommend BF. AAA was able to work with them to set up my claim with no hassle or need for me to do the go-between work, which was nice.I got several quotes for the repair work I needed, and BF gave me the lowest estimate. (Comparable to one other quote, but far less than another.) After I chose BF to do the work for me, their estimate proved to be almost perfectly accurate. No surprises.I had a very satisfying experience overall. I would absolutely use them again.

BF Bodyworks repaired our car while we were visiting family. They text messaged us everyday with a link to view their progress for that day, which I loved. Our car was ready one business day earlier than expected. Nice work and our car looked immaculate when we arrived to pick it up. Would definitely recommend them for your body work needs!

I chose this shop because of the awesome reviews that it had on line and waited longer to have them fix my car. When I initially picked up my car I was not overly impressed but not completely dissatisfied. After driving my car I realized that there was an issue with the repair. I called the manager and he offered for me to bring the car back in. I brought it back in and they fixed it right away, cleaned and buffed my car and addressed my previous concerns. I was really impressed after I picked up my car with their work. They are definitely very honest and trustworthy. The manager was very honest with me about when and how long it would take to get my car fixed. I would go back to the shop again. Hopefully I wont have to.

The quality of the actual repair and paint was great. The customer service was good as they handled all the interactions with the insurance co. for me.However I did notice a trim piece on my driver's window was not glued thoroughly, and has come loose. Also, my subwoofer somehow wound up with a blown fuse upon return.I'm sure they would fix those for me, but I'm a little cynical of shops now-a-days, so I'll just fix them myself. Overall, they seem like nice people doing honest work.
