Needed to see if I could get my tire fixed but it wasn't salvageable. The manager and the guy that helped me was very friendly. The work was done in about an hour and I have been pleased with the results.

Excellent job from setting up appointment and letting us know about an upcoming sale, saving us money. To getting our tires put on in a timely manner, even put air in the tires...lol!!! Just kidding, but they really did an A+ job!!!

The manager just sits in the office damn near falling asleep instead of helping the employees working on cars. I came in for my noon appointment just to come back for him to tell me he thought it said 1pm. Why tf would I show up at 11:40am for a 1pm appt? And why tf would I clearly mention I m here for my noon appt ?

They put the plus in tires plus; they were able to get me in and out in 90 minutes for front brakes. That's pads and rotors. The price was reasonable under the national average when you do a Google search.Customer service and product knowledge were on point, and instead of trying to gouge you, they show you options available on the computer.

Don't go here. They will not honor a warranty on their work or parts. Been a long time customer. Then had a warranty issue and they screwed me over. Stuck with a vehicle with bad breaks. Took my Mustang to get an alignment done and the staff did a great Job! My Car drives a lot better now. The Store Manager Manager took Care of me quick and easy, I would definitely recommend this place 100% for any services your vehicle may Need.

Had my van here for an alignment, got it back and steering wheel wasn't straight. Took it back and once again they assured me the steering wheel was straight. It was still way off after second time. Could go back again due to having 1 year warranty but don't want to waste my time anymore. I'll take it to somebody that knows what their doing. They try to way overcharge you for repairs. Your better off going to the dealership for what they charge for repairs for higher quality work at Probably a better price.

Do not buy your tires at this location. They caused damage to the bottom of my vehicle by lowering it onto an object and refuse to fix the damage. I even have the same red paint used on their lifts on my vehicle. They don't take care of your property. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. TAKE THAT BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

The guys are always helpful. They're quick, even when they have a full house. Best bet to ensure you get in and out the same day is to call ahead and schedule an appointment. If you don't have an appointment, they can still "squeeze you in" most of the time but it will take longer.

I took my 2001Buick Park Avenue to get a replacement radiator hose. There was a visible slice in the previous hose that could be seen clearly. The hose was replaced and I drove away certain that the job was done as competently as possible.After driving near 107th and Metcalf, the car began to smoke badly, so I pulled in to a Phillips 66 thinking it may need additional coolant. Upon closer inspection, I found that the bottom of the brand new hose had popped off the bottom of the radiator. Apparently the mechanic, if you can call him that, didn't put the proper clamp on the hose and all of the coolant leaked out. I asked the mechanic on duty with Phillips 66 if he could take a look and that's when he told me that that was the wrong clamp for that particular hose. I called the tires plus that did the and told them what had just happened. Store Manager Randy told me that because I didn't opt for getting a 150.00 diagnostic it must be something else. So I purchased a 3 dollar clamp from the guy at Phillips 66, made the repair, and made it back home safe. His reasoning was that it's an old car. I have spent thousands at that location and always additional trouble with my car after the same guy worked on it. Needless to say I'm never going to that location ever again. I'm going to notify the Corporate offices as well as the BBB Better Business Bureau and complain. My advise is if you want work done right, take your vehicle to someone else. I'm putting this on social media with the pictures I took before I fixed it. That was 200.00 I could spent somewhere else. What yourself dealing with the KCK Tire Plus location. They will rob you blind if you let them!!

I had to get my brakes and rotors replaced the man automatically found a coupon to save me money. The brakes come with a life time warranty, the rotors a year warranty. Labor is 150hr it typically take an hour if they are not busy. I dropped my car off at 9 it was done by 10. I never pay for work on my car but my mechanic is not able anymore to work. So this is a deal even better than the Nissian dealer that I go to because they do not have a warranty on pads and labor is 200. So it was more of an investment purchase since I will be needing my brakes done again. I will only have to pay for brakes. I will still get my oil changed at the dealership tho considering they are cheaper than here by $50.

I made an appointment last week for 10-17-22 @10.00 a.m. to have 2 new tires put on my truck, for I was told the tires had to be ordered and would not be in until the weekend, so we set it up for Monday the 17th. I get there for the appointment @ 9.45a.m. approximately, and was told I was late and the tires had been given to someone else. They claim my appointment was for 9 a.m. not 10 a.m. . I was told if I wanted to leave my vehicle there overnight they would get to it after they got some new tires. He even suggested that he would drive to Raytown to pickup the tires this afternoon to get it fixed by the end of the day. He apologized for the mixed communication, that doesn't pay for my time or my gas to come to a appointment I know was the correct time only to be told it wasn't and now you want me to make other arrangements to accommodate your mistake. I'm so confident that I was correct, I'm boycotting Firestone/Tire plus. I have done business with Firestone for about 20 years, but they'll get no more time or money from me. Very dissatisfied customer.

Online scheduling doesn t work but it is still on their web site. Don t waste your time with it. Just call and they can schedule you later in the week.

Great service. They were very helpful over the phone too. It turns out my alignment was out because my rim was bent. They allowed me to go to a Pick-n-Pull and get a new rim that they put a tire on and balanced for me. All this was done in a matter of 2 hours. The two guys I talked to were really nice as well. Go team. And the price that they offered me matched the other three tire stores that I called. Very happy!

Went to get 2 tires Sunday. The manager said the tires would need to be ordered and would be in Tuesday. I was told they were open until 7 pm. I work until 5 pm so he made an appointment for 6 pm. The manager called Tuesday morning to let me know that someone quit so he would have to reschedule me to Thursday at 6 pm. Thursday at 3:44 pm I get a call from a different employee who complained about why the manager would schedule me at 6 pm when the technicians leave at 6 so he couldn't do my appointment, asked if I could come Friday at 4:30 pm, which I said I wasn't sure. He continued to complain about why the appointments were for 6 pm. When I started to explain what I was told he hung up on me and when I tried calling right back got a recording.I will not be returning ever and will go elsewhere to get tires.
