I personally had a good car buying experience. I really needed a vehicle that fit my needs and I was going to enjoy. Israel Cosio the gentlemen that help me do that gave me the opportunity to test drive as many trucks I needed until I found the one for me. He was patient with me as I had to stop by and go several times due to my work schedule.The finance department ended up giving me a better offer than my bank so I took them up on it. I was also able to trade in 2 vehicles and got reasonable offers on them as well.I opted for a 7 year unlimited mile warranty on bumper to bumper and power train which I thought was a good deal.There wasn t much hassling back and forth, it was more a straight shoot just how I like it and I walked away with a Brand new GMC Sierra 3.0L Duramax blacked out package.I m enjoying my new ride, Thank you Israel Izzy Cosio and your team !

Heidi is great and very good at her Job. They ve been communicative and helpful the whole process of us having 2 brand new 3500 s having exhaust issues. Aside from GM making parts impossible to get right now, the whole process has been pretty smooth

I showed up 10 minutes early for our change and they didn't even have my name for appointment. They were unsure of the free coupon they gave for a fundraiser. The service guy came inside to the break room and asked me remove all my firearms from the car in case they discharged. I said I have 7 of them in the car. He said it was for the safety of the technician. I asked why does my gun being removed have anything to do with a oil change?He says because they might discharge closing the doors.I said thats not possible and showed him shutting and opening of the door and this would not cause a gun to discharge. I removed the gun from.driver door and placed on my hip. He said the rest of the guns were fine. This is absolutely ridiculous and I still have no clue why a oil change would affect my guns in a car. Clearly to bored or felt unsafe. I will not be using the dealership again for sure. The receptionist was very kind and understandingService: Oil change

I wasn't buying, my friends did. But, my friend made the fact that he had his own financing in place clear, the finance department was disrespectful of his time and being a customer. The finance director handed him off mid closing to a subordinate and before that made us wait an inordinate amount of time. I know the clocks run slow at car dealerships, but this made my past experiences feel like they were done in a blink of an eye. The finance department was beyond disrespectful because they weren't getting points. Be forewarned.

I called to get some recalls on my GMC fixed. The man on the phone took good care of me. I kept joking with him and he was very nice. There service was prompted and I was in and out.

They did a good job on my car... I had to make an appointment and come back a different day and the wait was longer than the initial time quote but everything was done or completed properly.
