First time using Grady's shop. Recommended by a friend. I can say that I'm satisfied with the service they provide. They're experienced and thorough. My #8 spark plug blew on my 2001 F-150. Anyone who's had this type of truck knows that they will eventually blow a plug. And they also know how difficult it is to get back there and fix it. The mechanic corrected this particular issue which another mechanic claimed he'd fixed. The truck is running well. Grady's was worth the recommendation.

Grady's is great. Super nice people. A little bit rough on the outside, but QUALITY, RELIABLE, AFFORDABLE work on the inside!!! We've never been let down by this place and will continue to go see them when we need work done. Pat Grady is up front and honest. He knows his way around cars, and so do the men he works with. Definitely recommend. 10/10!!!

I had my car taken in because it wouldn't start. They talked me through what the potential issues could be, and the associated cost of each scenario. The price I paid reflected exactly what they estimated, no hidden fees. They were very professional, and fixed my issue without any nonsense. I would highly recommend this shop.

5 stars and I haven't even dropped my wife's car off yet today...That should tell customers how good Grady's Garage is. I've been coming for 3 years and never disappointed!!!

Grady's definitely recommanded. A very pleasant experience. I been going to them for awhile now.. It is hard to come across good decent people and honest people who will actually do the work and not take your money knowing they can't do the job. Good mechanics good folks I love the service I will continue to go to them and they will be the only ones working on my car thank you guys for your services and all your hard work.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

We have a Ford Transit 150 and on our road trip had a 'check engine' light come on.First we took it to the Victory Ford dealership to get it diagnosed and find out which part we needed. They were charging $$$$$ to get it fixed and their customer service was not the best. (it was a somewhat straightforward process, and thought we could get a better price elsewhere).We made the great decision to take it to Grady's garage and days later I'm still convinced it was godsent.You know the feeling of you try looking for a mechanic in a new state, it can be stressful. Their garage is located in a beautiful property and is a family owned business.They fixed our van in less time than the dealership and kept us informed throughout the procedure.We had a pleasant exchange with both owners and they were very professional and communicative.I would totally return to Grady's and recommend to others looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and hard-working crew of mechanics in the area.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this shop! They do great reliable work in a timely manner and above all are HONEST and shoot you straight, which is such an extreme rarity in the industry. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My tire blew on the freeway and not being familiar with the area, I checked google maps and Grady's Garage was the nearest auto repair I could find. I called them as I drove there and the woman who answered the phone was so kind she told me to be safe and when I got there they would check me out. When I got there I was greeted immediately, offered water, and to sit tight in the waiting room while they looked at my car. I couldn't believe how accommodating and hospitable they were to me with no appointment or anything. In 100+ degree heat they looked at my car and told me I would need a new tire. They called everyone they knew in the area as my tire was unique and not really stocked anywhere. They got me a HUGE discount on a tire and sent my husband and I just about 10 min away to pick it up. When we returned they mounted my tire and didn't charge me a dime.....DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING! They even stayed open an hour extra to help me! I am a college student from out of state. Those little gifts keep me going every day. People told me when we moved here that folk were kinder but Grady's Garage touched my heart. These people are the real deal I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. It's out of the way for me but it would be worth it not to be scammed and to be treated like family.

Grady s garage does excellent work, and has very competitive and fair prices. My car would not start when I went to leave work so I had my car towed to Grady s the next day since this place had so many positive reviews. They got my car in and began working on it immediately and got me back on the road as quick as possible, I have nothing negative to say about Grady s and I wouldn t hesitate to bring my car back again.

I go there when ever I need work on my car. Grady and his wide are great. They do great work and at a fair price. They are not in business to over charge anyone.

Grady's fixed our . Reasonable price. Cordial staff. When we came to pick up our we were told our tires are bad. If Grady's informed us sooner, we would have asked them to replace them.

I recently got my oil change here and the service was great! I quickly got an estimate at a good price and was in and out with no problem. They also do not charge for inspection on vehicles which I find very convenient. They always tell you what needs to be done, options to work with, and no hidden fees.

Love this shop. Owners are friendly and honest. Always try to work on getting you back on the road safe and without putting you in the poorhouse. They also stand behind the work they do. I highly recommend them.

Grady's is one of "THEE" best auto repair shops that I know. They are professional, the prices are fair and their work is guaranteed. I recommend them all my friends. Pat and Gina are the greatest.

These people are amazing! We were travelers that broke down in Kansas City. We called the closest mechanic who gave us an idea of what the problem might have been but refused to see our van. Then we called Grady's who happily took us in, even though we couldn't arrive until after hours, and let us sleep in our travel van until he could look at it the next day. He and his family were very sweet, he saw us first thing in the morning, and gave us a simple solution so that we could get back home and fix the problem there. Honest and warm hearted people, if your in Kansas City, GO TO GRADY'S you won't regret it.

Pat and Gina are always wonderful and will get you the best price for your poor car's issues. They were able to get me in that day and even got the part I needed that day! Just the best place to go and get your truck working again. Never steered my family wrong! Thanks again!!

Grady's offers excellent customer service and fast service. I have taken 2 cars and both of them were repaired at a reasonable price. You won't regret going to Grady's.

Went to Grady's because it was close to my work, but I really think I found the best shop in Kansas City. They were able to get me in and out in one day, did great work for a very reasonable price, and even gave me a ride to and from work. Definitely would recommend!

Moved here from Detroit about 3 years ago and have been trying new mechanics pretty much everytime I get my cars worked on. Grady's is the only place I've found so far that doesn't try to upsell me stuff I don't need and gets the job done right at a fair price, I'd highly recommend them.

Grady's is a great place. Good people and good prices. They even took my car back and double checked it when it over heated again and found the other problem! Amazing service in my opinion!

I've been to gradys for serious repairs 3 times, and maybe another 2-3 times for minor sruff. My whole family uses them. First of all they have some very compatible prices. On my last visit the alternator on my Avalon went out and I did some shopping around before going to Grady's (although I don't know why, and I am almost tempted to never second guess them again). Anyway, Grady's estimate was $120 lower, before taxes, than the mechanic that the tow guy was recommending so highly. AND Grady's took my car in late Friday afternoon around 4:30, and had it all ready to go at about by about 7:30 even though they had to stay late. They got it to me when they promised, at exactly the price they promised. Otherwise I would have been waiting until Monday and paying $120 more +tax. Another place said $140 more and get it out mondag, and another place said $180 more more than I paid Grady's to get it out that night.. on top of that, every time I've been to Grady's garage, Gina (part owner I believe, wonderful young lady) has showed me exactly what they did and why, and why it cost what it did. She would show me the part they had taken out, she even explained to me what was wrong with it so I could clearly see the damage right in front of me, even though I know nothing about cars. Then she showed me the replacement piece and how much it cost them, and she told me how much the labor was. It was a great feeling knowing I wasn't getting scammed, and they weren't doing anything that didn't need to be done. I didn't have to second guess them. Another time my car was almost out of gas and I didn't think of make it to the gas station. I asked if I could have just a tiny tiny bit to be safe, but instead Gina have me a couple gallons.. last thing Id like to say is that they also run, or help run, or are a part of, some charity that helps less fortunate people get car. They're great people, hey really do care, they're very good at what they do, they have great prices and of course I have some appreciation for the fact that it is very clearly a locally owned and operated family business and they take pride in what they do!

My wife s tire blew on the highway and this garage was there every step. They helped her get to the facility, stayed late, and under charged. Seriously some of the best people around. Can not recommend this place enough.

I originally called when i was shopping around for the best price for a new internal computer for my Cadillac El Dorado because another shop quoted me $1000 to repair my car. When I called Grady's they told me to bring it by so they could take a look at it. The mechanic noticed a loose wire on my starter that was shorting out the entire electric system. He tightened the wire up and didn't even charge me for the five minutes he spent fixing my car. They are an honest and experienced, I won't take my car anywhere else.

These people are absolutely amazing!!!! Mom and pop shop that won't try to give you a dealership run around!!!! Highly recommend!!
