Go somewhere else who really care about your car not your bank account. This mechanic shop Do Not have Any warranty for what they do. . Good luck.

I called and they answered quickly, immediately checked if they had a tire, and told me to come whenever. Showed up 15 minutes later, they took my car in immediately and replaced the tire in about another 15 minutes. Quickest flat tire replacement I ve ever had at a great price.

Was charged for a repair that never happened. Their should be a new wheel HUB and bearing but not the case. See u Monday

We came for a simple problem. They said we needed to pay 55 dollars for a test for supposed leaks. The guy gaslight us. No joke he was for sure scamming us. I m pretty sure all he saw was spills and thought it was a leak. It wouldn t have been a problem if he didn t gaslight us and was being more truthful.

They are to dirty to work and not professionals. Went to fix a timing belt, they leave a hose between the radiator, the truck was overheating took it back, they even denied that they fix the timing belt and said that I never took the truck there, lol. There was one guy who was aggressive, yet would not get in trouble just for a timing belt issue, but that guy is not friendly at all, behave like a lady. I don't recommend this place.

They use to be my favor shop, i refer some of my friends and family to this place; now because they mess up one job, they don t wanna fix it, because they want more money. They want me to pay for more stuff that hasn t nothing to do with the ligament. And their manners to explain so arrogant; this o e guy even said that don t have time to lose explaining me, because he is really busy he may think is the most important person in the world.

I probably wouldn't come here for a problem that takes a lot of diagnosis. Frankly I just don't think they often have the time for that. But tires patched for $15, synthetic oil change for $60, and a 2002 Honda Accord water pump and timing belt replacement for $270? This place is hands down the best in town for your run of the mill maintenance and straightforward repairs.

I'm new to the Midwest and I asked around for a good mechanic shop and this place kept getting recommended. I tried it out and it was better than what I was told. Great prices, knowledgeable staff and best of all my car was finished before they said it would be. My only issue is that I'm limited to only 5 stars . I'll be back here from now on.

They do not know what they are doing obviously. Drove my car in for work and ended up having to get it towed away. Do not take your car there for any clutch work whatsoever. The new shop I had it towed to said they did not bleed it correctly if at all and they did not put the new clutch in correctly and did not inform me I needed a new flywheel.

We just closed our second transaction with this company, and couldn't be happier. They know what they're doing, and they're honest! In one case, they came in under their bid and left money on the table. In the other case, work was anticipated and then later determined it didn't need to be done, yet they took the time to figure it out versus just charging me.

A friend of my went here recently for an oil change and to get her AC fixed they had kept the car for a few days to fix the AC wiring didn't work and told her it would be $200 to do a synthetic oil change.

Job wasn t done, seemed like no work was done. Was told that it is what it is . Do not recommend this shop at all. Went it for an oil leak, threw over 1k on it, not too sure how much atm, but was told it d be good as new... The car is still having the same issue. Said they d solve the problem for an additional charge. Will not be returning.

Awesome work at first on brakes. Disc..... But O know they needed to listen to customer when they know what they want. Went and did what I asked them not to do because I didn't have enough to fix 2 windows. He said we will go a head and CK and wont charge for disassemble labor or reassemble to put back and now they caused over $3500.00 damage to my interior of the carpet grease and oil put nothing down to protect it. Plus my 6 changer DVD not working now. What ever the young heavy set man did to passager door caused rain to come in and now material pulling away from ceiling thru out the Vechicle. I have other parts under warranty. When I went back the next month to have door window repaired and showed the man who always work so on my van. He says I'm not working with u anymore and you need to leave my premises now get off my property. Then he walked away and went to office but before he was out of site told him we will be seeing each other in court over this.Oboy I called my insurance company and few others on this matter to get repaired some were us. They r being sued by my insurance and then I get to go sued them once insurance is done. Work be done some were else buy they Gorilla's has to pay the bill. That's Karma on them, way they treated me badly when they should of followed my directionsI don't recommend any one to use their services just to replace tires if needed.I never will trust them!!!!!!!!

Have the tires that you need, very unprofessional and will have your wait time longer if your not Hispanic. I sat and waited for 1 hour to get my tire put on and various amount of cars that came in after me got worked on including oil changes. The ONLY reason i stayed was because they were only shop with my tire size. When i spoke up about the wait time, the "manager" threw his phone and hat and stated what do you want me to do. Ridiculous!

My engine light came on and I went there and ask them check my engine light , and they told me they will charge 20 dollar to check the engine from the computer , when I have the paper from the auto zone . And o told them to replace 4 spark plug and 1 gasket, and I don t even know if it they replace or just reused it . And they charge me 192 dollar for it . And when I get home I notice my engine oil start leaking . Because of that I want my full refund . Or will be sue

Salazar the Big Man at Gorilla always takes great care of me when I bring any of my cars in for service. I can not say enough about how simple and reasonable these guys are. They are very good general mechanics for any car issue I have ever had. My car is my life line. And I rely on it everyday. And these guys alway really do go above and beyond anything I expect.Just the other day I was in Outpatient Surgery for a family member and my 2010 ford escape decided to overheat and die. It was a simple water pump failure and I had my car towed to Gorilla Tire Shop and they had me fixed up quicker than I was expecting! I didn't even have to call or anything. I just showed up a few hours later after my car was towed there. And "BAM" My CAR WAS DONE!!! INCREDIBLE!!! So if your in Kansas City and need a reliable team to take care of all your general Car and Truck Mechanical Repair, and tire issues. always great service, bi-lingual , I am a English speaker, and I have taken 4 of my Spanish speaking friends there, and they are amazed, by the prices, service, and speed, I may not be the cleanest shop in the world, but dirty to me, equals busy, and that is what they are. they also have used tires, which come in handy when you have ex's that like slashing your tires, they do sidewall vulcanizing repairs, while you wait. Don't let the KCKS address scare you off, very close to 18th and Central ave, withing walking to several mom and pop Mexican Restaurants, drop car off at lunch pick it up in an hour....Have I pimped these guys or what?

Took my car to get repaired and they cut my wires they shouldn't have also took one of my hub caps off the front wheel that had nothing to do with why i took the car in for then when i got the car back the aur bag light was on and i was told that it was due to the replacement computer they put it so half ass fixed one thing and totally broke another one. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

Left my car at this shop and they left the hood open so when I left the hood flew open cracking my windshield and bending my hood. They still won't pay for the damages, going through this issue legally.
