Had an appt. to have 4 tires mounted and balanced, took 2.5hr to mount and balance 4 tires, and did a crappy job of balancing. put weights to the our of the wheel and then had to pull off and then couldn't even clean the tape and glue residue off. Will never go back.

Awesome experience; middle of a road trip, blowout on I70 on a Monday at noon. Limped in on the spare. These guys put on 4 new tires and had me back on the road in a little over an hour. Thank you!!!

My first credit card at 18 years old was a Firestone card. I am now 58 and have used them ever since then! It's my first choice for service and I am never disappointed. This particular Firestone helped me out in an emergency away from my home and preferred store. They took me in and AT NO CHARGE got me going home! I so appreciate them and will continue to be a long time customer.

Usually on the ball. I always buy my tires and have them cared for through Firestone. Today, I had an interesting situation. I called last Friday to verify they could do an alignment, if needed, and to buy a couple of tires (my new vehicle requires special sizes). I asked for a quote for the tires and made an appointment for today. I arrived for my appointment, which was in their system but without any information on why I was there. After updating the workers present, it turns out they don't carry the size tires my vehicle needs and nothing had been ordered. After looking up the tires to order, the price was higher than quoted. The workers were understanding of my frustration, honored the quoted price, ordered the tires, and rescheduled my appointment.The saddest part of this mess is that I spoke with the store manager on my original call. You would think he would have noted why I had an appointment, to at least inform his workers, and ordered the tires required so they could do the work as scheduled. His workers were very apologetic and professional. The store manager either needs to step up or step away. Doing portions of a job sets a horrible example and demoralizes the employees. They shouldn't need to clean up his messes.Employees- 5 stars Store Manager-1 star

As of today Thursday 12-14-2023, I James Humphrey Sr, will no longer do business with firestone. I will also cut up my credit card and cancel my account with them. This is the second time I have made an appointment with them or their affiliate companies tires plus and have been told the tires which were order for my vehicle had been sold because of a mistake that was made, and I can come back later in the afternoon to get tires put on my truck because they have to reorder them. Like the first time this happened, I made an appointment, I was there early, only to be told they sold the tires which were supposed to go on my vehicle. This was the last straw. They will get no more money from me or my family. This is my official boycott of firestone and any of its affiliates. I am a very displeased and unsatisfied customer, who was once a lifetime customer, but not anymore!

For some reason these guys removed my review, but here we go!Make sure you tell the service writter to torque your lugnuts as spec, these guys are fresh from school or something and they will tie dow you lug nuts with the air impact as much they can, and if you later get a flat on the road is going to be imposible for you to remove that tire! These guys dont know what they are doing. I wont dont do never any more bussines with these guys. Never

The people were friendly, I had an oil change an there was no attempt to sell me anything else. I was looking at tires and they help me pick out some tires, but also showed me that those tires were going on sale in a couple weeks so I m gonna buy them then. Roy was very helpful for my needs. He squeezed me in for a last minute oil change and tire rotation. When I picked my car up, he let me know that my tires had some issues and helped me pick some tires that fit my budget and needs. They are very professional and always do their best to help me with my needs. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their vehicles.Services: Tires, Oil change

A plastic piece of my splash guard was dangling under my car and i was worried it could get snagged while on the interstate and I couldn't reach it to tape it myself. Even though they only had 2 guys on a saturday and were booked the guy in charge went into the parking lot and taped it for me between jobs in just about 15 minutes now I can drive back to colorado safe.

David saved the day! Friendly and efficient.But listen, corporate, your have a SERIOUS problem with your scheduling system. I had 2 previous appointments at other locations that could not be honored because your stores aren't connected tightly enough to the web booking system. I'll give 5 stars for the location but 1 for corporate booking.

I had a tire that seemed to have a nail in it. Stopped to see what they could do. They filled it with air and set me up an appointment for the next day. We're quite friendly and helpful.P S next day they pulled it in almost as soon as I got there. Took it off, found the nail, fixed the leak, did a quick check of several things, topped them off and I was good to go. Didn't charge me an arm and a leg, and didn't try to tell me I needed $5,000 worth of other stuff done to make my car safe to drive ( like one of their competitors did last summer). And were quite professional about everything the whole time. I will definitely be going back when needed.

Only 2 guys running it. They took us in one hour before they closed! Changed balanced all my tires. We went to 2 other places that day and they both had more employees and none of them were working. Both places turned us away.

This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any Firestone location. Normally I am able to bring my van in and leave it and by the end of the day my van will be ready to pick up. This location did not afford my that opportunity but rather insisted I make an appointment. I have a fleet car so I have scheduled maintenance on the vehicle. Arrived at my appointment today at 1:00pm only to discover the technician was not trained on how to enter corporate accounts and he was left alone by other crew members to figure it out alone. His lack of training cause me to be late for an appointment. No one called to give me an update on my vehicle that I left with Firestone at 1:00pm. I looked up the website to check on store hours and to call myself since no one called me. The website states that the store does not close until 7:00pm. I make 5 consecutive calls with no one answering. At 5:25pm make an attempt to simply go to the store and wait in person since I could not get an answer from anyone on the phone. When I arrive at the location at 5:45pm I find a store that is locked up, lights out, with no one inside, and my vehicle locked up. Now I can only hope that my car will be ready in the morning. I have to rearrange my work schedule for the morning in order to make time to get my vehicle.As a Maps Wheels fleet customer I can not express how frustrating this has been. I have tried this location twice now as I have just moved into this area of the city, and twice now I have been disappointed with the lack customer service. I will not be back to Firestone after this.

Made my appointment 6 days in advance for 8:30 in the morning, got there 15 minutes early and dropped off my truck. They didn't get done till 2:00 that afternoon. 5 and half hours for a front wheel alignment and change. Ridiculous. Won't be going back there again.

Got 4 tires mounted and balanced. Dropped them off and had the back within a couple of hours. One of the installers even helped bring them out to the truck. Reasonable prices compared to other places I called, right at about 1/2 the cost.

I should have listened to the reviews prior to going to this place. Worst customer service AND tire mounting service ever. I bought 4 new Bridgestone tires from this place on 2/14. On 2/16 I was driving down the interstate and hit a SMALL lip on the road (going over a bridge) and my whole tire came off of the wheel and caused my wheel to crack in half. I had my car towed back to the shop that same day. On 2/18 I FINALLY get a call from the manager saying that it was not their fault and they will not be covering the damage. The manager of this place is crooked and incompetent and doesn t know a single thing about customer service. Extremely rude and tries to hide his staff s faults. My tire came off of my wheel due to an incorrectly done bead. After spending $1100 in one sitting at this place, the customer service I receive is It s not our fault, we aren t fixing it . They didn t even get my car into the shop until 2 days after I had my car towed there. And now I m looking at another $1000+ bill to replace my wheel, because THEY put the tire on incorrectly. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not make the same mistake I did, and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

Firestone is my 'Plan B", when it comes to car maintenance. That 's because I have a new car with a three year power train warranty, and when it expires, or I have an extreme emergency, "Firestone" is my "Go-To" place. Excellent service and very understanding about your situation. So make Firestone your "Plan A", if you don't need them for "Plan B"!

I needed someone to help me with putting air in one of my tires. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who helped me. He aired my tire my tire up and it literally took one minute. I left Tires Plus after they told me I would have to wait 20 minutes before someone could help me. I really appreciate your customer service and I would definitely by tires there the next time I need tires.

They said they could work my car in for brakes. I dropped it off around 12. I called at 5:30 since they close at 6, had a very hard getting through...held 2 times for over 10 min. & no answer. Finally got through & he said they hadn't looked at it yet!! They scheduled for the next day! They never bothered to call & let me know, they had my car for 6 hrs. I have to make arrangements to drop off my car, I can't just do it on their schedule. I tried to cancel the next day but called 2 x & couldn't get through.The have 1 guy answering the phone & waiting on customers. When I dropped the car off I had to wait, and there 5 people behind

I have a fleet that I've been dropping of to this location and in the past was nothing but great services and would get my fleet back within a few hours without appointment. Dropped it off again on 03/31/2022 in the morning. I've waited the whole day and no phone call. Not even to tell me that I'm not gonna get my fleet back the same day in which I need my fleet for work. On to the next day I've called and talk to (Chris) and ask about what's going on with my fleet and why it's taking over 24hrs just for an oil change and some small services? He replied "we're still waiting for Donlen to approve" and I said ok "then why is my truck moved from 12pm-2pm"? To my understanding if Donlen haven't approve anything yet that means the truck shouldn't be moved or touch. My fleet have GPS tracking on it so at anytime the engine turns on, it shows up on our tracker. This location needs to retrain their staffs and not lie to their customers. My fleet was approved by Donlen the afternoon I dropped off (03/31/2022) thats why it was move from 12pm-2pm but then Chris lied and said it just got approve 04/01/2022. We all get pay for the jobs we do but I'm not going to get pay for the day (04/01/2022) this Firestone location held my fleet for over 24hrs. By reading another customer's review just below mines, it's pretty similar to my situation and the problem hasn't been handle yet
