Visited this location,they are chronically under staffed and happy to get rid of customers, they appear to be an independently owned franchise with lots of issues, they didn't perform the required alignment or tire change. Their excuse my rack and pinion was very off, well if they had changed the heavily worn tires they would have gotten better points of reference for the alignment. This location appears to be chronically under staffed and they were just so happy to get rid of me..oh oh they sent me an email saying I need a rack and pinion replacement and steering column work for over $2k . I know there is nothing wrong with my rack and pinion, my front wheels are of different sizes since I'm using a spare which is displacing my rack and pinion even further..and a standard alignment can't be done without tire replacements and not to mention i fixed my struts and my alignment is just horrible....long story short I fixed my Struts and I badly need an alignment only and this guy's aren't a honest repairshop... and so shop elsewhere.

Very un happy with fire stone on Kansas ave. I went in for an oil change. Received my truck noticed my drive way was full with oil. Popped my hood no oil cap. Checked oil no oil in the engine. THIS IS A BRAND NEW ENGINE THROUGH WARRANTY I HAVE TO GET MY OIL CHANGE DONE AT A professional shop. I called Firestone on Kansas ave. According to sales. Manager will get a hold of me never did That is not the bad part. The next day I decided to walk in! I started to express towards my engine as mostly any one would very upset especially after the same guy told you the manager will get of hold me but never did! Sales associate walked up to me got in my face shoved his body against mine and told me to leave as everything escalated so quick. Never go to Kansas ave Firestone the sad part is I USE TO WORK THERE! Doing the same thing the sales associate did and not once have I ever reacted in such a way! I understand and help my clients instead of kicking me out and escalating the situation

Don t ever go here for anything. I took my truck here for an alignment and they tried to push unnecessary repairs. I just rebuilt everything under the front end of my truck and just need an alignment. They called me hours later saying they couldn t do the alignment because the pitman arm and wheel bearings were bad. I don t think they counted on me being a mechanic. I told them I d take it somewhere else then and I d be there to get it. Even if those parts were bad it doesn t have anything to do with being able to align the truck.I picked up the truck and took it back to the shop I work at and checked it out.Pitman arm was fine and so was the wheel bearings. They are either ignorant or dishonest.

My tires weren't holding air, so I called and scheduled an appointment. After hearing my situation Tyler ordered tires and we set up an appointment for Saturday.When I arrived, they got my car into the bay in less than 5 minutes.John then pointed out cracks in the rims. They were honest, efficient and showed me the issue.The Team there is hard working and know what they are doing. I left the shop feeling confident and I will be back!

Auto service done by trustworthy people.Staff kept me updated on vehicle status. They were descriptive and thorough and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.The staff seems to care about their customers and the work they perform for them.

Took my vehicle to firestone after being referred by warranty company as one of the service providers they use. Spoke w ROY before service was discussed, stated it was warranty covered n referral was advised by auto warranty. Which he advised they took, after 24 hrs he contacts as tho we had not discussed warranty n abruptly stated "well I don't think we take them n I'll have to check w so n so". Not a good 5 mins he calls back advising "we didn't take the warranty n the diagnostic would be 140$." So in otherwords, after speaking w you and advising; you do take it but you refused to take the phone number to contact the warranty company. You state "its not covered." this was the reason why I had it towed to your facility. I'll just have it towed to the dealership.

My fianc� took his car here to get a new alternator and battery. Tyler was extremely helpful and did a great job! The price was great too. We ll be taking our cars here from now on and I would recommend. Editing to also say we dropped his car off at 7am and it was ready around noon. Super quick!

I would have given zero if it were an option . I have used Firestone for the past 25 years . I was recently working in Kansas City and needed a tire repaired after I discovered a Screw in the tread . I had just purchased 4 firestone tires a few days before since I was going to be working in Kansas city and Driving back and forth every week from Wichita . I am a nurse and worked the night before until 7 am , i waited at this firestone until 8am when they opened . I was the first one that arrived . The gentleman at the counter was very unfriendly , I explained my situation , and that i was a single woman alone working in town and needed the tire either repaired or to replace it with the spare and i would have it taken care of Friday when i arrive back in Wichita . The man at the counter stated I only have 3 employees and don t have the time to take care of you I explained i had to work again that night and had no one to help me get back and forth . He was very rude and didn t want to be bothered with my situation . I have never been treated so badly . I am a health care worker and I would never treat anyone the way I was treated . I always thought firestone had a good reputation , but this was very upsetting . I would not recommend using this location or firestone in general at this point .

I will never go anywhere else to get my car serviced! This is my place! The guys here are honest with me always. They do not try to get over on me because I'm a woman! And they are super nice to me. They listen to me when I am telling them the issues I am having.

I would have given them 4 stars since they did get the lifetime alignment and since they completed that on time, but when they gave me an estimate to replace control arms and motor mounts they lost all my respect mainly since they tried gouging me almost 300% mark up on parts....they buy the parts from AutoZone for $230 and then marked them up to $499. They did the same on several motor mounts...I can order all the parts on Autozone for about $750, the same parts they wanted to charge me $2,300....sorry to say but seems like a dishonest shop trying to gouge customers.Service: Wheel alignment

Firestone is a complete rip off. Refuse to give me a price on a tune-up unless I gave them my phone number. I believe they just want to know if you have a firestone card so that they can charge more.What is my phone number have to do with getting a quote on a tune-up

From the time I schedule the appointment online to the time I left the store, the customer service was fantastic. I received a follow-up phone call to clarify some details about my vehicle. I was there a few minutes before opening, and the gentleman opened the store early (and I've spent years in retail: I know that can be a pain in the butt.) He was friendly, informative, the work was done quickly and thoroughly, and all in all I was very pleased with the experience. I will be back!

Went in to get brakes done and found someone had cut my brake line and I would need it replaced along with the brake pads and rotors. I don t have a lot of $ and was so upset because I didn t know how I was going to afford it. The mechanic was able to fix the line without replacing it and did the work for free and saved me almost $300. Very good service and quick too. The people are very nice there.

Did a great job on customer service. However, the Firestone corporate inventory system is horrible. I was looking for a specific tire. Their system said it was available at that location. I got there and they had the tire but it was over 5 years old so they couldn't sell it.Result: when using Firestone/ Tires Plus (apparently they are tied together in inventory management) call ahead and verify the product you want is there.Great customer service, horrible inventory management.

Manager was nice but they ran my car through mud puddles getting in and out of the bay in the back. Front bays were empty but they prefer to use the muddy streets in the rear. Manager didn t think he had a choice. Decision making skills to highlight customer experience are poor at this location. Won t be back.

I went there because a friend of the family recommended it and they gave great service told me an upfront price and then fixed it, called to explain other services I might need soon but did not pressure me to get now. The car runs great again and I m so please. Customer service was excellent.

Took my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. They explained everything they would do up front and asked the right questions so they knew what they were doing. I didnt have an appointment but they still got it all done in a couple hours. On top of the great service they replaced my drain plug that the last place messed up! I dont know many places that would do that for free just because they want the job done right. Ill be going to this location as much as possible in the future. Awesome work

Bring a tire in to be fixed or replaced and specifically say "I don't care if it gets repaired or replaced, just need it done so I can pick it up tomorrow and get my car out of the QT parking lot. "Employee: "okay, I'm ordering it (tire) now, it will be done in tomorrow and we'll call when it's done"Fully expecting to pick up the type the next day when I woke up (I work midnight)., my wife tells me "they didn't do it because the didn't have approval (which iclearly already gave them). Now all the workers are gone at 5 so no one can mount it today."

It was a Sunday afternoon and we needed to have a tire fixed. Unfortunately we put some fix a flat in the tire and it didn't work. They told us that we may have to buy a new tire because of the Fix-A-Flat even though it had good tread on it and there was a 45 minute wait. We ended up going around the corner getting it fixed someplace else in less than 10 minutes.

Service was great! Helped us out with a tire blowout on our cargo trailer. The team there were all super nice and very kind! And there is a Great restaurant right across the street to eat at while waiting!

They don't deserve a star. The last time they said they replaced me new motor mounts for the shaking/vibrating. The part is $114 but they charged me $360 with the labor and I was told to come back for free service if it doesn't feel better.But when I came back on the next day they pointed out that it might be something wrong with the brakes and brake rotors and they asked me to replace it for another $260 which are in good condition.Be careful with this place. They will do something damages to your vehicle. They don't replace me a single motor mount. They are just scammers. I am going to come back for them for a refund.

I recently stopped into firestone this past Sat. I am a reg customer and a card holder. I needed some air in my front left tire. I knew the crew was busy it was at least 3-4 on the clock working. There was a very nice older Hispanic man who reassured me one of the worker would put some air into my tire UNTIL I would return SUN . For a tire fix. I waited 45 minutes and not one of the workers came out while my tire was continuing to loose air PRESSURE. I finally left and went somewhere else In fear I would be stuck. I GIVE FIRESTONE A ZERO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WITH EXCEPTION OF THE MAN WORKING AT THE FRONT DESK.

I got in at 1:30 and my vehicle has yet to be looked at it's know 3:10. My car will not be done today. I'm only getting rotters done in rear. The people are nice and friendly. But the time I spent here was out ragious. No smile is worth the wait.

I was disappointed about this place. I had really good experiences at another Firestone locations. I was told they would install 4 tires on my car in an hour, hour and thirty minutes tops. I've been here for over 2 hours and they haven't even started working on it. Another 2 customers are in the same situation here in the lobby waiting for their cars.
