I don't remember how I found Don but I am glad I did. I went to one other shop since finding him and l definitely learned my lesson. Don is the man. I probably trust him more than my own dad

If you have a Honda car that needs service, this is the place. Fancy waiting room and free coffee- no. Excellent, affordable service from knowledgeable honest technicians- yes.

I was lead to Don over a decade ago by another auto tech who worked on my vehicles. The reason he sent me to Don is the issue with my car was above his abilities and he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Over the preceding years, Don has guided me when and when not to fix items on my vehicles saving me thousands of dollars. One time I had some issues and I took my car to the local Acura dealer at the time which is no longer in business. The quote was 10K plus. I took it to Don and he did all the work for around $1500. Ultimately, Don is honest and does fantastic work and that is what we all want. Honesty and fantastic service.

Don is the best mechanic I've ever had. He knows old and new cars backwards and forwards. If I bring anything in for repair he goes to all lengths to inspect EVERYTHING about the car in great detail, and is very fair with his pricing and flexibility.He has taken great care of me and the 1980s Hondas I've brought to him through the years. I cannot condone this establishment enough.

Few of us have been spared the experience of getting ripped off or screwed over by repair shop or an automotive dealership. It's just downright infuriating. Not so with Don!Not only is Don a genius mechanic...he is honest and he takes the time to walk you through issues and their remedies. He will take care of your vehicle better than anyone else in the metro area. If you drive Hondas or Toyotas he is your guy!

Don is a great mechanic. He s very thorough with his work and fair with his prices. He s been working on my Honda s since I bought my first one in 1993. I recommended him to everyone I know who owns a Honda or Toyota.

I ve taken my vehicles to Don Perdue for over 20 years. He s quick, affordable, trustworthy, everything you would ever want in an auto mechanic! Just had my 4runner towed there today and I know he ll take good care of it in the morning, fixing whatever needs fixing and nothing more! I highly recommend him!

Don is the best! He is extremely fair and transparent about what he is doing pricing etc. He even spoke to my dad for me to help me make the best decision about what I wanted to do with my car repair. I've gone to him for my honda accord and honda civic. He is the only mechanic I've gone to that seems to really care about you and your car.

Don is always thorough and conservative in his approach. He has fixed things for us other companies said we needed far more work. We have used Don for 10+ years and have never been disappointed. Don is a great diagnostician! He is very reasonably priced and does quality work. He is honest and will do only what is needed to repair your vehicle. I trust him and highly recommend him.

I have dealt with Don for probably 20 years. He is fair, honest, committed And knows his stuff!! I totally trust him to do the right thing for me and quality work. His prices are fair. Definitely recommend him!

Don was able to research, diagnose and repair a 3 year old electrical problem when other shops (including a local Honda dealer) were not. All on a timely basis and at a reasonable price. He communicates continuously and there are no surprises.

We were referred to Don from a previous customer. It started off bad from the get go. My husband called Don to schedule an appt. to get the AC looked at in his 89 Honda. Don said it would cost $80 just to look at it. He told myhusband to bring it by Tuesday evening when my husband got off of work. When my husband arrived Tuesday evening, Don told my husband he couldn t take his car because he didn t have room for it. Mind you, we live North of the river in Missouri. Don s shop isn t down the road from us. My husband explained that, and Don eventually found room for him to park his car. Don looked at the AC and apparently diagnosed it within 5 minutes and said it was a relay switch on the dash. Don asked my husband when he needed his car back, and he told Don by the weekend. Don said he d have it ready by Friday (6/12). My husband called him Friday morning to make sure the car was ready and to see how much it would be. Don said it was blowing ice cold air, and then asked if my husband was paying with cash. My husband said yes. Don said it would be $400, but would give my husband a discount since he was paying with cash. My husband arrived with his mom after work to pick up the car. Don said with the discount it would be $350. He took my husband outside to the car. It was blowing hot air. Don then told my husband to take it down Southwest Blvd. to get the AC going. It was still blowing hot air by the time my husband brought it back to the shop. Don then said it must be the fuse. It needed a 10 amp fuse, but Don put in a 15 amp, which of course blew it. THEN, Don said it must be the condenser clutch and told my husband to look around to buy the part, and he would put it in for him. We were out of a car for almost a week, had to rely on my mother in law for transportation, and NOTHING got done. My husband was ABSOLUTELY DONE with Don at this point, and was not going to receive any more service from us. He charged my husband $150 to do absolutely nothing! To top it off, my husband noticed after he got home, that the glove compartment door was bent from Don pulling it off! $150 and we got the car back worse than it was before. If I could give this man a zero I would. He gave us the run around from the beginning, and we should have never tried to do business with this man. Don t waste your time with him. Take it to an actual professional who will do what they said they would do the first time.

I started going to see Mr. Perdue in college, I have an old Jetta and he did several repairs on it. I always got a good deal from him. He's extremely fair, does great work. I would definitely recommend his services!

Mr Perdue is a Wiz at fixing Hondas; we were frustrated with Dealerships and trying to figure out what was wrong with our Civic. He solved our core issue and fixed other items at a cost amenable to our budget. All thumbs up Mr. Don. I Thank Charlie Brake&Muffler of Lenexa for referral. Refreshing experience Thank you again!

I ve taken my car to Perdue automotive for 25 years. I trust him and will not take my car anywhere else. He only does what s necessary and will not overcharge. Very honest.
