Been going here for a couple of years now, and they're really solid. Just got a bunch of work done on my truck, turned out great. Leveling kit and new ATs look awesome. Their pricing is also very reasonable, and they're very cool about letting you know what work you need to get taken care of first and what can wait. Def recommend.

My tire and battery didn t survive the cold temps. Boulevard was slammed with others like me who did not winterize in time for the negative temps KC got this week, but they got me in quickly and got me up & running in no time! Thanks for working out in the cold temps and keeping KC moving!! Will definitely be back when I need work done!

Shotty parts, and shotty work, for a premium price too. They also told me it would be done same day, but i called them at 4pm to check the status and they said it would be another hour. Tried calling later but they were closed. Called at 9am the next morning and it still wasnt done, went to pick it up at 10am after they said it was ready and get down there only to be told a sensor they put in the day before already failed so they need to swap it out. On top of that they never tightened one of the bolts on my caliper after doing the brakes

Went in for tires and to get a coolant Leak fixed and they were honest about how many tires I needed when I was initially going to get 4 they said I really only needed 2 and then when repairing the leak they bolted my front bumper on for me! It was being held on with a zip tie and I didn't ask them to do it but I noticed it today and it was such a nice surprise!

Thought this place was a good bet after seeing reviews. Taking so little care to damage a brand new never mounted wheel (came out of the box 15 minutes before being dropped off) like this definitely proved otherwise. And $35 per tire isn t the bargain price I would expect for this level of quality work . Go elsewhere if you actually care about your stuff.

Hadn't been here in about twenty years. Some of the decor was changed around and lengthened out. The service was definitely still excellent. They quoted me a price and took care of my situation with no problems or conflict. I definitely look forward to doing business with them again. It was nice to see they hadn't changed as far as business with me was concerned.

Went in for the first time after making an appointment a week in advance. Simple alignment and balance. They didn t touch my car for two hours while I sat there waiting. Other customers came and went while I was waiting. Took them 3 hours and 45 minutes to complete the service they said would take 2 hours max. On top of that, they acted like it was totally normal and didn t apologize or give any reason for the delay. They accommodated every other customer before they even started on my vehicle. Not sure if this was due to loyalty to other customers since it was my first time in? I made an appointment a week ahead of time to avoid this, but didn t matter. They also charged an absurd amount for the service. $150 for alignment which is absolutely ridiculous. $100 is the most I have ever heard someone charge for an alignment and even that is steep. Will not be coming back and suggest they put more value on new customers in the future if they want them to come back. Plenty of other options out there.

The prices draw you in. The customer service makes you feel like family. Boulevard tire had plenty of options for my car. The service was quick, and the waiting area is spacious. I saved a lot of money going here. I will definitely be returning for more service.

I have taken my car here a couple of times and my family has been using them for years for little services. I will NEVER be going there again! I took my car in for some major issues and asked that a few things be done, only half of what was asked was done( battery bracket, just bought a new battery and the bracket was old and hard to put back on, was asked to place it in the front seat. Bracket was on the back floor board and no new bracket placed, at least I wasn't charged). They replaced spark plugs and valves, this cost me almost $800 with labor fees. It solved NONE of my problems and I still have all the same issues! Was also told I needed my brakes and rotors replaced at $1000, umm NO! I just had all of that done 8 months ago and have had them checked multiple times, this place even checked them a few months ago and I was told nothing was wrong with them but could be bearings or other issues! At this point I am wondering if the work they said they did was even done?!?! Had an alignment done here as well and as soon as I got 2 blocks away, it stared pulling again. I feel that ever dime I have spent here was me flushing money down the toilet! I won't be going back here ever again not even for a simple oil change or tires! Next mechanic I take it to I will have them check the "premium spark plugs" at $30 each to verify if replaced, if they haven't I WILL be reporting to BBB!!

They are Arrogant and obtuse. Very dismissive. When you question anything they are doin. Yesterday we paid 633.00 For valve covered gaskets they left 7 bolts laying up windshield wipers . When we asked Eric just says they was not needed. I had a front end aliment done truck was working worst then when I took it there. I have know them for years. Never again will they get a recommendation or a dollar of my money.

I like coming to Boulevard because I feel like I m getting good service for my Hondas, and the guys are always super nice and helpful when I have a concern about one of my cars. I ve had great experiences from everything from oil changes to catalytic converter replacements.

I hit a curb this morning and was searching for tire shops near me. First one I went to didn t have a big enough bay to get me in. Nervous I wasn t gonna make it to a shop, I was able to get my box truck to Boulevard Tire &Service. They not only had a great price on a new tire to get me back on the road but they also got me in and out extremely quickly and the small business owner back on the road to his employees. Can t thank you all enough.

I've been coming here for YEARS and have been refering my friends and family. They are peraonalble & ONLY fix what's needed. Friday there was a loud pop when instarted my vehicle. When I 1st got the call in the morning for diagnoses, I was told alternator and belt needed replacement. When i got the call later in afternoon to say it's done, i was told alternator is good and they just to change belt. With that kind of honestly it makes me come back over and over againThanks blake & eric

We can't recommend these folks highly enough! My daughter moved to KC for college, which means we are 2 hours away from her. She had a problem with her car and Boulevard was recommended by local friends. They got her car in same day, replaced all 4 tires and her battery in 2 hours. They were friendly, efficient and the cost was reasonable and fair. And? They have dogs in the customer service area! If you need work done on your vehicle, definitely choose Boulevard!

My husband is at St Luke's hospital and I hit a curb pulling over for a firetruck, taking a chunk from the tire. They were very helpful and accommodating. I will not hesitate going back for all new tires from here next time.

Ladies: stop taking your car anywhere else but here. The staff is great and usually the owner (or manager?) talks to you directly. Prices are very reasonable and they have never talked to me like I'm an idiot who knows nothing about cars because I'm a woman, which is rare in the auto repair or car industry in general. Very professional, timely, and respectful. Can't say enough great things about this place.

I stumbled upon this tire shop in 2014, and I AM SO GLAD!! I haven't bought tires or tire services anywhere else since then. Boulevard Tires earned my trust back in 2014 when they saved me over $100 by repairing a flat tire after another shop in town told me they'd have to replace the whole thing. Over the years, I've trusted them with numerous flat tires, oil changes, and tire replacements, and they consistently deliver friendly, timely service at reasonable / competitive prices. I also think it's worth mentioning that I have never once felt "talked down to" and nobody there has ever called me "honey" or "sweetie." (If you're a woman, you can likely attest that women don't always get the same respect as men at car shops, unfortunately.)What could be better than that?? Well, I'm glad you asked. All of my experiences with Boulevard Tire have been routine and uneventful, except the most recent one, which is the reason I'm writing this review. Last year, I had 2 tires replaced, and after I picked up my car, I discovered they had made a somewhat costly mistake. When I addressed them about the problem, they took ownership and fixed everything to my satisfaction at no additional cost to me. Wow! I think the true test of a good business is not how they act when everything is going right; it's how they handle their business when something occasionally goes wrong (everyone makes mistakes, after all)!! Their professionalism and willingness to "make it right" is what has made me a customer for life! A+

Excellent company to work with. I have been taking my cars there for years and have received nothing but top notch service and the best prices on tires.Added 1-13.22. I have been a long time customer for tires and service and have always been happy with the service.Just before Christmas, I was in an accident where another car struck my passenger side rear wheel, destroying the tire and rear differential and damaging the wheel. Boulevard had my car towed in the Monday after Christmas to assess the damage. They had me back on the road in a couple short days, the owner even personally drove to Omaha to retrieve the parts. My car drives as though it was never damaged. I cannot recommend highly enough!!!!

This is tough to write since up until now I have had pretty good and fair luck. However, this last visit was a real issue. I brought my sons car in to check out a loud knocking noise from the engine. I took it to have it looked at and said to check on the A/C also if it makes sense. We got a call that it could be repaired. $1,600 paid. Got it home and same noise from engine. Brought it back and was told it was the timing belt and to just sell the Accord for whatever we could get. Wasn't worth repairing. My problem is why charge us $1,000 for A/C and $600 for repair that didn't repair it without checking the timing first? I actually mentioned it when dropping the car off. Said I thought it might be a timing thing. So, bottom line is I spent $1600 to repair a car with a bad timing belt and $200 to tow it to them after they said they repaired it but it wasn't repaired. Obviously I'm very upset and would have felt better if they owned up to the mistake and at least split the repair cost with me. I would be very concerned to bring another vehicle there.
