I had the pleasure of working with this place a few weeks ago. I initially contacted customer service about my transmission and received an instant reply via text. I was so pleased from the start. And although we did not get the chance to do business (my Tahoe needed a new transmission that we had to get from the dealer) the level of customer service I received was phenomenal. I mean. These guys could ve given us the run around and taken our money and we wouldn t have known any better. Instead, he was honest, hardworking and knowledgeable in referring us to the dealer. I will be forever grateful.

Hardy worked my Hona Element in for last minute exhaust repair as I was getting ready to go out of town. He was professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

Hardy and Bill did a fantastic job in finding some very hard-to-find items, rebuilding those used parts and getting my '64 Chrysler New Yorker back on the road again! Great people, friendly and they do everything they can to keep the costs down. I was contacted several times by both Hardy and Bill to discuss the many repairs that I needed. You can trust your car to be fixed and fixed correctly!

I won't take my car anywhere else not only is he reasonable, He always has my truck back to me before I need it. You guys are the best and I will be taking all other cars or trucks I have to him.

The Team at Anders did a great job restoring my 1963 Mercedes Benz 230SL. Total frame off restoration. Car is beautiful. The knowledge and skill of Anders team is amazing. I take all my cars there. From a minor oil change to a major restoration, they can do it all. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Hardy helped me with very short notice, and with great turnaround. His rate was fair and he was courteous and professional. After moving to KC from across the country, I feel that I can trust this shop with simple or complex repair needs. He didn't try to sell me anything, and my car was ready in <24 hours after I dropped it off. Would recommend!

We were on a road trip when our car broke down on us in Kansas City. We stumbled upon Hardy's shop. Despite being super busy, he squeezed us in and managed to get us back on the road within an hour. A very knowledgeable and honest mechanic. I am really impressed with Hardy at Anders Automotive. He is a pleasure to work with, very nice and professional. He got my car in right away and was able to efficiently address all issues. I feel like their pricing is fair, and they are clearly not trying to add things or pad the bill. I am now a loyal customer and have referred my family to Anders. After having my A/C stop working while in KC this week I was in need of a minimal check/inspection of the system. After calling many other shops that could not get me in, Hardy at Anders told me he would squeeze me in to check out my car. He quickly checked it out and determined I needed more than a Vacuum/recharge which is what I was hoping for. He did not charge me for the check, and then topped my car off with Oil for free. This place is great. Hardy is a wonderful person and I plan to use them in the future. I cannot even begin to express my most heartfelt gratitude. After dealing with disappointment after disappointment, especially from FIRESTONE COMPLETE CAR CARE, Hardy was able to take amazing care of my husband's truck, along with going the extra mile to even charge the battery that FIRESTONE COMPLETE CAR CARE on State Avenue let go dead. Anders fixed what others couldn't. When other reputable mechanics didn't want to spend the time to figure out the cause of a difficult problem, Anders spent the extra hours and effort to find a hidden problem, and did the repair for a reasonable price. I really appreciate the care and effort that Hardy and crew took in keeping my 2009 Volvo XC70 with 165,000 miles running for many more years. Keeping a solid vehicle running good is much cheaper than a new car payment and it's very hard to find places like Anders Automotive who appreciate that the same. I recommend Anders, they are good people, and easy to work with.

We are from Oklahoma and traveled to this area for basketball tournament. After going out to eat, we got in our car to find that our gear shift would not go in reverse or any other gear for that matter. It stayed in park. As we walked back in to the BBQ restaurant, they gave us a few numbers for mechanics to call. Being a Friday late afternoon, most all places we called were closing within the hour. However Anders Automotive (also closed) BUT listened to me and an not only told me what it was but guided me through the process on how to fix it to get us by. Even though it was a rather simple solution, it made us able to drive our vehicle to the nearest (what we thought were open) dealerships. They could not help us at all. Thank you Anders for all the text messages and solutions to get us back home to Oklahoma. We will forever be grateful!! Your kindness doesn t go unnoticed!! You saved the day and made our frustrations manageable!!

Holy Cow! I have never been to such a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable auto shop. I had a missing oil cap that I didn't realize was gone until last minute. They replaced both that and the leaked oil and the oil filter basically free of charge! They immediately found what my primary issue was for both my issues (bad rotors and improperly installed oil filter,) they called me with an accurate estimate before noon the next day, got it taken care of at estimate price literally within hours of that call.I called 5 different auto shops and Anders' had responded, received, and fixed my vehicle before any of the others were able or willing to even schedule an appointment. They even let me drop off my vehicle after closing time--they took care of absolutely everything, below what they had every right to charge! What a great place. I would give 10/5 stars if I could. You guys absolutely rock, thank you so much.I cannot recommend these guys enough.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

My car s brakes had been a repeated pain for months. Family had worked on the issue and thought they had it solved and then the night before Thanksgiving my car didn t want to have brakes anymore. Made it home safely and looked through reviews and spotted Anders. It was close by and had amazing reviews. Called Friday and got it towed over. Within a couple days I had my car back and as good as new. The price was not as steep and scary as I had been concerned it could have been. Hardy was also just super friendly and made sure I knew what was going on and the status of my car each day. Would absolutely recommend choosing Anders! The positive reviews are all well earned!

Hardy was absolutely accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. As a first time customer, I was truly impressed with the level of service I received. Hardy and Bill were incredibly pleasant. After having a hitch installed, there was a missing part to connect the trailer to my car. Hardy and I worked out a deal and he used his resources to ensure the job was done and that I would be safe on the road. Some tips and tricks were also provided as well. Thankful and happy with the service. I highly recommend Anders Automotive.

Hardy and the entire team at Anders were terrific. My wife and I found our automotive shop that we will only be taking our vehicles to going forward. Friendly and very informative. Professional and charge what needs to be charged without all the extra fluff. Honest and hard working. Quote was not as easy as they thought but they still gave it to me at the quoted price instead of charging me more. Thank you and we will be continue to do our business with Anders going forward!

I walked out to my car late Sunday evening & to find radiator fluid all over my garage floor. I was pretty sure it was the water pump, but with it being so late in the day, I really didn't have the time to fix it. One of my best friends had an issue with a Honda Pilot & highly recommended hitting Ander's up as he had a great experience. I contacted them Monday morning & was able to get the car there before heading to work. Hardy was great & I could tell by our conversation he was knowledgeable about my car immediately. As a result, I added a few other minor fixes to the list. He had the issue diagnosed before lunch time as well as a few other small things that would be cheap to repair. I rented a car fully expecting mine wouldn't fixed until the weekend. He had everything on the list fixed by the next day! The cost was very reasonable! I would recommend Ander's to anyone looking for a knowledgeable mechanic & affordable repairs.

Wrecked my Jeep and a good friend of mine referred me to Anders Automotive. Hardy took great care of my car fixed it up in less than 24 hrs. I was in a tough spot back and forth with insurance, and I m also from out of state. I understand business is business and he worked with me and for that I m appreciative. He gained a returning client, cause we all know cars mess up, or need up keep! Thanks for everything. Great hospitality!

Thought I just needed my AC recharged and dropped by on short notice to have someone take a look at it. I was planning on dropping the vehicle off and walking a couple miles back home, but Hardy told me he would look at it right away and save me the walk. Hardy is very personable and communicates well with the customer. I had a fairly complex and expensive repair. Long story short, an issue arose that required taking the vehicle to the dealer to finish the repair (after Hardy had already been paid). Hardy paid the dealership directly ($1K+) to finish the job. A very stand up move that I don't think all shops would have done. Even the dealer was impressed.

I have a hard time trusting shops with my car it seems they do just enough but not completely doing the job, so you have to come back, but I don t feel this way about this shop seem very honest and open and fixes it 100%, I would highly recommend them to all my current football team mates and professional boxing friends. Someone I know parked their car to have work done here and got their catalytic converter stolen. Come to find out, it had happened to this business before. He didn't turn it into insurance to cover the vehicle, and charged $200 MORE to get it fixed. Didn't even offer to do it for free after it had been stolen on THEIR property. He has lost business over this now. Word to the wise DO NOT LEAVE OR EVEN PARK YOUR CAR HERE OVER NIGHT!

Hardy was absolutely amazing and kind. My son s car broke down on the highway and Anders Automotive took it in. When we found out it was the engine, we were devastated. We will be selling the car as is, and Hardy didn t charge a dime. A blessing for us! Thank you so much!

Harty (the owner) fixed my front wheel bearings. His price was fair and the turnaround time was quick. Each time I called, I spoke with Harty which is nice for consistency purposes. I ll be back and I d recommend others give Anders a chance at your business.
