They took a job and were not qualified to do and it cost me an additional 1300 to have it fixed. Don't go there....

AJ and his team took great care of us when our camper started clunking coming into Hutchinson just before closing time. AJ took a test drive with my husband to hear what was going on for a correct diagnosis. Then he researched the part needed afyer hours and got it delivered the next day. I had them install an engine I sourced into my Infiniti G20. Jasper engines which they carry didn't have a rebuilt engine available. The final bill was what was qouted, but I think it took longer than book time to complete. Everything works as it should. I'll be back in the future.

Rude and not helpful. I was cussed at over the phone by someone that worked there over 45 years. I asked if they worked on a certain transmission and he went off on me for calling and asking a question. If you want awful customer service go there. I have over 10 different transmissions that need work and they will not see any of my business.

Felt a little pricey and was told afterward by multiple people that it could've been done quite a bit cheaper in Wichita, BUT we got the job right done and the people were helpful so no complaints other than the 4 grand we dropped.

There's a sign on the outside of their business it says free estimates, my free estimate cost me $142 with a tow.
