What i truly appreciated most was the outstanding communication, promptness at getting me a quote and completing the work quickly. I asked to see the bumper without paint because we were paying out of pocket and I wasnt sure if I wanted to spring the extra for this car, so they went above and beyond and sent me pictures without paint AND then took it back off when I decided to pay for paint. Thank you Josh and team - will definitely be recommending you in the future!

I m on vacation from out of state, and needed a big rock chip fixed on my windshield. Josh was very accommodating and got my windshield repaired quickly; high quality work, and much more affordable than the usual national chain. Most of all, Josh provided excellent customer care that I never see from the other company. He does do insurance repair for those not paying out of pocket as well.

J.Z Auto did an amazing job on minor repair on the front end of my 2012 Tacoma. The bug deflector shattered due to high winds while traveling at freeway speeds. The mechanic removed the attachments and cleaned the hood. I did not need any painting done. He did a fine job.

Fast, professional, polite. Worked with my insurance agent for my repair, and did my sister s repair at a very reasonable rate (for far less than SafeLite s in-shop rates) right outside my business in Cheney.
