I have been taking my car there for over a decade. They are honest, caring and excellent at car repair and maintenance. AND fair to female car owners. Absolutely the best!

My Driver recently had a issue with his rearend, after going to 5 shops and being turned down these folks went above and beyond to get him repaired! They squeezed him in when they were booked out over a month! Knowing that his truck is his living and that it was not only costing him losing his loads but his income! Great place and great folks!

I'm from Indiana and was having trouble with my rear seals on my 08 chevy 3500. I went to 5 other shops before coming to downtown Automotive. The owner Frank had told me there was no way he could get me in today to fix my truck. After a five minutes of contemplation being the big hearted guy he is he said ok ill take care of you... I can only say one thing this man's heart outweighs many... may God bless your family and your business. Thank you so much for all yalls help

They were highly professional, knowledgeable, helpful, quick, outstanding, and provided thorough service and explained in detail and showed me the exact problem. I had my company vehicle in for a brake job recently. Shortly after they started the repairs, their office called and said the rear end was needing to be looked at for bearings. Frank knew we had unlimited bumper to bumper coverage and recommended taking to the truck to the dealer. I had this truck in by two local dealers regarding the sound recently and neither could figure out the reason for the sound. Frank, knew just by listening where it was coming from. I took it to a Salina dealer and was told we were lucky to be alive.Frank, thank you for all you do.

They provide quality work because they care, every time I have needed work done the guys have always been there. You get a family type atmosphere with state of the art technology to diagnose your vehicle which cuts down on guessing which cuts down on costs. Highly highly recommended!!!

Does really good work!! They make sure if you have a classic your paint even in your engine bay is not scratched. Had an issue with a repair called and received a follow up call immediately the next day. The owners care enough to take feedback to improve their buisness. This is a genuine asset to Hutchinson.

Called them a couple of days ago for an estimate... Stan called me back promptly with a price. At the time they were booked a few days out, but they were able to have me drop off my car yesterday, and hsd it done by 9 am today. Will definitely be using them again when i need to. Great people and went out of their way to gey me my car back for work. Thanks again!

Was recommended to bring my vehicle here by a local tow technician. The guys at Downtown Automotive helped to diagnose my van when it wouldn't start, and helped to get it done same-day, as it's a family vehicle. I would highly recommend their service. Worked with Stan at the front desk and met the mechanics--all very nice guys!

I highly recommend Downtown Automotive. The staff was friendly and helpful. The mechanic was patient; listened to the issues, took the time to diagnose the problem, and fix the issue. We will definitely return, should we have any future needs for a mechanic.
