I was involved in a relatively small accident that damaged the rear quarter of my Chrysler Town and Country van, requiring replacement of my rear bumper cover, taillight assembly, and some sheet metal repair. Don's Car Care worked with my insurance and got started within just a few days. They sent me periodic updates and completed the work in a fair amount of time. I am very happy with the results.Don's Car Care is a well established and trusted business that has served the Hutchinson area for years. I highly recommend giving them a call if you accidentally need their services!

I took my wife s car (2022 Genesis GV70) there to get an estimate on fixing a rubbing door issue. The younger guy that helped me was very friendly but unfortunately he tried using a metal piece on the body of the car. He ended up bending the door and chipping the paint on the fender. Now, I had to take it to another shop to get an estimate on some paint work and possibly a new door. Needless to say I m beyond frustrated and would have loved if they offered to fix the issue but I really don t want my car there. We live and we learn I guess.Service: Body & Trim

Don s Care Car did an amazing job on my car. I called them and they had been bring it in the same day and fixed it in the same day! My sunroof had been leaking and they fixed it in less than an hour! Definitely would recommend them Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We took our Kia Sedona for repair after hitting a deer. A couple weeks went by after the estimate and they called us to go ahead and bring the van in. We rented a vehicle and dropped the van off, after 3 days they called us back to tell us they actually had parts for a Kia Soul, not a Sedona. So we had to pick up our van still damaged and also had a bill from the rental place for the vehicle we rented. Dons said they d deduct that cost from the price of the repairs they were to make. Only they never repaired our van. Six months later we ended up just trading the van in, never repaired by them, I asked them to refund the rental costs since we rented for nothing but they refused. Someone rear ended me in an accident and I took my car to Don's. They made the whole process so much easier and they did awesome work on my car! They were great with communicating with me and dealing with the insurance company. Everyone there is so nice I highly recommend them to anyone!

Do not ever in a million years take your vehicle here. This place is dishonest. Took a truck after a collision. They were to replace the bumper, the side mirror, and fix the fender. After having it for over three weeks, they let us know the vehicle was ready. Upon inspection, the bumper was not replaced and neither was the side mirror. However, we were charged for the replacement parts and for the labor to change them. When asked about the bumper, Daniel stated, we ve got it here, do you want us to put it on? Ummm yes Daniel, we did, over three weeks ago when we brought the truck in. But not now as this business is proven to be screwing over its customers and insurance companies! They refunded the cost for the bumper and the side mirror. Getting them to give us back the sales tax that was paid on this merchandise (that was sitting in their shop) was a struggle. We never did receive the money back from the labor to perform the imaginary services. This place is fraudulent. They will screw over your insurance company. They will screw you over. Terrible, terrible business practices.

Great customer service! I only had to talk to my Insurance company once and, Don's took care of the rest! Having a Body Shop that directly deals with the insurance company for you, is the only way to go! I even received my car back, three days early.

They took 14 months to repaint my car and they chargeme 3000.00more and change the labor rate and didn't tell me! That wasn't honest the job was supposed to take 3 months! I was so unhappyServices: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed tow. AAA arranged for Dons to do the job. Driver managed to get my vehicle started. So, I didn't need a tow, after all. Thank you, so very much!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Great Towing Service...BUT ABSOLUTE WORST MECHANICS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!
