They quoted me a price then did the work found out that some of the work was not necessary so they didn't change the parts and didn't charge me for the work I love it when I can take my car in and not worry about additional charges and work not being done and being charged thanks for your great work and honesty

These guys are amazing. They diagnosed my problem and charges me such a small fee that I felt like I had to leave them more money which they refused to take. Information I had I was able to fix my car at a much cheaper price than if I would have had to pay someone to do the job saved me hundreds of dollars.

They are awesome!The latest road trip in our Lance Travel Trailer was brutal because of the road conditions and potholes - knocked both axles out of alignment and was wearing out my tires. The trailer has torsion axles by Dexter and all the other shops I contacted said they cannot be aligned and to buy new ones... Anderson realigned them in a short time and at low cost - I'm super pleased with the service and the team is great - will be recommending to all my camper friends that need this service.Service: Wheel alignment

The gal at the front desk was very kind and they looked over my truck quickly and called to let me know what issues the front end had and what it would cost for them to fix and align. Got it fixed up quickly and affordable. Highly recommend them!

Had alignment done. Upon starting vehicle it seemed louder than usual, got home and noticed a loud hissing sound also. They either removed the exhaust or knocked it off on the test drive and broke the 4x4 vacuum lines . I called left a message with reception and never got a return. 2 months later turning into a parking lot I hear a loud pop and now my steering wheel is off center. Crawled under to find parts left loose and now probably damaged to the point of needing replaced. Went back and they denied denied denied. Wouldn't trust them with a matchbox car now.Service: Wheel alignment

Took our 4-Runner in today due to a loud squeaking noise heard when making turns. Previously had our 4-Runner into another shop in town that wanted to replace the control arms for $1,000 and thought to take it for a second opinion. I am sure glad we got our second opinion from Jim at Anderson Alignment. My entire experience was excellent. Jim was an honest man who explained everything to me in detail. Problem solved for $11 and figured out I didn t need to replace the control arms after all. The front office woman was extremely nice as well. Thank you for your service and kindness. We will be returning for future business!

During a cross-country trip from VA to CA in Sept., I stopped @ Anderson Alignment b/c of a major shimmy in my steering column. After their team rebalanced my tires and replaced my front brakes I was on my way. Those repairs may have even saved our lives as we had no idea how steep the Teton/Lake Tahoe Passes were. Thanks for your great service; I am forever indebted to the work you did!

Very helpful and curtious, understands where I the customer is at financially. Richard will not put a part on your vehicle until he asks you first. I will be back for any work my car needs. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome customer service.
