Found what I needed quickly and easily. Good prices, good quaking, and friendly staff. Bathroom was also clean.

The people who work here are friendly, and there's no problems there. What I have a gripe about is, I went to the Ft. Scott Walmart, and starting at the parking lot where they have employees for keeping the parking lot cleaned up as well as the buggy's gathered up puts our Walmart to shame. Then when you go in the store the Ft. Scott Walmart just appears to be better put together.

They suck anymore . First they reduced the hours then they make you check out your own stuff and bag it while employees stand around like prison guards mean mugging you the whole time. Makes me very edgy. If I had another choice I wouldn't give them my business or $ !!

This is absolutely the best Walmart for miles around. The employees are very friendly, I always feel welcome, everything is well stocked, with the freshest of dates. I appreciate the great Customer service..!! Prices..!! Availability..!!

No alcohol tissues available to wipe carts off when I entered. Felt like I was getting germs from the cart handle the whole time, so I made my visit very short.

I picked a pot the ticket said it was 8.95. I get to the register the cashier said it was 22 dollars. I ask if I can get it for the ticket price. He took to the service desk, they said I have to pay full price.

Very poor store the shelfs was not filled. My little store in my town is much better. Maybe You need to talk to the manager about improvement, or replace them. this is a big store it needs to be managed properly. You are losing money.

Walmart has always been a mainstay for my young family, and this one is a cut above most of the others we have frequented over the years. This Walmart is on the larger side with a plethora of inventory that isn't available in other small town Walmarts, this store also maintains a very clean environment (bathrooms included). Each time we visit this store we are respectfully greeted at the door and have very little problems finding assistance if needed, not to mention nearly every checkout associate has done their best to ring us up in a timely manner. Great store overall in my opinion.

The auto center wanted to close early and they were the only ones who had my size of tire within an hour radius.. I'm missing work and stranded cause they couldn't keep to their regularly corporate scheduled hours

Rude customer service. I'm sure you get this complaint all the time but nothing has ever changed. Many years of waiting in long lines, and not enough people working in customer service, causing people to get tired of standing and waiting. It's rediculas. I will go out of my way to not have to go to walmart. I absolutely hate shopping there. There is nobody around any departments to help you find anything you have to go find someone to help you, it's just horrible. I'm not sorry to give this bad review because it's the truth. Walmart really needs to work on that and to tell people to smile more and be more helpful. Thank you

I shop here for the convenience and most of the employees are really friendly. I don't like being questioned at the self checkout constantly though. I always get asked 2 or 3 times in the same visit if I scanned the stuff on the bottom of the cart. YES I DID. I don't steal and am not about to start now! Im fine with them checking my receipt at the door but I kinda feel harrassed as im trying to pay at the self check out. And I notice they do it to almost everyone.

1. Didn't have several items we were looking for.2. Prices are considerably higher than Walmart just 19 miles away.3. Last but not least!! There were NO cashiers and NO open registers, we had to use self check out!! That will be the LAST TIME WE SHOP AT THAT STORE!! I don't get paid to be the cashier THEY DO!!!

It's a walmart. There's alot of stuff. Wish there were more staffed registers. I hate self checkout

It was 105�F outside I have 2 fur babies that stayed in the car with the remote start keeping the car running. My remote start times out after 20 minutes. I had a decent number of items to get. I found a store associate and they were my guide not having visited this store before. The quickly helped me get my items and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. FYI I'm not a fan of Walmart however if they were all like this one I would definitely be a fan..

I went in to buy a couple of shirts a double bag and some medicine for a severe burn I have on my hand I understand it was close to closing time when I went in there about 30 minutes or so before closing at 7 minutes we were abruptly interrupted by an employee that said we are coming in 7 minutes. I told her we needed a double bag and she was not able to even help us find 1. She asked another lady who said well because of all the boxes you can't see but if you go straight down you'll find them over by the suitcases. Then we had another gentleman come up and get real hateful and said you've only got 3 minutes if you don't get out of here you won't be able to checkyou'll be able to check out. We were followed around the store like we were shop lifters I'm an upstanding citizen I've never ever had any problems with the law And I do not feel that I was treated fairly while I was in that store. I will never ever go back to the Walmart in Fort Scott, Kansas again.

Store was busy busy. Staff pulling lots of orders for pick up. The staff we did Interact with was friendly and helpful. I did have an issue with no shelf tags with products and the store was very dirty.

Not just a problem with this Walmart but almost any you go too, and not at the fault of the employees but the people above them. It's impossible to find any help when you need it. At this point you basically have to play investigator to find out anything, and when you do find someone you are dealing with an overwhelmed, emotional individual who is having to deal with so many other people. Walmart doesn't realize how much buisness they actually lose. It's kinda pathetic

Have always had a great experience at Ft Scott Walmart until this afternoon. Went to pickup potting soil and self check register wasn t ringing up what the sign in front of it said. So they checked on it and after waiting for a long period of time 4 female employees stood a few feet from me and discussed the situation. One was a manager I guess. They all had masks on and just looked at me while they talked. I had no idea what was going on. Apparently someone switched the sign and it was obvious they thought I did it. Would honor one bag (I had 4) and I told them I didn t want it. So I went back and bought a different kind and one said I figured that would happen . They treated me like a shoplifter and the manager didn t even have the decency to come over and talk to me about it. She just gave me the look .Very disappointed!

The people working in the tire center on 4-2 at noon were the best. We are not form here and had aflat... They didn't have the trie we needed but called around to find someone who did. They totally deserve a day or two paid off or a raise. So happy they saved our road trip
