Talked to Patrick, they had a vehicle I was interested in. He made it sound like they could possibly get within what I was looking for in monthly payments. Schedule the appointment for the next day. Get a call the following day to talk to another individual when I arrived(Candy). I arrived and was told they couldn't get close to that number. Not impressed at all with the manipulation. They tried to show me vehicles I was not interested in and expressed that to Patrick the day prior. So obviously no one took note of what I was saying to them or even really cared for my business. Wont return.

Excellent!!! Candie and team were knowledgeable, professional, honest and straight forward. I will be getting all my Toyotas here!! Thank you so much I love my car and this was the best buying experience we have ever had!!!!

I m giving Briggs Neutral star rating for two reasons. First, the work was completed on my vehicle & it works well. I am pleased with the finished product. Next, I was discouraged that I couldn t talk with someone at the location where the work was being done on my car (instead I spoke so someone in a remote location). The text message I received explains the work that my car needed & the cost seemed impersonal as well. Will I return to Briggs? Sure, I d go back.

Always easy to make an appointment. Responsive to calls and emails. Service is great - I have waited and have used their courtesy shuttles both. Love it!

My visit to the Briggs Fort Scott Toyota Dealership was nothing less than 5 stars. From the Moment I walked in I was greeted with love and professionalism. Steven Taylor offered to bring my dog water while we waited, Amy Hanes was the sweetest lady I've ever met and Frank Clinton ensured I was taken care of from every aspect of my visit. I needed to get some work done for school and they even let me utilize a table I could set up shop on and get after it. The hero of the day was Mike Hixson, clearly a master of his craft. Skilled as a master mechanic and versed in exceptional customer service I was blown away with how he took care of my service needs. With out a doubt it's clear the GM Frank Clinton operates a customer focused Team here in Fort Scott. I highly recommend this Dealership for all your automotive needs!

Very pleased with the Toyota hybrid that we purchased, it was everything that our sales lady Candie Conley promised and we drove 2 1/2 hours to buy it. Beautiful clean used car at a really good price. We highly recommend Briggs Toyota... wonderful customer service. Thank you Candie!

I scheduled an appointment online for 10 a.m. for an oil change. I arrived about 9:45...it was nearly 11 before they took my truck and almost 11:40 before I was out of there. The folks there are great...but the waiting room carpet is pretty scary. Why take appointments if you can not adhere to them?

This is the 3rd vehicle that we have purchased at Briggs of Fort Scott. We always go in to look but find exactly what we want and leave with a vehicle.

There was a mix up on the scheduled service. Even though I received an email and a text message about the service. When I arrived at the service desk, there was no record of the scheduled service.Fortunately they had the time to do the alignment and new tires.

Too early to tell the service was fully complete and accurate. Don't understand why it has to take over an hour and 40 minutes for an oil filter and tire rotation to be done when you schedule a specified time to have a car in there. Regardless of whatever else is going on but taking local customers above those who come in out of town is not a fair practice. That's my only discussed over that it took entirely too long for that to get completed. I'm just hoping that they talk the wheel lug bolts so that my brand new rotors do not get warped. But we will inform them if we all of a sudden wind up with a brake wobble.

They were very gracious and took my vehicle in even though I was 30 minutes late due to failed battery issue. It was a bit of a wait but that was out of their control. They saved me from a much longer drive and did what they needed to do. Thank you Briggs!

I have been having my car serviced at Briggs for several years. They do a good job and are reasonable and I feel like they service my car like it was theirs. I have peace of mind that when I take my car to Briggs for service or repair it will be done right, which is why the last time I was in, I drove 60 miles to have Randy change the transmission fluid.

I just purchased a RAV4 from Briggs Toyota Fort Scott. I really appreciate the sale attendant Candy. She was very attentive and helpful. Then she turns us over to Jim Bill who was very friendly and patient. I felt very comfortable giving them my business.

I worked with Candie on the purchase of a new Toyota. Every aspect of the transaction was top notch. The pricing was transparent and the entire staff helped to make my visit as smooth as possible. I traveled a good distance and they went out of their way to accomodate me. Very thankful and highly recommend Briggs Fort Scott!

I worked with Candie and she was excellent! I was a first time buyer with lots of questions, and she was so patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone else I interacted with at Briggs was very friendly and informative as well. I definitely recommend buying from Briggs Auto, and working with Candie. Everyone, EVERYONE, from finance to the sales lady Candie, to the owner Frank... everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable,and just plain awesome. Best car buying experience ever! Thank you everyone at Briggs Fort Scott for not only helping us find the vehicle we needed but also staying 2 hours past closing to help send us home with the vehicle we have been searching for. The people are very friendly and helpfull although, the last couple of times I've taken in my truck I've had problems with parts, call backs, and kinda feel like I was forgotten about. I know your busy at times and things get forgotten but write things down. I've wanted 3 months for a call back on something and still haven't got it.

I have been working with Briggs of Fort Scott for a few months now trying to find the vehicle that marks all the right boxes. Candie was extremely patient with me as I impatiently waited for the right one to come up on allocation. Finally one came up that met all my must haves. There was a small hiccup in communication but that was quickly resolved and my expectations were more than exceeded when it came time to pick up my new vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Frank and Brad in addition to Candie and the whole team made the normally mundane process of filling out paperwork a surprisingly enjoyable time filled with good conversation. Briggs of Fort Scott is a good distance from me but the customer service there made the drive well worth it. Thank you guys! I look forward to sending many people in your direction and doing business again.

Jess helped me avoid unnecessary cost by advising on how to solve my cruise control issues with my Corolla. His expertise was invaluable and he quickly solved my issue through his understanding of how the error codes worked, saving me a lot of money. I ve never had any issues with overselling at this shop and really appreciate how kind and helpful they are.
