Scott Watkins was our salesman at Briggs, he was very friendly and professional. We purchased a Camaro and it was very clean. We already knew what we wanted and the sale went very smoothly. It was worth the 5 hour drive to get there. We will definitely come shop here again . As long as Scott or his family still works there.

Did not have a great experience here. I drove an hour to look at a car that I had been discussing with the dealership over email. After around 30 minutes in the dealership, the staff was unable to find the car and then told me that the car had already been sold. I was also told that the price that was advertised on multiple third-party websites was incorrect because it didn't take into account their trade-in or financing discounts were included. We were then shown a dirty car that was similar to the car I was looking at online yet, more expensive. When I asked for a quote on how much that car would cost after all of the fees and taxes. I was given a piece of paper with a green expo marker rough guess of how much the car would cost including an arbitrary down payment (despite mentioning how much I wanted to put down on the car) and monthly payments of $710+. When I then asked for an actual quote on how much the car would cost, he returned after another 15 minutes with the paperwork I wanted. A quick search on KBB told me that he was about $1500 off of a fair value for the car that I was shown. At that point, I realized negotiations were a waste of my time and we left. All in all, three hours were wasted.

Xavier did an excellent job as the salesman. He was low pressure and gave me the information that I wanted and needed. Management and the financial guy, sorry your names escape me, were extremely nice and very informative making my experience one of the best I ve had at a car dealership. I ll for sure be a return customer.

We drove in just to look at vehicles. Will came out and showed us several brands, styles, etc. We test drove one, liked it and decided to come back with our trade in vehicle the next day.The next day we were there. Will and the rest of the staff we met were friendly, helpful and informative. After one day at home, we are very happy with our vehicle.

The process went faster and easier than I expected and Candy was wonderful!! She went above and beyond. We love our little Jeep-it s great for getting in and out of tight spaces lol. But it also has enough room for 5 people and groceries or luggage for traveling. It gets great gas mileage!!

Drove an hour to look at a vehicle that we were told was there when we called. Got there and were told it was being loaned out and then drove to see it somewhere else and wasn't even the one we wanted to see. They also tried to get me to sign the contract before ever driving or seeing it and then expected us to let it be finished being used and they'd bring it to us on Monday. Car was in the back that we wanted to look at and was in pieces and needed parts that were ordered and on the way but couldn't tell us what parts it needed. We were there for three hours with a newborn and never even test drove a vehicle. The literal opitomy of giving car dealerships and salesmen bad names. Only getting one star because I can't post till I did, otherwise negative five.

Jessica was the sales associate that helped me through the whole process of purchasing my car. She was so kind and caring through it all. She didn t hassle me around to purchase a car but was there when needed! My first time at Briggs auto was great because of her great customer service.

We took care of 90% over the phone and I flew in from Texas to complete the transaction. Dealership picked me up from the Kansas City airport and had me in and out of the dealership within an hour. Great experience and great people.

I had a bad experience with my big town dealer. I reached out to Briggs Chevrolet because they had the car I wanted. I spent less than 20 minutes on the phone with a salesman and the GM. They listened to me and were so easy to work with. I had to drive 300 miles to get there, but when I did, my car was ready to go and after a little bit of paperwork I was out the door with what I wanted. Thank you all so much!!! I love my car!

Bought a 2010 Charger on 1-20-22 for my son, everything was going fine until 2-27-22 sin was at work and car would not start. Had to have it towed to a shop which costs 82 dollars then was told a Dodge dealership would have to do the work. So had it towed again after paying the shop 60 bucks. After about a week and after paying Dodge 1100.00 got the car back. Should say all I did was have a 30 day warranty on it. So it had expired by a few days. Have contacted Briggs several times and sent them my bills and think they should do something. They said they would probably pay 10 percent of the bill but I told them I think they need to do better. Have not heard back from them. Friendly enough but no follow thru in trying to keep customer happy. Would like to thank Briggs for making my issues right,I appreciate your concern

Just bought my second truck from Briggs Ft. Scott. They had several for me to chose from and Austin (our salesman) was great. We got a great deal and he was very helpful in sorting out some logistics with a rental I was driving. I went to other dealers in the KC metro and they were not even close on service or price. I will start and finish with Briggs from here on out.

Austin Pinkerton was our salesperson, and he was awesome. As all the others within the company. He got right on looking for what we said we wanted. Showed them to us, telling us all the good and bad qualities about each one. Then knowing my price range showed us a brand new car. Seeing that the one we had chosen was not wide enough, showed me another. It's the one I bought. I am extremely happy.

My son in law drove 3 hrs from MO into KS to look at vehicle for me that turned out junk. On the way home he pulled into Briggs Auto in Ft Scott and dealt with a fabulous bunch of guys! Two days later, I am the proud owner of my forever car I highly recommend Briggs Chevrolet of Ft Scott!!

Briggs Chevrolet was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Our sales Wyatt and sales Manger Roger went out of their way to make sure our experience with them went smooth. Wyatt and Roger answered all our questions and made sure we knew all features on our vehicle and how to use them.. Jim in financing was GREAT he knew exactly what he was doing and knows his stuff...listen to his advise he differently knows whats BEST for you and your vehicle ! Everyone was very knowledgeable and very friendly!

Incredibly nice folks at Briggs. We got stranded in Ft Scott , at Arby s during lunch, when we realized that both my wife and I left our Chevy Traverse s key fob at home after starting the car to warm up. I called Briggs and explained our situation; and that our keys were at home which is 1 hour away.George , service mgr, explained the cost & consequences of cutting a new key; so he suggested renting a car from them. Well, long story short, they gave me a loaner, free of charge (i did put $13 worth of gas in it). Thank you George and Amy; you both went above and beyond. We re very grateful that our paths crossed.

I recently purchased a Ram Pickup from Briggs Fort Scott. Kevin Filby (sales professional) was extremely professional (and patient I may add) with my purchase. I am admittingly not the easiest guy to work with. Not only was Briggs extremely professional, they offered me more for my trade in than any other dealership in the Kansas City metro. I've since recommended them to friends and co-workers of mine. This is also something I don't commonly do since it's my reputation at stake.
