It is a sad time for me to even have to write a review, I have never had to write one before. I felt that I needed to just so people will be aware and not get taken advantage of from a company that will make a deal and sign a contract and not honor that contract. Darell the dealer principal cannot be trusted with his word or even a signed contract. Buyers beware I personally was taken for a lot of money from this company and will have to go to court to recover money owed to me from a signed contract. Your vehicle is to large of an investment to trust anyone with it, let alone someone dishonest and who's word means nothing let alone a signed contract. I will keep up to date what the courts decide.

I had a problem with my vehicle and when I called Jacki back in service she was very quick to get me scheduled in! Seth and PJ in the back worked diligently to get my gauge cluster issue figured out and fixed! Big thanks to Jacki, Seth and PJ! I wouldn t service my vehicle anywhere else!

I'm very happy with the team at Farm Country. They made very pleasant my buying experience. Always they answer my concerns. That brings me confidence that they really know what they are selling; and up to now I have no longer else to say but thank you very much for your great & awesome support. Ford should be very happy with all the work ethics & effort you're putting into the customers like me :)

Tony and Luke did a fantastic job taking care of us and getting us into a 2014 Ford Explorer. Very friendly and very easy to work with. Got us in and out quick. They take care of you very well! Would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from here! 10/10

Easiest and most pleasant car purchase I ve ever experienced - tied with the time where I did my own purchase paperwork at the store I worked at.Tony is a consummate professional and a true enthusiast. Luke is knowledgeable, friendly, and fast - excellent finance experience.I bought a bronco with no markup and no gimmicks in the craziest car market in history, and drove a thousand miles. I d happily do it again to work with Tony and Luke.

I told Darell what I was looking for. He never haggled or bugged me. Just called one day and said he had a couple in I might be interested in. Let me take it over night look it over. We made a deal. It was so smooth. The easiest vehicle buying process I have ever had. He even gave me top dollar for my trade and the team went above and beyond to get it detailed out for me super fast.They will get more business from my family in the future.

Horrible service. Called first to see if they could do a repair. They chose to diag the car instead of what I asked. Charged me 120 and didn t fix a thing. When talking to the manager was told he would eat the cost of the diag and to come pick my car up after I had already paid and picked it up. No mention of refunding me. First employee told me that it would take a few days to get the parts in. Then the manager says he can get it overnighted when I called back. First employee tells me 2 hours to do the repair. Manager says he can do the repair and knock off .9 hours off the 2.9 hour repair making it look like he was doing me a favor but really just didn t want to loose out on any money. Very shady practice

RJ did a fantastic job servicing my vehicle, addressing the recall issue and even came in early from his lunch break to check out a pesky warning light that had kept coming on. Thank you for your commitment RJ! You are a fine example for other service attendants to be modeled after!

honest, caring people who go above and beyond if needed. in these trying times they try. I appreciate the service dept for getting my in (yes a 2 week wait) and taking care of my car. I also appreciate all the work sales did to get me financed. Highly recommended.

We were on our way on a trip when the check engine light came on and the vehicle lost powering Belleville Ks. I called the closest Ford dealership and asked for help getting my truck fixed. What happened next truly amazed me and my family as no only the service manager came to tow or vehicle to the dealership but the owner himself (Mr Womack) came to help. They even brought my other vehicle to me so my family could continue our trip. Now that is great service and help that goes beyond my expectations of the dealership. A great place to do business. Thanks again you will always have my business.

2 stars is for the customer service and people were nice. Other than that not happy. Made an appointment for 8am for a brush guard and an oil change. On the phone asked if that's something they can do they said yes as long as its a bolt on ,which it was ,and told me that it should take about 2 hours. Also specifically said I wanted full synthetic on the phone. Get there and they don't carry full synthetic, seriously, your a dealership and garage and no synthetic? Then they tell me that their oil change tech guy couldn't install the guard cause there's no instructions, and their ford techs are tied up.. I made an appointment for that reason. Why else do people make appointments? They sent me away with a useless oil change that Ill be changing again and couldn't install the brush guard. If you need vehicle work or synthetic oil go elsewhere.

I recently visited Womack Sunshine Ford for the first time and was greeted with warm and genuine smiles. The employees were friendly and personable, and GM Darell and owner Mr. Womack took time to speak with me personally and even show me around the dealership! I highly recommend going to Farm Country Ford in Concordia Ks if you are looking for any vehicle! They helped us and did whatever they could to put our family in our new car. The staff is excellent! I have never seen anyone work harder than them! Go there and I promise a pleasant and satisfying experience! Brian and Ashley Hay. 2 satisfied customers!

I had an incredible experience buying my new Ford Fusion from Darell Gallegos at Womack Sunshine Ford Kawasaki. I never would have believed that I could have such an easy and low stress car buying experience until I went to Womack. They got me a great price, and met me halfway between Tulsa and Concordia to drop off my new car. I would 100% recommend them to anyone bordering the state of Kansas, if you're looking for a great deal on a Ford with great customer service.

First day of our trip in a new to us RV and we have problems. Service department was VERY responsive to our needs. They directed us to an RV Park for the night since we arrived after the service Dept was gone for the day. Got us in first thing the next morning and had us rolling again in a few hours. Excellent staff and competent service.

I bought a 2020 Ford Escape from Farm Country last week and I cannot speak more highly of them! The idea of having to haggling and play games with other dealers was so daunting to me, that it was worth it to go across state lines for it. Darell delivered it straight to my door at an amazing price. I truly won t ever buy a car from anyone else!
