Really smooth process here. My husband and I have been checking out Subaru Ascents at several dealerships (4 to be exact) and we ended up here. The Ascent they offered was in the best shape with the lowest mileage. Zero pressure from any of the associates we spoke with. Notably, Alex, Jalil, and Jay all answered our questions and patiently worked with us to decide on the best course of finance here. Overall, highly recommend this dealership and love my new car.

I ve heard nothing but good things about Concordia Chevrolet Buick! Charlie Bowers and Elaine Bowers and their team seem like great experts in the car business. They are here to serve, and they deeply value the people of Concordia, Cloud County, and North Central Kansas.

Dealerships like this one always try to rip off people! Makes no sense!You want to look at the vehicle you are interested in, but when you work out the paperwork and finances part with a dealer, they want to put you in a smaller vehicle! There are other dealerships out there that do better than this one and will workout with you! Also, it helps if you play hardball with them to get a better deal!

We re from out of town and broke down in an unfamiliar city. They assured us the part would be in 3-5 days. No problem right, we planned on being in Kansas for about a week. This is also the ONLY place in the area we were able to get a rental car. Before I go on I will say everyone is very polite. Anyways, so we pay $50 a day for a rental and go about our business. On the 6th day of waiting no call, no update, no anything until WE call. Just to be informed they don t work on weekends, that would be fine if they would have just communicated with us. The were told oh just a few more days. Well two weeks later we re running out of money they re bleeding us dry with a rental and the costs of hotels. We have to call and explain that and suddenly the part will be there and the car will be fixed! So we make sure to tell them what time we ll be there, they say no problem it will be ready. We get ready back make our way back after being lied to with no communication for almost two weeks, and still giving them the Benifit of the doubt we around even an hour later than we originally planned. MID CHECK THE GIY LEAVES???? Oh he s busy he ll back in an hour??? EXCUSE ME? Y all made us wait almost two weeks and then WE are being inconvenient by being there when YOU tell US the car will be ready? I def would not trust this location to be communicative or actually care about getting anything done for you. We ve been stuck in a state we don t know very well unable to work or give anyone a time frame of when we would make it home Bc no one even tried to make sure anything was done or simply communicate

My car broke down on me on the way to my sisters wedding. Not only did they find my part and work us into thier schedule, we waited outside under a shade tree with our dogs. While there they came and checked on us several times bring water and offering food etc and offering a place inside with our animals.. We were back on the road in record time and the bill was half what I expected. Concordia should be proud of this business and the good name they bring to this town.

On my way to Western Kansas. 2 hours into my trip, warning lights light up on my 2020 Equinox. Pulled in, spoke with service department, and they got my vehicle in under 10 minutes. While waiting, sales person strikes up conversation to pass time and see if I needed anything to drink. 15 minutes later, service is done with vehicle (just a minor update was needed) and I'm back on my way. Almost pit stop-like. Kudos

I recently purchased a vehicle here. Everyone I had contact with was great!!! It was a pleasure working with Bryan Sorensen, Travis Palmer, and Bryan Longfellow. All 3 are EXCELLENT at their jobs!!!They were very accommodating to my schedule and with my family needs. Financing was better than I ever thought it would be. Plus, I thought I would be paying at least $3000.00 more than I did. It was a wonderful experience and I definitely will be purchasing all my vehicles there. I encourage everyone that s looking for a vehicle to stop at Concordia Chevrolet Buick, the employees are terrific!!! Thanks again Bryan, Travis and Bryan you ROCK!!!Sherrie Richard

The people here are good down to earth individuals who know their jobs, I'm a real fan of Ford but this place again is one I recommend.The team is a team here, ask a Question and they'll have the answer.
