Ordered a bumper from Auto Outlet, I rec'd great pics of the bumper prior to ordering it. The shipping was fast and the way it was palletized was great. It showed up perfect, thanks again!! Will absolutely order again!!

This place went above and beyond caring for us. My fianc� and I were on a long road trip to Kansas and the back end of our ranger went out. Missy was great with communication and getting us set up with a new rear end and multiple options of mechanics to work on it for us. They were a huge help and saved us big time.

They were able to pull my part, a fender for an 07 Corolla, very quickly. Their communication could have been better but you're bound to have some communication issues and I could have been an exception to what is generally excellent communication. My only other small issue is far from unique to them; they will not let you pull any parts yourself. I understand that insurance doesn't like people in the yard and that customers often damage property but it's still mildly obnoxious. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend this salvage yard to a friend.

Found what I was looking for online, made a quick call and checked to make sure they still had the item I was looking for and they checked the item to insure that it was in good condition. I got quick service, got exactly what I was looking for at a good price. They pulled the part and I was loaded up and on my way home in less than 30 minutes.
