I dreaded shopping for a travel trailer as I don t enjoy the ridiculous negotiating process. I live in SW Missouri, and after visiting a few local big name RV locations and going through the high pressure sales tactics, I reached out to H&K Campers. Mike quickly responded with a price which was considerably less expensive than the others, and there were no additional add-on fees. Price quoted is what you pay. Short story .we drove the 90 miles, spent some time with Mike, made a deposit and returned a week later and purchased the trailer. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and personable. He/they took time with us to make sure we understood setup/takedown and operation of all systems on the camper. Most importantly they acted like they appreciated our business and treated us more like friends than customers. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone. They re not the biggest but I assure you they know their stuff and they act like they want to help you. When it comes time for us to upgrade or trade, no shopping, I m returning to H&K.

It's fairly rare to see a business owner that is at his business everyday making sure things go smoothly but Don is always there very knowledgeable and willing to help! Doesn't seem to pawn customers off onto his employees... and every time I have had them do work for me it was way less expensive than I assumed it was going to be.

Don did everything above and beyond to help me in a recent Rv crisis. He was able to locate all but one of the parts I needed. Since he was unable to complete my order, he got me in contact with another distributor that could complete my order and have it waiting for me. H&K, you have my utmost respect and I will make a point to shop with you whether in person or online.

We've had a camper for a long time and always bought parts and had them service the camper. Then a year ago we bought a brand new camper from them and they had great service and were really helpful while we worked the bugs out. We even had them upgrade the axles and a few other things. I'm sure we'll be using them for years to come too.

Owner Don Kirk is super nice person & knows everything about campers. New or used campers on site plus repair work by experienced staff. Highly recommend!

I am from out of town and was having a A/C problem and called wanting a part. John answered the phone and had the part the next day. Only problem was the part was wrong. They called and tried to get to the bottom of it. Then gave me ideas how to figure out what was wrong myself. I would go out of my way to do business here.Also had hard to find parts in stock.

We have rented campers from this place for about 3 years and this time was the worst camper we have ever had but overall they are good people don't let my rating discourage you
