My last pizza came out with a huge bubble and instead of fixing it they threw a handful of cheese on it and ran it back through. It looked like garbage! BTW the girl who was working in the back was BAREFOOTED.. the 2 pizzas I ordered before this were burnt.

Would be real nice to have refried beans on Taco Pizza!! Every time it is something.

We like Casey's. Good pizza, clean store and all supply are usually stocked. We can always get in and out of here quickly. The employees are friendly and pricing on food and drinks are always good. The only negative is the air for tires is very slow.

A cook named Linda is probably the worst employee I've ever seen I've been told she's the kitchen manager but she is rude to anyone in eye sight and no one does anything about it seems like most management are friends and just don't care it's very pathetic and disgusting

If I could give no stars, I would. Was passing through their town last night. Pulled of, out of the way in their parking lot to sleep for 5 hours in my truck. I seen no signs of "No Overnight Parking". Yet I was greeted by two employees at 1:30 telling me I had to leave. That no one could be there after they closed. Never, in all my years travelling, have I been ripped from a much needed sleep for something so petty.

Last few times ordering pizza has been late by an hour and today i tried placing an order and it was for today at 845 and i check my receipt and the computer system changed to tomorrow at 845. When trying to call to get it changed the phone just rings and rings. The employess obviously can't handle the work load that most 13 year olds could execute. Never ordering from here agian.

This is a great place to stop!! Beverly could not have been nicer! Give her a raise! Such friendly employee. Clean store great prices.

Worst service i've ever had and very unprofessional. Several people walked out while i was there. Took 17 min to get a pack of cigarettes. Girl behind register had no idea what she was doing. And at least 3 other employees were in the kitchen yelling, laughing and cursing profanity, and not helping customers at all. When asked by another customer if they could help wait on someone, she was rudely told that they were all busy. Which led to 3 more people walking out... Absolutely the most unprofessional business i have been in, in a long time. Plenty of other stores in Columbus, i suggest taking your business elsewhere until they resolve whatever is the problem because it has been this way for quite some time now!

Ordered a large chicken bacon ranch and told them I had the $13 .. When I got there to pick it up they had made it on the flat bread crust instead of regular crust. The assistant manager said she would let me keep my coupon and take off a couple of dollars so I agreed. She then told me total. I was confused by price. She said she could only take off $2 of original price, which would be 13.99 plus tax...they messed up my order and want me to pay more than I originally was going to pay...or I could wait for them to remake (30 mins). Worst customer service ever.

I've never had casey's before because I never lived in kansas and just moved out here in November. When I first tried casey's I was absolutely shocked at how good their pizza is, best pizza I've ever had. Most pizzas upset my stomach because I have irritable bowel syndrome but their pizza is well worth the discomfort, I've never had any issues with casey's except that their pizza is very greasy lol. Best pizza hands down!

It s like we are not in a pandemic anymore. Everything is self serve again including donuts. Customers have to put their hand down a tiny hole to get the tissue sheets. Employees no longer wearing masks.

Absolutely terrible "pizza" service you wait 85 minutes on your order and then go up there to get it and wait another hour. Last 4-5 times not just once, and most of the time the pizza is messed up.

Cashier Catherine was a smiley and happy asking everyone how she can help them, and about their day. My boyfriend (is hispanic) and she immediately changed her demeanor and was super rude, basically had to beg her to give the receipt to him. So Casey's your cashier Catherine is a rasist!

Quick and easy, pretty good rewards program as wellEdit:. Rewards is still spot on.... That's about it.The wait times are over an hour, 90% of the time.It only takes 7 minutes, maybe a bit more, to cook one.

Their pizzas are pretty bland, like a little ceasers or mod pizza. The boneless wings are awesome. Gas is cheap, and the staff are friendly.

Always ready to serve its customers. Store and restrooms are clean. Food is delicious. Management and staff are very helpful.

Awful. Was 5 star the first time i went, but went down in quality over time. This was it for me, I don't ever want Casey's again.

We stopped 3 times a week just for the ice cream and today we went in and the ice cream machine is gone!!! Sad day Casey's sad day

I feel like management is rude the staff is friendly but management if they are cashiering you have to wait on them to finish whatever they are doing to get you checked out this is based on more than one visit

Friendly call my they haven't gas snacks cigarettes Donuts Pizza and they also deliver pizza Thursday through Saturday
