Thank you guys for taking care of our daughter when her battery gave out traveling back to Denver. It was a relief and a load off our minds that you all took care of her fast and she was back on the road in nothing flat. Again, major kudos!

Thanks Brian and team! I was on a cross country road trip when the oil pressure sensor failed in my truck. Brian was super helpful, and while he had the parts and tools for me to make the fix and offered to help, it was too hard to reach in the back of the engine block, so he recommended a local mechanic: Ben Hopper. I followed Brian over to Ben's shop on a parts delivery, he put a word in for me and I was back on the road in about an hour. Excellent hometown service for the weary travelers on I-70, thanks guys!

*Highly Recommended* Outstanding helpful & useful advice when my car battery died. They had the correct battery in stock and even loaned me a tool bag with tools so I could replace my car battery immediately!

I was on a cross country trek from Savannah, GA to Denver, CO when the AC compressor blew in my 07 Jeep. The bearings were shot and I had to find a place quickly and within reasonable distance to get it fixed and back on the road. The O'Reilly's in Colby, KS was only an hour away so I called them up asking them if they had the parts I needed. They said they did and off I went hoping I would make it. It was extremally hot out and I had my dog with me. When I pulled in an hour later I was hot, miserable, and tired. They allowed me to bring my pup into the store to cool down a bit while we looked for the parts. I able to get only 1 of the 2 parts I needed so I had to improvise and bypass the AC compressor which means I needed a shorter belt. Austin spent more than an hour assisting me and after what felt like an eternity in a town I didn't know we got it back up and running. I can't thank the crew enough for helping out a complete stranger and their dog to get back on the road.

I called and priced a part. They had the cheapest price in town. When I showed up to pick up my part, it cost more. They would not honor the price given over the phone.

I go to O'Reilly's often. It's the preferred choice in my family for an auto parts store out of the choices we have here where we are.usually very friendly and knowledgeable about the things you need.

There were 6 of us on a weekend long motorcycle trip and encountered a problem with one of the bikes outside Colby CO on the interstate. We limped the bike to the O'Reilly store for parts. The staff was very helpful as we repaired the bike on their parking lot. They sold us the parts we needed, loaned us a few tools we did not have and helped us clean everything and ourselves afterwards. The staff was a great representation of O'Reilly!!!

Absolutely wonderful. We were hauling a trailer for our cross country move and noticed a leak. We stopped in thinking it was something minor. Robby took a look and told us what it really was. He even helped us find a auto service to fix us up quick to get back on the road. We couldn't be more thankful for his expertise and willingness to help. Thank you so much.

Leo and Marcus are amazing. Helped me get back in the road within a few hours after still having a 3 hour trip left. Leo jumped in and helped with my car immediately. The people are great and knowledgeable!

My Denali broke down on my way home. The manager at this location was kind enough to let me park it there overnight until I could come get it. The next day the staff was wonderful in helping us with getting the stuff we needed so I could put it on the trailer to haul home.

Young Man Named Jason that was working there 3:15 p.m. 8/4/21 was very very helpful and kind, quick to help us figure out the problem and get us back on the road! The world needs more people like him! He deserves the highest rating!

Driving through on a road trip and found ourselves in need of a new battery on our 2014 Subaru Crosstrek. They went above and beyond to replace it and get us back on the road fast! Really saved our day and our trip! Without them we would have lost time with our families during the holiday. Amazing service!

Very impressed with the young man who waited on me at selecting a wiper. I am going back for the other passengers side. And the young lady was very determined to get old off. Slipping the new one on was no challenge for her. And this wiper I love it never had blades clean like these. Love, Love, Love them it's like being told you have 20/20 vision again.

Very courteous and friendly staff. We broke down and had to replace our alternator in their parking lot. Pauline helped me look for a local mechanic, but, none were available. They had a ton of loaner tools they let me use. Thanks Pauline and Leonardo.I was covered in dirt from head to toe and they even let my wife and two kids use the employee restroom when they needed it.

Great Prices on auto parts!! Call and compare, they almost always have the best part at the best price. Knowledagable friendly staff. Lifetime Warranty on many parts and they keep your info so you don't need a receipt for warranty returns, that's efficient and convenient.

First off as Assistant Manager of this store I want to thank everyone of my customers for there loyalty, patience, and understanding nature in our first year of business. What a long strange trip it has been? The most exciting thing about O'Reilly Auto Parts opening in Colby is the bright future the town and store have ahead! I have lived here for 5 years and was not overly excited to move here, but my feelings and thoughts have changed, and we are extremely excited to plan our future and have Colby be our future.

Very helpful. Needed new wiper blades on a roadtrip. The lady working even mounted them for me in about 30 seconds and took care of the packaging and the old blades! Easy to find location and we'll organized.

I don t mind if we lose a sale, said Gabe as he worked with me, We just want to make sure you re comfortable with your purchase. That s going the extra mile. Successful companies like Apple share such a mentality of service over sales.I recommend this O Reilly.

It has a 24/Hr car wash.. not bad for $12. I was worried at first, but you get inside and it starts, it's worth the outcome for price paid. You have to read so many warning signs before you drive into the unit once you pay. But, all things considered. My only recommendation is that the blowers run longer to help with drying off the car.

My battery light started flashing around Limon, CO. I had just replaced the alternator in Kansas City about a month ago and had about 4000 miles on it. I called the Oreillys in Colby and they confirmed it was under warranty, and offered to loan me tools to swap it out. Great customer service. I managed to make it back to KC where the store I bought it from allowed me to upgrade the part from a remanufactured to new for a $7 difference.

Pleasant. Helpful. Did a diagnosis of battery. Verified it needed replacing. We did so at dealership down t h e Street supplied by auto parts store. Quick service. Able to get back on highway in a brief period.
