Highly recommend! Their service staff was VERY helpful and they helped me get my Nissan fixed and back on the road in less than a week! Darrin was very nice as well. Their service department really knows what they are doing and how they can help you. They go above and beyond to help their clients and provide 5 star service. I will return to them for my next purchase. Thanks for the awesome service and helpful staff. I love lubbers!!!

Troy Tunnell was great!!! This is the 3rd car I have bought from him. He does everything in his power to make it work for you. There is no hassle and no going back and forth. I let him know where I was financially and he made it happen right away.I LOVE my new Chevy Malibu and would recommend anyone in need of a car to him / Lubbers!15/10 recommend!Thanks Troy!!

The best car buying experience I ve ever had! I waited a very long time to make this purchase but I knew it was the right decision with Lubbers. When it comes to feeling taken care of, that someone is actually looking out for what you want, I recommend going to Lubbers. They listened, they sought it out and found it for me! Thank you Derek Tanner and all the staff at Lubbers cars in Cheney! So worth the drive!

They were recommended by several friends and family. Best car buying experience yet. Looked online at vehicles, called ahead for pre-approval, (they work with any credit issues), went the next day testdrove the vehicle and was done with everything in 2 hours. Definately recommend them and will return for any further purchases. Ask for Troy T.

Went to look at a Chevy traxThey were so nice and not pushy about getting a new car. They gave me a good price for my trade-in I would never go anywhere else now. There prices are better than Wichita. Wichita sales persons are very pushy

Definitely worth 5 stars. Troy on the Chevy side made my purchase experience a 10/10 fast, friendly, ready to help in anyway possible. Service department takes care of your needs with any issues or questions.

Sold me a salvage title car broke down on me several times and cause I had to take it in to get it fix I won't ever buy another car again never helped me with something I could drive car was junk

Bought a Chevrolet Silverado from Lubbers Saturday and the seamless deal was amazing. From Derek Tanner my salesman to Wade, and Tommy was as professional as it gets. No banging gongs, no high pressure. I recommend them to everybody.

My spouse bought a vehicle here and they snuck in so many hidden charges over $20,000 was added to loan. The sales guy personally called my insurance to add it to my policy fraudulent after telling me it was none of my business. They will rob you blind at this dealership and give you a wrecked salvage vehicle!!!!

Saturday May 1st we were involved in an accident, from out of state, close to the Chevrolet dealer. My mom called the dealership, explained the situation, and Bryon Hull came to our aid. He was extremely kind and helpful, assisting us in unloading my car and loading our items into the other vehicle, as mine was totaled. Bryon sat with us until the sheriffs department and the tow truck came, making sure everyone was safe. Bryon went above and beyond the duties that his job entails. We are so thankful to have met Bryon. We cannot thank him enough for all the help, especially being from out of state! 10/10 would recommend.

Not to happy about the sale of the 2020 Chevy Malibu i got. Already found a few problems with the car, the front left fender clip to hold it on is broken causing the fender to come loose. A nice crack on the driver's door panel that i didnt put there. A chip in the windshield. Just found a small metal box beneath my moms seat, i have no idea what that is. The lining in the trunk is loose. Very unhappy about the stuff i found.Normally car dealerships let ya know what you are approved for a vehicles price range. Been getting treated like I don't have a option in the matter of discussing what vehicle I want. Its always been here take this car and be happy about it. Well, i am getting tired of driving cars, this last visit I was really hoping to get either a truck or a suv, but nope. Instead got ended up with a other car. At least let me have some options instead of giving me a car that im not happy with. Didn't even offer me a option for a suv eitherI really don't like the attitude of heres a car that we have picked out for ya, it should be more like of what the customer wants. Feels like I'm being forced to take something i dont like. I do know one thing if I go to trade the car in after i pay it off and they tell me to get a other car. Im saying nope and im leaving to find a better and more friendly place that i can get a suv/truck at.I would give them a 0 star rating if i could

I got a vehicle from lubbers and upon some personal issues k had to return my vehicle. They were very understanding and worked with me on getting the vehicle back to them as I had to suddenly move out of state. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for good people and good vehicles. My only complaint was the steering disabler disabled once when it was not late on payment but they fixed it immediately.

Great dealership! Not the high pressure painful car lots that you find in Wichita. Friendly, easy to work with sales folks who will take the time to work with you to get you in the car you really want at a great price. Finance was so efficient and fast as well as friendly and easy to work with. Sales guy was Derek Tanner. This is the 3rd car I've bought from him and it's always been a great experience!

the financing part of the deal was very easy. i didn't think i could get approved for a car until i went there and found out how much i could afford. but after getting a break down of what i was actually paying for really helped out a lot on knowing exactly the deal . (unlike most dealerships) but with the help of Derek he helped me find a car that was for me and also that fit into my budget! he was very nice and helpful. i would recommend anyone i knew that is looking for a car to go see him!

After having many life circumstances; illness, deaths, and divorce I never thought I would be able to get into a new car. The dealership at Lubbers in Cheney in KS and most specifically Mike, was wonderful and walked me the through the process of trading in my old car and getting into a beautiful new 2016 Chevy Malibu. Although I was not an optimal client they treated me with compassion and were able to meet my families needs, without the shaming and embarrassment that I have had at so many other dealerships. I will definitely be going back when its time to trade in again. Honest wonderful service.

Even though it was not an easy fix, the staff at Lubbers handled it very well. Always looking for ways to make it easier on us and willing to help in any way to make sure that we were not inconvenienced. And that we appreciate! We will return to Lubbers for many years to come! "|"

Spoke to Troy about a cargo van. Had me drive out to find it in the garage. Troy said it was not ready to drive.Why waste anyone's time. Why even list the vehicle until it's able to be driven?P.S. damage on drivers side, NOT pictured.

This dealership's listing on Chevrolet's official website are not accurate. This dealership's employee Troy was unable to give accurate details about this dealership's inventory over the phone, It took two phone calls to find out the car I was looking for was sold two days ago.

Took my truck in to have transmission electronics replaced and they gave my truck back to me knowing it wasn t shifting correctly still and told me to bring it back in if it doesn t fix itself in a couple weeks. I just took it back in only for them to tell me they can t fix it and would have to take it to another shop.

We have bought three new vehicles from Lubbers Chev. Every time they were extremely helpful with everything from selection and financing. I am disabled so they even delivered the car to our door. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, call and talk to Dereck. You will not regret it.

We have been trying to get into a newer car for months. We asked several local dealorships and they either said no or wanted some thing outrageous in a monthly payment. We were about to give up until we decided to try one more time. Joe erdman at lubbers and bryon were awesome!!! They listened to what our needs were and got us in a brand new cruze. We never imagined we would get something in our price range with our credit, lack of a down payment and the roll over from the current car. They have us way more than what we expected for our trade in and got us a pretty dang good interest rate. Thank you so much lubbers!!!! You will be forever be our car guys to go too!

Best place to buy a car in the Wichita area. Have two and wouldn t even remotely consider another place. Staff go above and beyond to help. Love our vehicles and Lubbers. They re the best!
