We traveled from Manhattan, KS to buy a specific truck from them and so glad we did! We worked with JR and he was awesome. They weren t pushy or your typical car dealership. We were in and out because they respected our time. After the sale, they even sent fresh cookies. So thoughtful, we d definitely buy from them again!

I don't generally take the time to write reviews, but I just had the best car-buying experience of my life in Burlington Kansas and felt I should really "crow" about it! While I was reluctant at first to drive an hour into the "boonies" to look at a vehicle, Crow-Moddie Ford was the only place that had the specific Ford Flex I've been looking for. I worked with Korey and he was a kind, relaxed, no-pressure salesperson who simply answered all my questions and left it up to me to decide on the vehicle. He is a genuinely nice person and it showed in every communication we had. If you are someone who usually DREADS car-buying as a single professional woman, I cannot recommend this dealership more. Nothing was a hassle! I waited to write this review until after I took the used Flex on a long road trip and I am just as happy today as I was the day I purchased it. Without me even having to ask, they added an extended warranty and had the car washed, its oil changed and A FULL TANK OF GAS waiting for me the day I picked it up. MIND=BLOWN. Again, I cannot over-emphasize how calm and kind this car-buying experience was from start to finish. These are truly lovely people. I will buy all my cars here from now on! Five stars!

From the first time my husband and I started doing buisness with Crow-Moddie Ford in Burlington KS, we have been nothing but PLEASED. We have purchased 2 trucks from them, plus accessories for the truck's. They always can get us an appointment to get our truck serviced in a timely manner. They are a kind, courteous team.

Crow-Moddie Ford is a small town dealership with whom I have done business for nearly 30 years. They have a no pressure sales staff and a knowledgeable service department. One of the most appreciated aspects is, unlike many dealer finance departments, they have no administrative fees or attempt to hard sell add-ons when closing a purchase.

My wife and I just bought a truck from Crow Moddie Ford and we couldn t be happier. JR was our salesman and he was incredible. He was very friendly, wasn t pushy, and made us feel at home. The dealership worked with us and got us to the price point we wanted to be. We are from out of town so they got some of the paperwork rolling while we were driving and made the whole experience very fast and painless. If we didn t live so far away I d buy every vehicle from them.

Service department- went for oil change and came out with a list of problems.. which is fine. But they said my blower motor was needing replaced when all it needed was a new relay in the fuse box. So they were wanting me to have $200 repair that wouldn t have fixed it when it only cost $20 for new relay and that fixed it.

I cannot imagine better customer service than I received from Phil McAnulty at Crow-Moddie. He didn't play any games and was very responsive in giving me a very good deal. I appreciated his demeanor and how professional, yet friendly, he was throughout our interactions. It's hard to find someone who can quickly meet your needs in the car business, but Phil went above and beyond. Don't overlook this great dealership and quality car professional!

Lack of Accountability and Poor Workmanship. October 2022, I took my 2002 F250 super duty in for repairs. The service department was backed up, but finally after 15 days, my truck was ready to pick up. I picked up my truck and paid the $2013.48 bill. About a week later, after driving only about 252 miles, driving to work I hear something making a noise under the hood. I arrive to work, shut the engine off, and discover that the Serpentine belt is shredding to pieces. A NEW BELT HAD BEEN INSTALLED. I called the Service Dept. later that morning, to tell them of the problem. Since I couldn't drive the truck, they did agree to pick it up. When I arrive at the Dealership to pick my truck up, the additional charges are another $319.57 for a new Serpentine Belt, a Belt Tensioner, labor, etc. I asked the Service Desk if they would take the price of the belt and labor off that bill. I did not feel I should pay for something that they had just installed. The comment was "WE" did not do anything wrong. I stated, I would pay for the Tensioner but didn`t feel I should pay for the belt, and additional labor, etc. In my opinion, the Technician should have noticed the Belt Tensioner pulley was worn when he replaced the first belt. After getting no resolution on sharing of expenses, I paid the bill and left.Driving down the road, immediately after leaving I hear something making a noise. I pulled into Kelly Park to investigate but did not find anything immediately. After I arrived back home, I got back under the truck and found that the LEFT REAR BRAKE CALIPER BRACKET BOLTING WAS MISSING. This is an Item, which was repair/changed, during the first service, in October. DID THE TECHNICIAN FORGET TO REPLACE THOSE BOLTS, OR DID HE FORGET TO TIGHTEN THE BOLTS. I wanted to call, the Service Dept, but did not, as I figured they would just again say that they did nothing wrong. Just this week (1 week later), I look under the hood to check the oil. I find the ENGINE OIL DIPSTICK HANDLE BROKEN. The oil was changed on the FIRST repair Bill. They did not repair this nor tell me that they had broken it.WHAT ELSE WILL I FIND ON MY TRUCK THAT Crow Moodie Service Department worked on that will require more attention?I Have been Taking this Truck here for Service for over 10 Years. Why now, the Disrespect?I also, like to shop LOCAL, I am reconsidering!!!

Purchased a used vehicle from Crow-Moddie Ford, last weekend, I could not have had a better experience! The sales staff at CM Chevrolet was wonderful and well informed, I never felt pressured, or as if they were trying to trick me in any way. The negotiation was fair and quick, they even held the car for me while I figured out financing. I drove well over an hour to purchase my vehicle here and will 100% recommend to any of my friends/family looking for a new or used vehicle!

Just as another user stated Great price, good service, no hassles - says it all . I found the Crow-Moddie Ford dealership, online while shopping for the best price on a vehicle. Phil and Jerry quoted me a great, no hassle price, with no extra tagged on fees which turned out to be clearly the best deal I would be able to find. We made the deal over the telephone and they sent a driver from 2hrs away so I could pick up the car. As others have said I got a great car at a great price it was a pleasure to do business with them .

Great price, good service, no hassles - says it all . I found the Crow-Moddie Ford dealership, 120 miles away, online through Consumer Reports. They found me the Ford C-Max I wanted at the price Consumer Reports quoted - $1200 less than local dealers. We made the deal over the telephone and they sent someone to pick me up. Everything was just as we agreed, there were no dealers fees, they waived the charge for picking me up, and gave me 0% financing for 5 years along with the incentive discounts, which saved me a lot of money. I got a great car at a great price it was a pleasure to do business with them.

I drove from out of state to do business here. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. I worked with Steve and Everett on the sale, and have no complaints for the process from start to finish.Regardless of where I live I'll be coming back to Burlington for my next vehicle.

Talked to them about changing spark plugs. 240 dollars. They broke a bolt ended costing almost 500 dollars. They are rude and I won't go back. 3 visits each time they over charged or broke something. I can't afford to keep going back and paying for stuff they break.

My blue diaper wagon (a.k.a "Dory") travels A LOT of miles in one day. She also hauls precious cargo from our children to fur-children that belong to clients at the clinic.That being said, I need gold standard care when it comes to maintenance and repairs. The guys at Crow-Moddie have shown me just that! I never thought I would buy a car from a dealership and utilize every resource of that dealership the way that we have utilized Crow-Moddie. Excellent customer service and they treat you like family!

I want to shop small and give business to local companies. I will not shop at Crow Moddie or any of its affliates due to the non-customer service I received from Mr. Everett Moddie. He was given the opportunity to help us with a situation about a car we recently purchased. He elected not to stand behind the products he sells. Very unfortunate. We are very unhappy.

Great buying experience. Called the dealership on a Friday about a truck that was on the lot. Test drove it Saturday Morning and walked out by lunch with a new truck. Well worth the drive from KC.
