This place was great! Very pleasant experience from my first call. My Jeep was in need of frame work, as my rear frame was rusted out on both sides making the Jeep very dangerous to drive. They were able to cut my frame and install new inserts on both sides. This is a risky job that a lot of people may not attempt or have the skills.Very easy to work with, great quality work and able to get it worked in their schedule as good as any busy shop would . I also had an issue with broken bolts inside the tub that brackets the back seat. Prior owner snapped them off and I couldn t get them out due to lack of room. They made the job look easy and professional. Highly recommend and glad to give them my business! Thank you guys!!Service: Welding

Don t go to this place. They are all a bunch of crooks! They will perform work without approval of insurance and will charge the customer for it! And which shop takes 3 weeks to replace a bumper? I hope you go out of business crooks!! Im praying for your misery!! And goodluck finding this place it s because the navigation to this place is messed up! You will get lost! Maybe they cannot afford a better place to rent losers!Service: Body & Trim

I will be honest, I used them last year. Had both engine and transmission replaced, only engine by them. They were polite at first and helpful, however several things since happened and eventually they started refusing to fix my check engine light. I am sitting in a Kia lobby right now, and found out several wires they messed up while doing work and that having them do the work voided the warenty on the kia, I am not too pleased with the end results of their work, I am still having to fix the issues caused by them gutting the engine. They would never admit to fault on their end, very unpleasant. However to give them the benefit of the doubt, they are not used to Engine work and very new st it, I am sure if you go there with a paint job or body damage you will get an 100% satisfaction. But I would stay clear with any majore maintenance work needed.

Terrible place to buy cars. I bought a Honda Civic from them and they said they put new brakes on, rotors, and etc. I even complained to them that the brakes feel off before buying. But they said it s because it s been wet out. Took it to a professional place who fixes cars and they found many things wrong with the vehicle. Turns out they didn t fix anything on the Honda Civic. Spent over $5,000 on the vehicle I barely had. So had to use my college money to get another car! So sad that someone could screw someone over so young! Not only that they were incredibly rude :(

We have used Tillman s Autobody for multiple cars of ours. They are very honest when it comes to diagnosis of a vehicle. Absolutely terrible place, my daughter bought a car from this place, she was told they had replaced several things on the car and it was in great shape. Not so, 4 months later it's in the shop with $1200.00 worth of repairs being done and now find out it also has a cracked block. Real nice to screw over a young lady just to sell a car. I will make sure to let everyone know about this.

The directions only take you past the shop,the rest is for you to figure out...There is nothing else in the area for you to amuse yourself with,so you better bring something to keep you occupied.The waiting room is stuffy,no magazines or treats or even water(just an old empty cooler with no cups)& they have some dvds on a rack but no DVD player in sight but the t.v.they do have in the lobby doesn't even work,anyways so it doesn't even matter.No wonder my oil change is so cheap,I just hope they don't do cheap work.

Staff is exceedingly rude. They also don't secure their vehicles. My husband arrived to clean out my total loss, there was no one on sight, no gate, and my car was unlocked. When confronted, they said it's "not their responsibility," and then couldn't find my car keys. Very unimpressive.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Totally and completely unprofessional. They absolutely do not care about you or your property. They are quick to shift blame and accept zero responsibility for their own negligence.

Took 3 weeks to replace a hatch/bumber-then the hatch was scratched,will never go there again,the old guy in there is a ass- hole-ruining the buisness/tailgate /bumper came out purple,my equinox is blue was told paint fades-some real professionals there,my Ins comp will be in touch with u,said they have had same issues with other clients
