Just wanted to give feedback for the team at the Bonner Springs, KS store. Mike has helped me many times and is always willing to answer all my questions and give suggestions. I had purchased a battery 27 months ago with a 3 year warranty. Over the sub-zero temperatures recently my battery went completely dead- the fob wouldn t even work! After AAA jumped it, I drove to Bonner Springs O Reillys and it was replaced for free , no questions asked! The young man was fast and friendly. They certainly earned my loyalty!

Came in here earlier today - I was in the middle of a fight with my girlfriend and had to get a radiator to replace the one in my truck. It was pricier than expected - however the AMAZING employees here did what they could to help me out and I'm expressly grateful. I must apologize to them as I was in the midst of an argument and didn't show them the proper gratitude for what they did for me at the time - but just FYI, the people who work here are really good people. God bless them. Would recommend this location without a doubt!!!

Do you know the reason I buy O Reilly auto parts? It s because no matter where you re at no matter what city you re in there s an O Reillys there and they warranty all their O Reilly brand parts.

It's been my experience in the past that you have to go at least three times to O'Reilly's to get the right part this time was different salesman seem knowledgeable they had the right part the first time but it seemed like he kept trying to upsell me on other stuff that I didn't necessarily need

Eli was wonderful in helping out. He put my new battery in, looked at my license plate screws and even under the motor at the undercarriage cover for the plastic caps. Very helpful and quick. They were very busy but all the staff was knowledgeable

I wasn't there long, but I was impressed with a saleslady that was assisting an elderly man. She patiently worked with him until he was satisfied. Ie. One customer at a time.

They were great! We had a problem finding a fuel filter for an old tractor we had. They spent time looking through numerous filters until they found one that fit. I will be back and I would recommend them .

The staff are polite, professional and very helpful. This is my 1st stop for any vehicle questions or assistance. If they don't have an item in stock, they can almost always get it same day or within 24 hours.

Well, really we went there to get auto paint. My husband and I are using Annabella as a template to learn how to do many different kinds of repairs our self's. Yes I am a woman but I have been working on cars since I was 8 years old. I would help my daddy with things when I was young. When I got older the tasks got bigger. Now I am married and my husband is now carrying on where my father cannot, because he has passed. Just because you're a woman don't mean you can't work on vehicles. Well we started out going to Ace hardware store to find auto paint and this really helpful employee told us he comes here to get auto paint matched and they do a really good job with matching up the paint. But he did say it was gonna cost. Yes it did over $30 for one can of spray paint. I have not ever paid that much for a can of spray paint, but in order for us to repair the problem we did not have much of a choice in the matter. I just hope it's close enough where it's not to noticeable. But if we can redo this and make it look almost like it did I'll be happy. The sale associate was very helpful and polite. I would give this experience at this store a hundred star's.

I went in to buy wiper blades and I was told by Charlie that it was $95! I asked him if they had any cheaper and he said, no. I reluctantly paid for them. My husband was furious and he went back with the receipt and he got $39 refunded and he was told that there was cheaper ones! If you re a woman, don t go by yourself or you ll get taken advantage of!

Sign on the door says that masks are required to enter. Multiple employees are not wearing masks. Yes, exactly what I want - the risk of getting sick with my auto parts. I'll be shopping elsewhere.Edited to add: I spoke with the District Manager, he was very nice. I will still be shopping at Auto Zone as the lack of masks and general attitude of employees has been lacking for months.

I have shopped here often, but will be reducing any visits to this location. I had to pick up a couple supplies over a week ago. The sign on the door says 'Mask required to enter'. There was another sign that says something about not entering if you have the following symptoms. Okay, it's a pandemic. That makes sense. So, mask in place, I walk in. THREE people working behind the counter and not a single one wearing a mask! THREE customers in the store, two (incl me) wearing a mask, and one not. Okay, I realize customers are unruly and they may not want to police the mask order, but if the staff are not wearing masks, then why would a lot of the customers? Disgusting.

Had a great shopping experience on a rainy day...needed new wipers this morning, rolled in and Manny helped me out right away and installed my wipers for me. Was quick and easy, thanks Manny!

They helped me change my front headlight. A piece of the housing broke off, and I couldn't get the old one out. But they used their own tools and helped me fix it for free! I only paid for the new bulb. Thanks a million O'Reilly's!!!

Great customer service greeted as soon as I came in. I receive assistance with getting the correct size windshield wiper blades and installing.Returned today after my window reflectors that I ordered arrived. Even though I bought them from OReillys online they do not put them on. Doesnt take much effort to apply them at all. Just to be certain I just wanted someone better at it to apply them. That is something that OReillys should consider adding to their install list.

Have always tried to purchase replacement parts from O'Reilly. Bought a lifetime warranty starter, was expecting hassles and red tape when the starter became defective after 9 months.. I was impressed! No questions asked, starter was swapped with a new one and new lifetime warranty. Warranty only covers parts, no labor- so replacing it is what cost me.

Nobody there knows what there doing and they are rude. If or when they fire those guys And get hire people that know what they are doing then I will come back. Oh and Everytime they give me a part I forget to look at it when I'm there and get home and it's the wrong part

Called 4 different times about getting paint. They take my information but never return my call. Waste of my time. I went to bill s auto paint in Olathe instead and had the paint I needed in a few hours.

Jeremiah really helped me out. Never seen my check engine light come on in my 24 yr old chevy. He was there to help me figure it out. Now I know were to go to repair my truck. Thanks guys.

Helpful and polite. I recommend them. The only thing I would change is for them to take the customer who is standing in front of them before taking the customer on the phone. I thought that was rude. I was standing in line before the phone rang.
