Caliber did a wonderful job on the front end repair of my sedan. Quality of the work is consistently great structurally and equally important with matching paint color. Service was timely, well communicated, and well executed. If you're in the unfortunate situation where you were in a collision, these guys will take good care of you

Car was completed exactly when they said it would be. The absolute best staff we have ever dealt with, from the office to the shop. Very informative and personable. They deserve 10 stars!!! My Ford Explorer was immaculate before accident and immaculate when I picked it up. Sadly an update is in order. Only 4 months later, I had the same damage and they seem a different company. No one I talked to before still works there (seems a bad sign) lady on the phone was curt and abrupt, they don't want to even take my car for 2+ weeks and to quote the lady on the phone "Call around and see what else you can find before I start anything in the computer'. Beware customer, you never know what "Caliber" you'll be dealing with. I did leave the old 5 Star review because it was true then, just be sure and ask all the right questions and be prepared for slow going.Absolutely the best! Very impressive people and the "Caliber" of there work is excellent. Trust them with your repair needed.

Very friendly customer service, Matt & Emily were excellent to work with!Had my Audi in for a windshield replacement and rock chip repair, and they did an awesome and thorough job filling each chip in, and discussed options for repair based on what I wanted, while working with my insurance company.

I suggest you go elsewhere for body repair. When I arrived for estimate, receptionist totally ignored my presence, repairs should have taken 2 days but took 12. I could NEVER get a call back when I called for status update. These folks know nothing about customer service.

I had an appointment and they called me to put it off a week because they couldn t get the parts. I took it in on the new appointment date and it took them three weeks. I m not happy with my service and they didn t align the tailgate upright after I asked them to and there was a chip out of the existing paint that they said they didn t do and I m not happy with their service at all. I would not recommend anybody go there.

When i googled this car repair and saw 5 stars I was excited yet skeptical. Let s start with i was sent to this repair place by my car insurance after a small hit and run. I gave all information regarding the accident with photos and everything to my car insurance they informed me not matter what my car was getting fixed due to me having full coverage. I planned to drop my car off while on vacation in hopes my car would be fixed once i got home. I was informed by my insurance company that the repair shop would contact me before my drop off date which was 9/11 unfortunately i never received a call so i took it on myself to call this was red flag 1. I called Thursday mind you they are closed Saturday and Sunday. They lady was like yeah i planned on calling you this week. We get to talking and for some reason the repair place had it in they system that i was involved in a head on collision and it was front damage. Mind you when you call your insurance all calls are recorded and when i asked my insurance they said they never said that neither did i.i informed the lady on the phone that wasn t true and where the damage was. I asked if the insurance company sent my information over or the photos they said no which i thought was so weird cause my claims person said she sent everything to them and i had this drop off set up for over 2 weeks. After the call I m under the impression that everything s all clear and to bring my car in. I drop my car off 9/11 which was my birthday by 8am on the 11th my mom receives a call from Alex from the repair informing that they aren t working on my car because he was told it was front end damage and he said it wasn t any. Mind you i called Thursday and had the conversation with the receptionist about the damage and she assured me that it was updated and the actual damage will be fixed. This literally ruined my birthday cause what do you mean you re not fixing the car when my insurance approved the repairs. I gave it a couple days thinking they would figure it out or reach out to my insurance. No i was wrong my car sat at the repair shop for 4 days because Alex took his job to the head instead of reaching out to my insurance and having a inspector come to reassess the damage Alex straight up called me a liar on my birthday saying the damage he has and what s on my car doesn t match so he s not fixing it at this point I feel racially discriminated against he never contacted my insurance he never had an inspector come look at my car nothing he didn t even follow the parodical for repairing a car through insurance he took it on himself to discriminate against and I honestly feel like it s due to the color of my skin he never looked at the car or even priced parts just called me a liar for 4 days. He never even contacted my insurance so once again I m on vacation doing other peoples jobs I call my car insurance and talk to a claims specialist comes to find out Mr. Alex never did his job. My insurance never said they wouldn t repair my car it was Alex the whole time ! And inspection of my car never took place I was so hurt and angered to hear and see that in 2023 companies are still being racist and discriminating and unfortunately caliber collision is a company that obviously indulges in these racist practices ! It even shows in the reviews the only happy customers are the ones of caucasian descent. I will never take my car to this repair or any caliber collision. After hearing Alex took it on himself to use racist stereotypes against calling me a liar cause his company wasn t doing their jobs and then refusing to fix my car or even look at it was so heart breaking and saddening I told my insurance i don t want my car to get fixed there and opted to have them pay to take it to a company thats gonna actually fix my car ! This overall experience ruined my birthday and any trust i ever had for this repair company and still to this day even after my insurance company reached out to inform them about what took place I haven t received a response, apologies or phone call and that speaks volumes

We had quite a lot of damage from an accident. Caliber kept us informed through the entire time and got us our car back in the time frame specified. Great customer service and the work is fantastic! My husband hit a deer on our way home from Texas. After getting Caliber Collision's name from our insurance agency we found out they were just up the street. From the moment we walked in the door the staff was friendly and professional. They kept in constant contact, handle everything with the insurance agency, and did a spectacular job. Newest caliber collision within the Kansas area and I can say this is one of the friendliest caliber collision centers I ve been to from start to end the response time and professionalism is through the roof.
