The guy named Travis is the nicest guy mechanic. Me and my bae ever met. He is a very family liked guy. We got travel a bit, but it was well worth the drive. His mother in law is the nicet person to talk to. He always fixes and well manner guy you can turst this guys whole place of business. Thanks, guys.

These guys were incredibly awesome and helpful. I was driving to Lawrence for a funeral and they had me towed and a new tire put on just barely an hour after I got the flat. They also sent a separate vehicle to take my daughter and the car seat. Highly recommend this company.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Called them after roadside assistance through our insurance company was taking hours to pick up my husband after he wrecked our jeep and they got there right away, towed it to the body shop and I will be reimbursed from my insurance company. These guys were quick on getting us towed after our truck broke down on a Sunday. They checked out our issue and the engine died. They were very accommodating when the earliest I could get an appointment with a scrap company to pick it up was a few days later. I will definitely be using them in the future even though they aren't the closest to us.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Car towing

I tried to go through my insurance to have my F250 towed to my house. They apparently were having trouble finding someone to do it today so I decided I would make a call to Heartland and the lady on the phone was very nice and explained that they couldn't do it today but they could get it tomorrow. That was good for me. I went and dropped off my keys because I couldn't be there during the pick up and while I was there they said that they would get it today. The driver that showed up was very professional and even helped me get my truck in my garage. I will use them anytime I have a towing need. Thank you.Service: Local hauling

My wife had a blow out on her truck. The Heartland Team was awesome! From the first call to the completion of the repair everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. It was like they dropped everything to take care of us. Very highly recommended. Thank you Heartland!

My Diesel truck like so many over this cold spell gelled up and wouldn't run. I called Heartland and they were at my truck in 15 minutes. Loaded up and taken to the shop at Leavenworth to work on it. Great job, easy and reasonable.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Yeah I got somthin to say about them my car got towed by the sheriff's department to there tow yard on Wednesday night at 1130pm and I was taken to county until Friday 1130pm. Saturday morning I called to get my car and they weren't open again until Monday of course they charged me for Saturday and Sunday storage even though I would have gotten it Saturday morning and they tried to charge me a full day for Wednesday even though it couldn't have even got there on Wednesday when I was pulled over at 1130pm but I did get them to forget about Wednesday but I had to plead to the owners decency as for them charging me for Saturday and Sunday they told me don't get my vehicle towed because of traffic infractions and this wouldn't happen well thats true but it still felt like they took advantage of my situation which is criminal in my book

We were stuck on a Sunday evening with a flat we couldn't change. A huge thank you to the guy (I feel bad that I didn't get his name) that arrived within 20 minutes of my call and had us back on the road in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend them!

They took my car because I was struggling to pay my tow bill and 45.00 a day for keeping my car in the lot. I used it for deliveries. I can not believe this is legal. They knew I could not pay their fees. Thieves!

Drove into Olathe from Phoenix, AZ. As soon as we arrived we realized that what we thought was an out of balanced tire was much worse. They towed our Honda Pilot and got it fixed the next day (right before a holiday). They did FANTASTIC work at a very reasonable price. I d highly recommend them for all of your towing and mechanical needs!

Our car broke down traveling across the country but luckily it broke down where it did. Kevin picked us up on a Saturday and had the car fixed by Monday. Thank you guys for the help.
